Love bigger picture of diet and the foods to avoid and those to have to promote better sleep. Same with exercises, I have been doing them mostly in mid morning but I think I will give them a try, the bone strengthening ones before bed. So much plays into discovering what needs to be changed when you have sleep issues. Even bedding: bed, pillows, etc. Love natural remedies also.
