While this book has lots of good advice and ideas to challenge your mindset, it is definitely geared towards an older audience. As a 20-something, I found that many of the exercises within the book mentioned reflecting on experiences from your 30s-50s, which obviously I have yet to experience. I would possibly consider revisiting this book in many many years when I’ve actually lived more of my life, however, for a 20-something, I don’t think it was worth it.

If you want an easy life, don't read this book! It is so uncomfortable to ask questions and be honest about your own life. If you want an easy living go on with drug, alcohol or relationships abuse.

But talking more seriously - unlike lots of self-help books that cover your mind with soft pink fogg telling you could be happy and achieve anything this book actually makes you work on your own thoughts, feelings and life situation and gives you some valuable tools to change circuimstances you feel trapped or uncomfortable with. Life is all about accepting change and this book makes this point clear and strong and encourages you to take the leap out of your comfort zone.

By the way I really loved those inspirational stories in the beginning of each chapter. Every hero was born as an ordinary man or woman. It's all about the decisions we make in life and self-discipline.

This book is at least a 3.5. It is a 5 for some. If you are not fully satisfied with your life, I highly recommend at least checking this out of the library and giving it a read.

It has questions everyone should ponder in their life and maybe do. Overall I do not think I got much out of it but, it may be different for someone else.
