Get ready to flip the script on self-care with The Self-Care Revolution—the ultimate guide for women in their 40s who are done with the “shoulds” and ready to reclaim joy, authenticity, and balance.
Look, life at this stage isn’t exactly a stroll in the park. It’s more like juggling a circus act of responsibilities with a side of “Why am I even doing this?” But here’s your chance to hit pause, breathe, and check in with the most important person in the YOU.
This isn’t just another “do this, feel better” list. Nope, The Self-Care Revolution is all about helping you reconnect with yourself, right here, right now. Each chapter serves up no-fluff prompts, real-talk reflections, and the permission to be your most unapologetic self. From tackling gratitude without the guilt to silencing that inner critic who never knows when to quit, this journal is your go-to for practical, no-BS self-care.
Whether you’re celebrating your small wins, dreaming on a big scale, or savoring those little moments of joy, this book has got your back. So, grab a pen, pour that tea (or wine—no judgment here), and rediscover the joy that’s been there all along, just waiting for you to claim it.
A quick yet impactful book to spark some self-reflection and positivity. I liked the practical and no-nonsense approach to self-care, with the prompts and reflections for reconnecting with oneself.
This is the first book I've read for women in their 40's. I was excited but once I read a few chapters I realized it's not what I was expecting. I have read and completed many journal prompt books. I know this isn't a journal but I was expecting questions, not just reflection topics. There is nothing wrong with reflecting and this might be a great book for some women. I wasn't looking to read chapters on different topics with 4 or 5 statements at the end to reflect on. It's only 89 pages so if you're still interested it doesn't take long to get through.
