Tell me my name.

A series of strange murders have descended on the Bay Area—the victim's flesh inscribed with ambiguous texts in languages ancient and long dead.

But why? And what does it mean?

Uncovering the answers to those questions is not exactly the work Isa anticipated after graduation. But when she's hired by mysterious private detective Lucian Holt, she finds herself applying her uncanny aptitude for Egyptian, Attic Greek, and Latin in a way she never deciphering the cryptic messages and revealing the motives of the elusive killer. Yet all she finds amidst a jumble of nonsense in these different languages is the same sentence over and over

Tell me my name.

How is the murder of one immortal connected to multiple murders in the Bay Area? As Isa digs deeper into the crimes, she comes to learn that this mystery runs far deeper than imagined. And she may just be on the edge of a secret - kept from the world for

The ancient gods never left. They grew old, then realized they could regain their youth by drinking human blood. Humans later started calling them vampires.

As these powerful beings fight for power and control, Lucian and Isa will have to tread carefully to discover who is behind the murders and why. And as Wolf and Rafe get closer to the killer, they will realize this is more than just a murder.

It's the start of a war.

I loved the way this book unfolded. And I totally didn’t see the twists coming. This book is a really cool take on vampires and Greek mythology.

Whewwww 🥵

This story was everything I expected and more. The concept of the ancient gods being the original vampires? Yes please.

The POV shifts back and forth between Wolf & Rafe and Isa & Lucian.

I loved how the authors writing made it easy to picture the entire storyline in my head like a movie lol.

The story does end on a cliffhanger and I’m READY for Book 2 🤪

HOOLLLYY CRAP! I love this author because she has a genius way of weaving stories. Like after reading Corvus I instantly adored this author, so when she came out with a story about the vampires being the ancient gods, I was instabtly hooked and bought it. I knew it was going to be good, BIT SHE IMPRESSED ME YET AGAIN, THIS IS NOT GOOD IT IS MAGNIFICENT. This isn’t your typical story about vampires, it talks about the ancient gods from multiple civilizations and brings them back with a modern twist, while retaining that old and mysterious vibe! She created complex characters that surprise you with all the twists and turns. And dont get me wrong the entire book is interesting but the last like 70 pages HELLOOO!??!!?? Like I could barely keep up with all the plit twists and revelations!!! This book is like nothing you have read before! You have mythical creatures, gods, complex but steamy love dynamics, and soo much lore! The only thing I dont like about this book is that it is not long enough! I dont care what book trope or genre you like, it is almost a given that you will like this book! This is the type of book that you keep thinking about days later and think of all the easter eggs Sofi left that should have been obvious but were and weren’t at the same time. Can’t recommend this book enough 10000/10!!!!

Brilliant! Properly brilliant! A really clever tale mixing all the old gods together in one brand new take on mythology! Twists and turns a plenty and a big one at the end that I didn’t see coming! Need the next one pronto!

Me entusiasma mucho saber qué vendrá después. ¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

I loved this book. It was very detailed and had a great plot, there was mystery but also a slight romance, there was great foreshadowing that didn’t give everything away, the twist at the end was amazing and made me want the second book right away. I hope next year comes fast. I love a book that has Gods, vampires and romance, I really loved the murder mystery aspect too. I started the book at 9pm and finished it just before 12am

Every generation has its defining vampire story that reshapes our understanding of these mythical creatures. The last was the Twilight series. Now, The Fragmented Series, Book 1: An Echo of Oblivion offers a bold new take, presenting vampires as the ancient gods of diverse cultures—immortal beings who discovered that drinking human blood was the key to their power. Alongside the enthralling narrative and unexpected twists, there is a poignant love story woven in, adding depth and humanity to the vampire characters—until their extraordinary powers are revealed in ways you never expect. The story grips you from start to finish, culminating in a finale that flips everything on its head. A remarkable tale destined to leave its mark on the genre!

Well damn, this one kept me guessing. I love the mix of Greek, Norse, Egyptian, etc all the gods and goddesses. that's crazy work to put them in modern times. The POV switches from Isa/Holt to Rafe/Wolf. Isa Isa Isa girl you been through it huh , I want to know more about her as both human and immortal. Hopefully the next book has our girl bring more memories and a lil more personality. And really if I lived for 5000years I'd have my share of loves too.
