This is one of those rare books you can open on any page and find exactly what you need to read. At least, that’s how I experienced The ACT, CBT & DBT Workbook: 3 in 1, a life-changing guide that packs three powerful therapeutic approaches into one package. What a FANTASTIC deal! The section on grief stood out to me, with its thoughtful exploration of Elisabeth Kübler-Ross’s five stages of grief. These stages - denial, bargaining, depression, and acceptance - are not linear. Grief can arise from many types of losses. I particularly loved the ‘Rituals of Remembrance’ concept, offering beautiful ways to honor and process the passing of a loved one. The exercises throughout this workbook are practical, insightful, and easy to follow. Whether tackling negative thoughts, managing anxiety, or building emotional resilience, the ACT, CBT, and DBT exercises guide you every step, making this bundle a must-have if you seek a compassionate, educational, and transformative resource. Full marks!
A good DBT overview for me. A nice reference guide for people with mental health struggles
I purchased this book as a reference guide specifically for the DBT part, however, I found it quite helpful learning the takeaways from the ACT and CBT parts as well. Having the bonus books is incredibly helpful for me as references and guides to hopefully keep my mental health in check.
This 3 in 1 book has a wealth of information with evidence based principles of ACT, CBT and DBT. It has hundreds of suggestions to help with anxiety, depression, fear, phobias and confidence. Great value
