A "first responder" while we are lucky to have men and women willing to step up and provide a public service to help others, Police, Firefighters, Emergency Medical Personal want to help, but seldom if ever will truly be the first on the scene.

Certainly, there are countless books, training documents and videos available to the "Deliberate Responder" seeking training, it is the Author's sincere hope this work will find a place in every training program and includes firearms training exercises and skill drills in addition to thoughts on how to develop a training and practice program as unique as the end user.
