I listened to the audio book which Kevin Reese reads perfectly! I enjoyed this book so much that I’m actually restarting it. And after that I think I’ll buy a hard copy.
6 years ago I started my own head to toe healing, with food, and exercise. So Any new info and I’m all for it.
Once you truly heal, you will never look back. You’ll actually learn to change your “life style”. It’s only been 1 year since I truly understood the meaning of a changed Lifestyle. A very hard journey

This book is more quacky than scientific. But, there are brilliant insights into getting healthy. The doctor gives you pills but never gives you a way to take back control. Dr. Reese makes you think about the process. Very good and somewhat practical even though he is constantly promoting himself and his books.

I don't agree 100% with him, but I do agree about 85%. No one is right 100 percent of the time!
He fits the medical monopoly puzzle pieces together, in straightforward fashion.
