Got to meet Marquardt - interesting guy. His theory is to ask questions, and use active listening, to resolve conflicts on a team. The technique he recommends only allows you to ask questions - you can only make statements in response to someone else's question. It changes the dynamics of the team and helps to quickly get to the root cause of any problem.

Great for those who already experienced action learning sessions. Full of insights. It would be a mistake to try to know what action learning is by this book.

Detailed description of the Action Learning Process along with why this approach is so powerful. This book covers the 6 factors in great detail, and the guide for implementing Action Learning in organisations is extremely useful.
