Helpful Workbook but Too Simple in Some Areas

I bought this workbook for my child with ADHD in the hopes that it would give him fun and useful ways to work on self-control and focus. Some of the activities are really good. But I thought the activities in areas like goal setting, focus, and decisions making, were too basic and not specific enough to be truly helpful, since kids with ADHD often need more structure and clarity. Some of the exercises also seemed to be the same over and over. This workbook is generally helpful, and some parts are very good, but I wish it had more in-depth help to really help kids learn those skills.

Thought provoking and useful

This ADHD success workbook for kids presents multiple different activities for kids with ADHD to engage in. It's written in a way that's quite simple to follow long, purposely keeping it short so as to maintain interest. There are also various tools introduced and mnemonics that are useful for kids and adults alike. This book can be used by everyone and easily incorporated into school programs. Worthwhile read.
