Those insecurities eventually spilled over into her adulthood contributing to over ten years of severe depression and anxiety. Reluctant to allow her daunting past to become her future, Trina has turned her pain into passion by inspiring others to overcome adversity in every aspect of life. She credits life’s challenges that groomed her into the fighter she is today. Trina desires to impact and inspire those in similar situations.

I enjoyed reading this sad story, but man it was all over the place. It was hard to understand at times because the timeline kept jumping back and forth.

Now this was a random book but I’m truly happy I read it.
Sometimes we have to read some serious, personal stories every now and then.
I was taken back just from the title so I knew I had to know more about Trina’s life and her story.
Now her story is nothing to take lightly, it was brave for her to share her experiences. I know it was hard. But I appreciate and respect her for sharing the truth and the realness.
We never know what goes on behind closed doors.
Family is messy and can be something else.
I understand more and more as an adult why my parents wasn’t fond of me going to family’s house over night.
You can’t even trust your own family and that’s the sad part.
Childhood trauma that evolves into adulthood trauma.
It’s a healing experience. Trina has a full circle moment.
Have to believe in the Lord and trust him.
Keep faith always.
I could seriously go on and on about my feelings about this book but I want you to read it. It’s available on kindle unlimited.

Deep
After reading this, I'm sad. No child should have to go through the things Trina went through. The secrets her family held were deep, and it's a shame so many people suffered because of it
