June's Bad Boy - Huck is Book 6 of the Bad Boys of Mustang Mountain series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract, mutual-pining, curvy girl gets her Bad boy, second-chance romance. Peyton is a sweet and curvy real estate agent, who also is helping out with the city festival. Huck is a hunky contractor who suddenly left town 15 years ago when he was falsely accused of vandalism by Peyton's dad. The two loved each other and had a secret relationship. But Peyton's dad hated his family and even caused Huck to lose his scholarship. Now, he has decided to return home and bid on the city project. He is late submitting his bid. He's shocked to see Peyton and she promptly freezes him out. It will take them getting stuck together to finally talk. It turns out all is not as it seems. Both still love each other and realize they made unfair assumptions about each other. They had great chemistry and got a great HEA after more drama.

Can the past be rewritten? Huck has come back to Mustang Mountain after being forced away years ago. Peyton is the biggest regret he carries in his heart. I enjoyed watching the two of them dance around each other until some forced proximity gave them time to speak truths. Huck’s willingness to step up for Peyton proved his true heart. I love my visits to the Mustang Mountain community. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

When Huck comes back to Mustang Mountain for work he finds out about a job offer. Huck goes to the town council but arrives late. Huck finds out Peyton is on the town council and when he tries to submit his offer she tells him he was late. Mayor Nelson wants to hear what Huck's offer is but Peyton tells him if Huck's late for this he'll be late getting the work done. Huck leaves and head to look over the fairgrounds where they want to put on the festival. Peyton has several vendors who are question whether or not the festival is going to happen. Peyton's father calls her and wants to know if she let Huck speak at the meeting. When Peyton gets to the home she's trying to sell on of her father's friends shows up, he wants to look at what work needs to be done. Peyton's father's friend, Mr. Franklin also is going to be doing the construction for the festival. Mr. Franklin tells Peyton he can fix up the home she's trying to sell and it won't need much. Huck has been helping Levi April's Bad Boy - Levi with his construction business, but wants to head out on his own. When Huck heads to the hardware store he overhears Mr. Franklin talking about the job he's doing for Peyton. The cashier overhears and tells Mr. Franklin that her father wouldn't approve of him talking about his daughter like that. Huck has to clench his fist together. Huck points out to Ruby what a terrible job Mr. Franklin is doing and she tells him he needs to tell Peyton. While Huck is out at the fairgrounds late Hades comes to watch over him. Peyton waits on Mr. Franklin who's over an hour late, when he arrives, it doesn't bother him that he's late and she has things to do. When a big dump truck comes Peyton tells Mr. Franklin not to block her in, but the truck dumps his load right behind her car. Peyton tells Mr. Franklin she wants his truck keys and takes his truck. When Peyton comes back to the fairgrounds to check on the work being done but finds Huck whistling in the shed. Huck finishes up what he's doing, but heads into a shed, Peyton comes and finds him when she walks into the shed to find out what he's doing at the fairgrounds the door shuts and locks. After Peyton and Huck are released out of the shed, she tells Mr. Franklin he's fired. Peyton offers the job to Huck and he gladly takes the job as long as it doesn't interfere with them. Huck doesn't know how he's going to tell Peyton and doesn't think he'll be able to finish the job on time. Peyton arrives and doesn't know what she's going to do, she'll have to cancel the festival. When Peyton's father arrives she wants to know if he had any part in this. Ruby tells everyone it maybe time to let this land go, there's been a buyer interested in the land. Huck makes a note to check on that later to see who the buyer is. Peyton's father tries to tell her to stay away from Huck, but then he interferes with their conversation. Huck tells Peyton the real reason her father is out to get him. Peyton has to call an emergency meeting and get everyone together, Huck promises to see her later. When Peyton wakes up she realizes Huck never came home, she sees her phone lit up with several messages. Everyone is telling Peyton to get to the fairgrounds. When Peyton arrives she can't believe it, everyone is working together. Everything is almost done for the festival and Huck is in the middle of it all. Peyton can't believe Huck did all of this for her. Peyton makes several phone calls and gets everyone back to the festival. The next day, Mayor Nelson makes a speech then turns it over to Peyton who thanks everyone for helping out and wants Huck to come on stage. Everyone starts chanting Huck's name and she thanks him personally for how he pulled off making the festival happen. Huck pulls Peyton in and kisses her. Both Huck and Peyton forgive one another for not fighting for each other fifteen years ago. This time they'll get it right.

Huck has returned to Mustang Mountain after being away for years and has started his own business flipping houses and such. He sometimes works with his buddy Levi. The Festival is coming up and he was putting in a bid on it but he is late and then he sees someone he hasn’t seen in years and hadn’t expected- Peyton. When Peyton & Huck were teens they dated (& more) but in secret, because Peyton’s father hated Huck’s family. Why we learn about later on in the book. We get to see Orville acting in his Mayoral ways and Ruby as well. Huck lost everything when he was forced out of town- you’ll see what. Peyton is going nuts trying to get everything done on time. She chose the contract bid of her father’s ‘chosen’ for the Festival repairs. It is a good thing that Huck took a peek at it because it was sooooo not done to code. I was livid and wanted to pretty much scream rant at Mr. Franklin for how poor a job he did and then some! Egads. I still don’t understand how he did what he did and Peyton’s father… well, he is not a nice man. I love seeing the girls with Peyton, they are so great. I’d like a book with just a Girl’s Night story, lol. With the guys picking them up afterwards. lol. Oh the trouble, they could get into- both sides. lol. I have always loved Ruby, but, in this book, I honestly think she is the most heartfelt and some of the stuff she says to Huck made me want to cry it was so beautiful. I laughed, cried, giggled, chewed on my nails, and ranted out loud. Once Peyton & Huck actually talked about what truly happened they realized a big thing- that they were meant for each other- it was very romantic and steamy. I love Mustang Mountain and most of the people there. The sense of community is just so strong and I miss Hades. He only got a quick cameo. That wolf says so much with just body language. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

We are still in for a ride in the Bad Boys of Mustang Mountain.

Huck has moved back to his small hometown, but learned real quick some people never grow and let the past go. He didn't expect to run into the love of his life, Peyton. She is a real estate agent, and super powers of running things in town, and working on the town celebration. He missed his opportunity to bid on a job that would establish his new business in town. No one cared he stopped to help someone broken down and thats why he was late.

I watch as these two try to coexist around each other and fail badly at it. Neither has been able to get over Huck leaving town and never coming back. Its hard to read how controlled Peyton is by her father, yet not as straight forward as people think.

When a shady contractor under bids and wins, it comes out real quick he is one to cut corners, and not keep the safety of things in mind. Huck can't ignore the shortcuts he's trying to make, and sees how the town fair is going to become a danger zone.

I love they get trapped in a shed while both at the job site for different reasons and they FINALLY get to talk about the past. They have lived so many years beleiveing things that weren't true when Huck left town, and how that hurt never left either of them. That sometimes there is love out there that withstands time, hurt, distance, and circumstance. It felt so natural watching them finally get the truth out, and realize they are still very much in love.

Also, you can't miss the wonder that is Mustang Mountain. When tragedy strikes, and most hope is lost.....The town shows up. Huck rally's everyone and gets the celebration rebuild, better than ever. This is a small mountain town that takes care of its own, and shows up when your neighbor needs help. A great HEA...that felt was just on pause, never over.

**Second Chance at Love**

*June’s Bad Boy - Huck* is the sixth book in the *Bad Boy of Mustang Mountain* series, and it’s a real treat! In this story, Huck returns to his hometown after being forced out 15 years ago for a crime he didn’t commit. Since then, he’s been making a name for himself as a general contractor and is excited to submit a bid for the town festival.

Peyton is caught off guard when she sees Huck at the town hall, especially since he turns in his bid a bit late. Unfortunately, she can’t accept it and chooses to go with the contractor her dad prefers instead. This unexpected reunion stirs up old feelings for both of them, reminding them of their secret high school romance that ended in heartbreak when Huck left town.

Things get a little tense when Huck overhears the other contractor's reckless plans, which could put the townspeople in danger and create trouble for Peyton. He takes it upon himself to quietly fix the issues, but when Peyton finds out, she confronts him. This leads to an important conversation in which they finally address their past and all the secrets that have been hanging over them.

This series has been such a joy to read, and this book is another wonderful addition to it, complete with a happy ending! It beautifully portrays a couple navigating their way through heartbreak and love, along with the family drama that can sometimes get in the way. With a second-chance romance and some spicy moments, it’s a fast-paced read that you can easily finish in one sitting. I can’t wait to see what next month’s bad boy has in store!

Rekindling A Long Lost Love -
Seeing Huck again brought back all of Peyton’s heartbreak from their past, but it also reignited her old feelings every time she was around him. Huck had not gotten over the incident that led to him being forced to leave town and the part Peyton played in it, so his anger intensified after their interaction at the town hall meeting. However, everything changed when Huck overheard a conversation where an individual’s carelessness would have caused a major incident for the townspeople and also implicated Peyton.

Huck’s conscience didn’t allow him to sit back and let the disaster happen, so he decided to rectify the problem quietly. However, Peyton discovered his secret and it led to a confrontation where they finally discovered some inconsistencies in the reason why they broke up years ago. Luckily, Huck and Peyton managed to rekindle their relationship and work together, so they could not only successfully complete the festival, but also have a chance at having the life they were previously deprived of living.

I really enjoyed reading this spellbinding romance story with relatable characters and a small town vibe. The tension and sparks between this duo was electric, but more importantly, the storyline had the perfect balance between angst, romance and steam. This book was so good that I stayed up way past my bedtime (current 04:30), just because I had to finish reading it. Grab a copy of this book now and you won’t be disappointed.

They're not letting go this time!

Huck Barrett and Peyton Winslow had secretly dated while in high school. For some reason, her father always has something against Huck's family, especially his father. When he accused Huck of a crime, Peyton knew Huck was innocent, but she was too afraid of her father to speak up for Huck. Mr. Winslow even made certain that Huck lost his college baseball scholarship, too. So, Huck left Mustang Mountain and Peyton fifteen years ago.

It's finally time to return to Mustang Mountain, the only place that has ever felt like home to him. As an added bonus, Peyton is still there, and she's even more beautiful than ever. She is now a real estate agent in town.

Peyton was "voluntold" she'd be chairing this year's 150th Founders Festival. Only the area for the festival needs a lot of work to be done before the festival can be held. Huck's bid was late, so she didn't allow him to enter his bid. She accepted the bid of a contractor her father recommended, but it turns out he cuts corners and does shoddy work. She needs help; she needs Huck, despite the chaos that seems to accompany him.

As usual in Mustang Mountain, when there's a community crisis, Ruby and Orville from the Mercantile are able to rally the entire community's aid to save the day.

She thought he left without a word. He thought she never believed in him.

Fifteen years ago, Huck (H) disappeared from Mustang Mountain with a bad reputation and a broken future. Now he's back, trying to rebuild his life and stay out of trouble. But when he walks into a town meeting and sees Peyton (h), the girl who once meant everything, he realizes nothing about coming home will be simple.

Peyton has spent years proving herself in a town where everyone remembers your worst day. Running the Founders Festival is her shot at showing she's more than her last name. So when Huck shows up late with a bid and a storm of old feelings, she shuts him out fast. But unfinished doesn’t mean forgotten.

As construction issues mount and hidden truths come to light, Huck quietly steps in to fix what others won’t. Not for credit. Not for attention. Just because it needs to be done. When the two get trapped during a storm, what started as anger and distance turns into something they can’t ignore anymore.

It’s not about starting over. It’s about finding out what was real all along.

Both Huck and Peyton grow from people shaped by silence and regret into two who finally confront what tore them apart. He sheds the bad boy label by choosing action over resentment. She learns to trust her own voice, not the one she was raised to follow.

A steamy second chance, small town romance, exploring love, loyalty, past mistakes, forgiveness, and the cost of staying silent too long.

You want excitement? Well you will definitely get that and more with this fantastic ebook. Huck is back in town to correct wrongs and that begins with the town festival. Unfortunately due to helping someone he gets to the community center late. He's shocked to find his secret ex Peyton still gorgeous as ever heading the committee. Peyton can't believe that he came. Huck is still so handsome and she tries to keep her feelings of anger in check. But when mishaps start going on at the festival then things really start to heat up. The passion Huck and Peyton used to feel is still there and their connection is undeniably too strong to ignore. Will Huck and Peyton realize that their feelings are stronger than ever and that they can't get enough of each other? Can Peyton get Huck to forgive her for all the misunderstandings so long ago and can she convince Huck that nothing will separate them again? Does Huck show Peyton that he's with her no matter what and does he find out who's behind the mishaps and why. This outstanding author will geep you on the edge of your seat with the mysteries surrounding the festival and of course the reason why Huck and Peyton were separated. I definitely encourage you to get this super spicy 5⭐️ winner to get the answers to what's going on and where Huck and Peyton are headed. You will be so glad you got this exciting ebook. I loved it and you will too.

Mustang Mountain is celebrating the 150th Founders Festival and it is falling apart. Peyton Winslow has lived here all of her life and is a real estate agent. She got stuck being in charge of the festival. The committee awarded the construction contract to Mr. Franklin, who is a friend of Peyton’s father. Mr. Franklin also offered to help Peyton with a quick fix for a house that she is trying to sell.

Huck Barrett came back to town and has been working with his friend Levi doing construction. They have been flipping houses and cabins in the area. Levi had told Peyton that the house that she is trying to sell needs a whole new foundation. Huck is surprised when he is at the supply store and hears Mr. Franklin talking about his quick fix for the house.

Huck has a bad feeling about Mr. Franklin, so he goes to check the work being done for the festival. He is not impressed and worried about the shoddy work. Fifteen years ago, Huck left town and broke Peyton’s heart. He knows he has no right to get involved with Peyton or her life now. However, he knows he has to do the right thing, so no one gets hurt at the festival.

I felt bad for Huck because it is obvious that Peyton does not know the whole story about why he left. I felt bad for Peyton because she was stuck heading the festival and there were non-stop problems. I really wanted the two of the them to talk about what was clearly a misunderstanding fifteen years ago.

Truth and Love

June's Bad Boy - Huck is the sixth book in the Bad Boys of Mustang Mountain series. I loved this second chance romance between Peyton Winslow and Huck Barrett. They had a secret relationship in high school that ended badly when he was accused of a crime and she did not stand up for him. Peyton comes from a rich ranching family with a father who is controlling and has a lot of power in the town. Huck came from the wrong side of the town and was a "bad boy" with a soft and gooey heart. Huck had played baseball and had a scholarship which was lost when Peyton's father made a deal that saw him leaving town and never coming back. Well he has returned after being gone for fifteen years, moving where the jobs are. He wants to put down roots and Mustang Mountain is the only place he feels he can do that. Coming home has meant facing his past and he that will mean facing Peyton, even if he is not ready for it. Peyton has stayed on Rugged Mountain and is now a real estate agent in town. But no matter how old she gets it seems her father is still pulling her strings and telling her what to do, which she does not fight. But when Huck appears again her world is about to get blown up in ways she never expected when some hard truth and old secrets are finally revealed to all.

This enemies to lovers, second chance at live romance features plenty of angst, snark and spice. Fifteen years ago Peyton and Huck were young lovers. When he left town, both were left broken hearted and feeling betrayed. Now, Huck has returned to Mustang Mountain and is working as a general contractor. His years of roaming the country are done and he is determined to put down roots again in his home town. Their first official meeting since he has been back only highlights the tension, anger and bitterness that is between them now. For the past fifteen years, neither could forget the other or give their hearts to anyone else, but the past, especially the way he left, sits between them. It takes a corrupt contractor and some nasty behind the scenes sabotage to the upcoming Founders Festival to get these two to finally be on the same page and willing to listen to each other. They talk about what happened in their past and realize that despite her father’s machinations to break them up, they still love each other. Cue the spicy reunion and the tense confrontation with her father. These two are determined to have their happily ever after.

I will happily recommend this spicy novella.

June’s Bad Boy - Huck by Eve London⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Small town charm, sizzling second chances, and a bad boy with a heart of gold—June’s Bad Boy - Huck is a swoony, feel-good romance that delivers every ounce of heart and heat you could want!

Peyton is a heroine you root for from the start—organized, passionate, and still a little wounded by the boy who got away. She’s not looking for drama, especially with the town’s Founders Festival hanging by a thread. But when the only person who can help is Huck, the man who shattered her heart years ago, sparks fly in all the best ways.

Huck is everything you want in a reformed bad boy: rugged, charming, full of regret, and determined to prove he’s changed. I loved how deeply he feels—his quiet need to make amends, his fierce loyalty, and the way he slowly peels back the layers to show Peyton just how much she still means to him.

Their chemistry? Off the charts. The banter, the tension, the longing—all of it builds to a payoff that’s both sweet and scorching. And the backdrop of a crumbling festival gives just enough chaos to keep things moving while their romance reignites.

Ran out of Mustang Mountain years ago by Peyton's father, Huck Barrett had decided it was time to return home. But the last thing he expected was to see his ex, Peyton Winslow on the festival committee, and he was late getting to the meeting, so he could not present his bids. Peyton was a daddy's girl pretty much doing whatever he told her to do. She believed everything he told her without question. It was surprising that she had actually moved out on her own. Huck was a wanderer moving wherever the construction jobs were at the time, but he was ready to put down roots hints the move home to Mustang Mountain. When he saw Peyton at that meeting, he realized that all the time away had not changed his feelings for her. She was glad their exchange such a short time as any longer, and she would not have been able to hold it together with all her old emotions roaring back. Everywhere they went, they ran into each other. An engaging story of intrigue and romance from the beginning to the very end.

Second Chance/Oppositea Attract/Old Flames/Small Town. This story takes place in Mustang Mountain. Peyton and Huck dated back in the day til he left. Wait til you find out why and the story behind it! Who was behind it was also very shocking also. Remember this, Peyton and Huck kept their relationship a secret. She was the golden girl and he was the bad boy.

Huck is back. It’s time for the 150th Founders Festival. Huck is helping his friend Levi flip houses and Peyton is in real estate. She’s head of the festival. He’s trying to be the contractor for it. Peyton picks someone her father wanted. Will that be for the best? She may want to really think about that idea. Huck is definitely suspicious of things when they just don’t look right at the festival site. He’s out there one night trying his best to fix things when Peyton catches him. Let’s put it this way we have a shed, them getting locked in and a kiss that may change how Peyton and Huck’s second chance begins again. Wait til you find out how these former lovers possibly rekindle not only their love for each other but come together to make the festival the best ever.

There was so much animosity between Huck and Peyton when this story began I wondered how, or if, they'd ever work through it all. It took courage for him to return to town after being essentially run off as a young man (basically still a kid). Honestly I didn't like Payton much, she was a mouthpiece and a cog for her father - clearly, yet compliant. It drove me nuts!! She got hooked into running the festival, and even though Huck was bullied out of participating he couldn't stomach the idea that people could be hurt. Do you put your feelings (and there are plenty) aside and do what's right, just because, or do you let people face the consequences of their actions, all of them, even if it results in injury to the innocent? This story tackles that issue head on with a powerful enemies to lovers second chance romance where the underdog clearly is more than he appears. Oh, and by the end, I cab say I begrudgingly gave Payton an approving nod... she's learning.😉

This book is a satisfying second-chance romance full of emotion, small-town secrets, and the slow unraveling of a deeper mystery.
Huck and Peyton were each other’s everything once, until a crime—possibly orchestrated by her father—tore them apart. Huck left town in disgrace, and Peyton was left with half the truth. Now, years later, he’s back to rebuild what he lost. Peyton, however, isn’t ready to trust so easily.
I struggled with Peyton at the beginning—her quick judgment and cold demeanor toward Huck felt harsh. But she redeemed herself, and watching their relationship grow again felt earned and heartfelt. Their chemistry and history add real depth to the story.
As always, there’s another piece to the Mustang Mountain mystery to keep readers hooked. Eve London delivers another great read with the right mix of heart, steam, and intrigue.

June’s Bad Boy - Huck is filled with tension, past hurts, drama, and deception. Huck is a good man who got a raw deal years ago, and he is determined to overcome. I adore how he lets his actions speak for themselves and that he authentic and honest and direct in his communication. Peyton has a huge chip on her shoulder and blindly believes everything her father tells her. She also has a heart of gold and is someone everyone can count on to follow up and follow through. Her go getter attitude is both adorable and admirable. The villain in this novella is really nasty, and watching how others interact with him is fascinating. As always, Ruby’s cameos are so much fun. The plot and development are engaging, and I love the ending! And the epilogue? After that teaser, I am so excited for what comes next!

Peyton had stayed in Mustang Mountain, but never moved on emotionally after Huck Barrett had left 15 years before without even saying goodbye! Now he's back and planning to bid on repairs and updates on the fair grounds for the festival. AND he missed bid dateline! Bid not accepted. Huck had been working in construction during the period he has been gone. She's still mad at him! Follow Peyton's way as she works with the contractor recommended by her dad as the contractor suggests quick fixes not full repairs. Huck hears contractor talk about jobs he's doing;not meeting building codes? Huck checks fairground work taking shoddy work photos. How does Peyton and Huck finally clear the air? What is her reaction when she learns the truth about why Huck left like he did?.

They were high school sweethearts until they were forced apart and he was run out of town. Years later he is back and determined to prove his worth to the town and to her. She is angry about the way he left and has never gotten over him. She thinks he left her behind, but when she finds out the truth there is nothing that can keep them apart. They are determined to reclaim their love and not let anyone stand in their way, including some town sabotage or her father. This is a quick redemption read. Little bit of star crossed lovers, who finally get their day. The spice is minimal as it is a short story and they have other things to navigate on their way to a happily ever after. Don't miss the bonus epilogue at the end.

Huck is back in Mustang Mountain after being run off by Peyton's dad. And runs into his high school sweetheart Peyton, who is working on putting together the town festival, while working as a real estate agent. Someone tries to sabotage the festival, will this drive a wedge between Huck and Peyton further? Or will they be able to reconcile after all those years?

This book is a short romance book that is very easy to read, because it's so well written and has a great plot which draws you in. I loved their dual POVs and all the other characters in the book as well. I have been loving this series of books and this one I really really enjoyed and I hope you will too!.

Six books in and this is my favorite. I loved Huck and Peyton’s history and that this was a second chance romance. Back then he was the towns bad boy with a good heart and got screwed over by Peyton’s dad. Peyton was, and still is, the good girl who always listens to her dad and didn’t make the right decision all those years ago. Now fifteen years later he’s back and isn’t the same guy he was, but one thing that hasn’t changed- he still loves his girl!
This was a really good book with just enough spice and a little bit of drama to balance everything out and make the book perfect! I was kinda looking forward to seeing her dad get put in his place by not only Peyton, but Huck too. But all in all, great read and I can’t wait to read Blaze and Grace’s story next!

June’s Bad Boy Huck by Eve London is book 6 in the Bad Boys of Mustang Mountain series that also includes Kaci Rose, sure do love these alpha boys!

Huck has returned to Mustang Mountain after years away, started his own construction company and hopes to win the bid for the Festival. He’s late getting to the meeting and therefore the person in charge will not accept his bid, that person is none other than Peyton, who he dated secretly in high school. What happens next is tensions running high, secrets unfolding, family vs family, shoddy workmanship from the winning bid that Huck needs to fix so no one gets hurt, some laughs, and hoping Huck and Peyton find their way back to each other…

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the second chance love story between Peyton ad Huck. Huck left town 15 years earlier and has returned in time to help with the Founders Festival as a carpenter. Peyton is a real estate agent and is in charge of the festival, she doesn't want to work with Huck, but no one else is available to help. Huck broke her heart years ago and she is still has feelings for him, even though she doesn't want to. Huck knows he messed up with Peyton, and he is determined to make things right and win her back. i liked this second chance romance. Huck matured in the years he was gone and i think he needed to grow up. I really love Eve's books, this was another good one.

June's Bad Boy - Huck is a fantastic addition to the Bad Boys of Mustang Mountain series. This second chance, opposites attract, mountain man short read romance was such a good story. I loved Peyton and Huck and that even after many years, they still had a strong connection. The twists and turns and path that they had to travel to reach their second chance was both entertaining and engaging. The depth of the characters is compelling and the story is well written, making this story a recommended read.

Huck never thought he would return to Mustang Mountain and certainly not to run into Peyton so soon. He never expected the old feelings to surface. She did not back him up when it mattered, would that change or would history repeat itself?

He broke her heart when he left, now ever since the meeting he seems to be everywhere. When it seems like someone is sabotaging the festival, it seems like only Huck ha her back. Has she ever stopped loving him?

This is a steamy read, loved the interaction between the characters looking forward Blaze's story.

Huck might be titled as this month's bad boy, but he is anything but. He left town under a cloud several years ago, under duress and now returned as a hard working, pleasant, confident man. Working construction and dealing with Peyton has its costs because of a conflict over a contract. Also over their previous, hidden relationship and permanent emotions and feelings. She needs to see what is in front of her and face her true feelings. Honesty proves to be the right thing, plus a night locked in a shed.
