The best mystery series I have read till date. Got me out of my reading slump. This series will take you on a ride and you wont be able to put down either of the books even for a second. Absolutely loved the way the whole story comes to a close at the end. Highly recommended to all the mystery lovers out there.

P.S - Read the prequel (Kill Joy) after reading the 3 novels in the series. You'll be able to join the pieces much better and enjoy the story more.

Holly Jackson Collection 4 Books Set was a great read by Holly Jackson. This set consists of; Kill Joy; A Good Girls Guide to Murder; Good Girl, Bad Blood; and As Good As Dead. Kill Joy (A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder #0.5) was a great read by Holly Jackson. Pippa Fitz-Amobi isn’t in the mood to attend her friends murder mystery party. It involves dressing in 1920’s fancy dress and pretending they’re on an island called Joy. Pip immediately finds herself drawn into the mystery and finding the identity of the killer. A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder (A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder #1) was a great read by Holly Jackson. Everyone in Fairview knows the story of Andie Bell’s murder by her boyfriend, Sal Singh, who killed himself after. Five years later, Pip sees just how the tragedy is still haunting the town. She feels that there is more to what happened that day. She believes that Sal may be innocent and decides to reexamine the closed case for her final project. She starts to discover dark secrets that could just prove Sal’s innocence. Someone doesn’t want Pip digging for answers and now her life may be in danger. Good Girl, Bad Blood (A Good Girl's Guide to Murder #2) was a great read by Holly Jackson. Pip is no longer a detective. She released a true-crime podcast with Ravi Singh, about the murder case that they solved last year. The podcast went viral and Pip says that her days investigating are behind her. Unfortunately, someone she knows goes missing and she must break that promise. Jamie Reynolds disappeared on the same night that there was a memorial for the sixth-year anniversary of Andie Bell and Sal Singh's deaths. The police wont look into Jamie's disappearance and Pip says that she will figure it out. As Good As Dead (A Good Girl's Guide to Murder #3 was a great read by Holly Jackson. Pip is about to go to college, but is still haunted by how her last investigation ended. She notices that online an anonymous person keeps asking her: Who will look for you when you’re the one who disappears? The threats quickly escalate and she realizes that someone is following her in real life. She finds connections between her stalker and a local serial killer that was caught six years ago. She has starts to question if the wrong man is behind bars. The police won't do anything so Pip has to find the suspect herself. I enjoyed reading this book and cant wait to read more by the author.

First read from Holly Jackson, and was not disappointed in the slightest. Read all four books in the series, my only comment may be about the last book where we find out Cassie's mother is the Pythia. I would of loved to have seen that relationship develop more throughout the last book instead of just towards the end. I enjoyed Cassie's relationship development with all of the different characters especially Sloan who is an absolute sweetheart. Felt like this book was very analytical in its approach to understanding what is happening in both the minds of the killer and the natural, which I think is what kept me so intrigued. Not a light read at times and could definitely be triggering for some people, but overall a great mystery thriller.

OK, SO I loved it a lot don’t get me wrong but I think the third book is not as good and I wish it was because it kinda ruined the series and pip just seems out of character, anyways kill joy was really good, I stumbled upon it at our library and was like ooohh I read those books and read it on the 25 minute drive home and loved it.

I loved these books!! Im even more excited for the TV show/movie! This is one of the best YA books ever. Please we need more YA like this. Holly doesn’t spell out anything and leave the mysterious aura there which many YA authors don’t do. This book is full of advice and inspiration for young readers and is not shallow like many YA books.

The series begun with an epic bang, and ended with a fart. I was so hooked on the first book, but I guess it should have ended there. In the second book, the story started to decline, and it just became flat out forced on the third.
