As a peer group facilitator for over 10 years, I found this book to be excellent. It discusses inner child work and the various tools developed over the years. The authors share prompts to go deeper into the healing experience.
There is even a section on working through childhood trauma as a couple and shares prompts to aid in beneficial communications.
I have been on a healing journey for quite some time and this book is something I have been looking forward to dibiing into. I love Marie approach to such a delicate topic. If you are on a journey of rediscovering and healing your inner child, I cannot recommend this book enough.
