It was good but I’m sorry if you gonna say they soulmates they so interconnected they love transcends trauma and pain but then have Jayde not admit to cheating soon as Maverick popped up felt off to me. Like it’s clear they both are madly and deeply in love and once it was revealed he cheated too I’m like oh it’s even they gonna talk and get to the bottom of it. They didn’t and Jayde ended up doing dumb stuff until it’s revealed. Overall it’s a good story and I do like how the author teased us enough about Azuri so that we could want her story without taking too much away from the Ricards. I also would’ve liked a little more insight into Bellamy’s role in everything.

Jayde & Giani was definitely a power couple, no matter what life threw at them they stayed solid for each other.

It was sad to read how they lose their child. Good to see they were at a good place after two years of getting back to them after that. I loved that even in tough times they both knew the other were their peace. Elias had me laughing every time he opened his mouth - so like a little brother. I didn’t like the pettiness that sometimes went down between the two of them I just didn’t care for that. I didn’t like how they both cheated, but even more that one was a lick back. It was not my tea. Especially since they both went on how that was their person for forever and a day, but it seem like it wasn’t in some instances in the book. But overall it was okay.

Elias is the man and I love how he spk that life into Azuri!!!…
The way Tashima was trying to play in Jayde face had me screaming!!!…Giani was not going to mess around with her either!!!…
Jayde and Giani, fought a good fight Ana they won because their marriage was front and center and they are healing!!!…
I was not expecting that plot twist though!!!…I knew Bellamy was a snake though Ana I was glad his Karma came around the corner and snatched his thoughts!!!…

Giani and Jayde
This was an awesome book. To go through the trauma and other rocky roads in their marriage and to still love each other just as much as they did from the beginning is amazing. Boy there were times when I just knew Giani was going to leave Jayde because we all know a man can't take what he dishes out. Getting your lick back takes on a whole new meaning when that lick back was with the man that turned y'all's world upside down to begin with. I was glad when Kron finally got what he deserved. Now I can't wait for Elias and Zuri's story.🩵🩵

When getting your lick back turns deadly. Gianni and Jayde have a love that is nothing without their partner. There are so many twist and turn and all the secrets unfolded while still dealing with loss. I loved the connection between the two and their friends group. Nothing like a friend group and family that get you and support you. The way the two are intimate with one another is enough to make you root for them the whole way through. I really looking forward for book 3 it seems like baby bro is coming to fix up shop and applying all the pressure

Mannn. The various ways the heart beat is amazing! Jayde & Giani was each other’s soul mates. Every time you turned around there was a different twist & I know I had to holler out more than once. To know that ONE person is the reason for all of this is beyond me. Kron being who he was had be stuck & I hated Bellamy. I’m so ready for Elias & Azuri! Levi is bae too 😉

Wasn’t really my cup of tea I typically don’t care for couples that have cheating in the story. I also can’t stand a FMC that is everything smart but dumb at the same time I feel like it was most of her secrets that kept stuff happening again and again the MMC had a slow issues too how he didn’t take accountability for her getting look back, but yeah, it just wasn’t my type of story.

Good Book
Very good read. Gianni and Jayde story was good and sad. They went through what other couples go through with a loss. They both was wrong with how they handled it. I am glad they are still in love with each other and able to fix the problem.
