I listened to the audio book which Kevin Reese reads perfectly! I enjoyed this book so much that I’m actually restarting it. And after that I think I’ll buy a hard copy.
6 years ago I started my own head to toe healing, with food, and exercise. So Any new info and I’m all for it.
Once you truly heal, you will never look back. You’ll actually learn to change your “life style”. It’s only been 1 year since I truly understood the meaning of a changed Lifestyle. A very hard journey

An easy read. Quick and to the point. He explains how the Medical Monopoly works and how they are not here to heal up. His approach is our body parts are all connected to each other and to heal we need to get to the root of the cause.

Barring congenital or traumatic defects, a person's health is largely due to lifestyle, which is what this book is about. Most of Reese's advice is common sense and sound. Being a nutritionist, he focuses on healthy diet, with no mention of activity level or the dangers of tobacco and ETOH. Big Pharma is targeted as the bad guy in the sorry condition of a large percentage of the US population, along with the fact that medical students receive little to no training in prevention of disease, esp with regard to nutrition. The second half of this book is promotion of Reese's head to toe program.

Medical Monopoly

We have to be our own advocates when it comes to our healthcare! Do your own research! Stop being sheep and become the wolf and protectors of our bodies!!! Listen to what your doctor says and see what are the naturalist alternatives! Doctors treat the symptoms, not the root causes of the problems!

great information

I’m amazed at the information in this book. Shame on the medical community for treating your symptoms not the root cause of your symptoms

Medical Monopoly by Dr. Reese is a thoughtful and eye opening book that dives into the complex world of modern medicine with clarity and conviction. I found the tone to be both professional and compassionate Dr. Reese explains complicated topics in a way that’s easy to understand without ever talking down to the reader.

What really stood out to me was how balanced the book felt. It challenges the reader to think critically about the structure of the healthcare system while still offering hope and practical insight. The explanations are clear, the arguments are well supported, and the overall flow keeps you engaged from start to finish.

I highly recommend this book for anyone living with a chronic illness or anyone who simply wants to understand the forces that shape modern healthcare. It’s informative, empowering, and a must read for those looking to take a more active role in their own health journey.
