Hidden secrets. Hidden magic. A key with secrets. A dangerous spell.
Times are hard in Enchantria. Queen Rosaleen has just recovered from Ivy Death, Elenora and her friends have just returned from a dangerous quest, but things are at an all time low. Ravena is gathering her dark forces, and the stones of magic of all the kingdoms are vanishing without a trace.
When a Meeting of Leaders is called at the Island of Unity, Elenora and two princesses of neighboring kingdoms discover an ancient and old secret. A secret that Elenora is tied all too deep in. When it is finally revealed, Elenora must learn to use and control her magic with a former hero, Aza Firestar.
But not all is as it seems, and when Elenora and Ariella find the body of a dead phoenix, receive news of a missing unicorn, they will have to embark on yet another quest. This time to go to the kingdom of Chantara and retrieve a fallen star, otherwise all the light in Enchantria will be sucked out.
It’s a dangerous time, and along the way, secrets will be revealed. And the true traitor shall finally come out of the shadows.

This book gave me of My Little Pony & Sailor Moon vibes in the best way. It was a great middle grade story full of friendship and magic with a few, unexpected twists along the way. If you like stories of emerging magic, good versus evil, and mysterious prophecies I recommend this endearing book. I didn’t read the first two stories, and although I’m sure they add to the backstory, I didn’t find it necessary on following the story line.
This is a great book, full of adventure, magical mysteries, friends, and fun! The world was obviously created with care, and I love all the different kingdoms in the book! I've read the first two books as well, and they are both worth the read! Sometimes there can be some repetitiveness in the dialogue/narrative, and there are a few grammar/spelling errors peppered throughout, but I don't think it detracts from the story much! Other than that, the writing is lyrical and pleasant—so vibrant and full of life! 🌸 I love how the characters have been growing closer in their friendships and how Elenora has grown stronger and more confident in her newfound powers and world as the story progresses! ❤️ By the way, the cover is GORGEOUS!!! All the vibrant colors, the beautiful stars shining above Elenora, Elenora standing strong at the center, sword in hand and key glimmering mysteriously…such a well done, beautiful cover that totally draws me in and makes me want to know what happens inside those pages! My favorite character is probably...Arabella - or Rani? Or Storm? I don't know. I can't choose! (Can all the characters be my favorite?) That plot twist at the end…🥹😭 The world needs more books like this one - a story that gifts hope and excitement, and leaves you rooting for the characters! Can't wait to read book 4! Reading this leaves me inspired to write my own stories. Thank you Isabelle Knight for this sweet, encouraging story! 😊 Keep writing—you are an amazing author and I can’t wait to read what you write next!
(Just a note: I do change my reviews as I have new thoughts about these amazing stories! Sometimes I’ll add or take away, and the review will probably change slightly in the future, but the same general idea is always the same!🙂)
