Weybridge Academy is the most prestigious boarding school in the country. Exclusively for the rich and powerful, it’s the last place seventeen-year-old Isobel Grace belongs. But when her long-lost father unexpectedly reappears, she’s plucked from her simple small-town life and thrown into a world where money and status are everything. The only rule she’s stay away from Noah Hastings.
It should be a simple request. After all, Noah is the untouchable heir to a billion-dollar empire—handsome, charming, and a notorious heartbreaker. Isobel is just the new girl, who grew up waiting tables and barely scraping by. Their worlds couldn’t be more different.
Yet Noah isn’t quite what she expects, and soon, Isobel finds herself drawn to him in ways she can't ignore. Staying away from him feels impossible. But at Weybridge Academy everyone has a hidden agenda. And for Isobel and Noah, it’s not just their differences that stand between them—it’s the secrets they’re desperate to keep.
This special edition contains all three books in the Weybridge Academy series plus an exclusive bonus chapter. Titles include Sweet Heartbreak, Sweet Temptation and Sweet Ruin.
Alexandra Moody is an Australian author who writes romance novels for young adults. She lives in Adelaide with her husband, three children and naughty dog. When she’s not busy writing, you’ll find her reading or spending time with her family. She loves to travel, is addicted to caffeine and has a love/hate relationship with the gym.
This was as cringy as the cover (extremely), but enjoyable. I loved the Harry Potter references! The ending is ludicrous, but I couldn’t stop reading which is slightly embarrassing. 3.5⭐️
2.5🌟 i only finished the first book and barely made it past it even. i literally just stopped caring and the plot was not giving😭😭i liked noah and isobel was okay as characters but the side characters where the only thing keeping interested fr. also some of the stuff was too wattpaddy in not the best way like him calling her crash killed me💀 like i just could not get over it and the whole “our family are enemies” thing at the end ✋✋i feel like it was a good concept just some things ruined it for me unfortunately i will not be picking uo the second.
Isobel is the biggest pick me! And the writing is incredibly cringy. I’m not sure if I like the premise of the book with the father and the grandfather and all of that I don’t really enjoy books that one of the characters have just such a tragic life where parents are dead and everyone’s depressed I get that he’s a ruing guy but that plot of dead parents is just not always for me.
So far I feel like he is very immature and although he has a lot of pressure on him he is 17 so grow up a little and from the sound of it he has had to grow up at a very young age so I don’t understand why he is so immature.
Like I said, Isabella is very cringe and I don’t like her and I also don’t trust Wes at all I’m not sure what’s going on there. I do feel bad about his girlfriend though that’s kind of sad.
I’m also very intrigued to see how the friends react. I think that his cousin will still stay friends with Isabel simply because she’s on the other side of the family so it may still be okay between them but then again cousins over girls which is kinda sad I feel like she’s gonna be depressed now for the rest of it simply because what happened to her in the past is happening again.
I have a feeling that Lily is going to become more of a main character in this next book simply because she has no other friends okay? Maybe I think that they’re all gonna choose Noah’s side over her side which kind of makes sense because she’s new and they don’t really know her where they’ve known Noah their whole life.
BOOK 2
Nothing really happened in this book except we find out that a teenager and a grown man are conspiring together. Isobel is a little bitch and has little backbone. Wes is a weirdo. And finally that all my predictions for this book we wrong and that it was a waste of my time...
Im obviously so excited about the next book. that was sarcasm I couldn't think of anything worse. I have also now taken majority of this authors books of me TBR lol sorry babes but ur books are just not for me..
I read this YA series because my 14-year-old daughter has read it and loved it. So I wanted to relate to her and read one of her books. This ended up being 3 books in one, but one continuous story. I'm so glad I could read all of them back to back.
I'm fairly stingy with my 5 stars. I don't have a lot of 5 Star books this year. But I really loved this story. I loved the rags to riches, down to earth, girl next door main character, Isobel. I loved her love interests, Noah and Wes. I loved all her friends but especially Cress, Anna, Sawyer, Luther and Lily.
The story has a lot going on and I found myself anxious to get back to the story every chance I had. There were some great twists and turns. It was fun to root for 2 guys to win Isobel's heart at the same time and I liked how the author resolved one of the relationships.
Such a fun and enjoyable read with plenty of meat within a teenage romance. I will read more by Alexandra Moody.
I love that these books aren’t entirely focused on romance, but also bring friendship, family, and business and action into that plot. It’s super interesting and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to read a romance with more plot and some action.
sweet heartbreak ‘i’d known noah and i were too different. i’d hoped that perhaps the risk was worth it. but there was nothing sweet about having your heart destroyed.’
i’m a sucker of an opposites attract romance, so i loved seeing how different noah and isobel were, how they grew up in completely different environments but still had this connection. my heart hurt seeing isobel being taken away from her home and family and being put into this school by her father who is a stranger to her. seeing how she found it hard to accept her new life and trust those around her after being hurt in the past. seeing the pressures noah is under was hard, being so young with so many expectations. i liked the plot of why their two families hated each other, despite still not knowing the why, you can see how it’s impacted them. i really like all the main characters so far, they are all really nice and fun to read.
sweet temptation “how could i be acting as though you don’t exist when you’re the only person i can see?”
as much as i love wes, i’m not a massive love triangle fan. him and isobel did have a cute connection but im still routing for her and noah. i liked how we learnt a lot more about the two families and why they have so much hate. noah was so affected by not being with isobel, it was sad to read but it showed just how much he cared for her. you could really see isobel struggle with moving on from noah. i’m loving all the side characters and the little hints at their relationships and connections. i’m a huge fan of the tension between luther and anna! i like how isobel and matthew are getting closer and developing their relationship, she might struggle to fully accept her father but it’s still growth and seeing more of her mum was nice. i love the bond her and her mum have. seeing noah and matthew at the end of this has left me with more questions that i can’t wait to see what will happen.
sweet ruin “after all we’ve been through this year, there’s one thing i’ve learned: you are all that matters to me. i nearly lost you this week, and i won’t let anything happen to you again.”
this was a lot more fast paced than book 1&2 whilst it wasn’t the best, it was still a lovely read. seeing both noah and isobel struggle with being a part was sad to read, they deserved to be together regardless of their families feud. i love how determined noah was to go against his family to make sure he could be with isobel, i do find some of the actions a little too much. i felt like him and matthew could have included isobel, as a lot of their actions really hurt her. also the ending of this felt a little rushed and there was a lot going on, but there were some really cute moments between all the characters at various points and i love how isobel found herself with her friends and family. overall this wrapped up the story so nicely and i’m happy all the characters got their chance at love and happiness
okay so the first book was pretty good, i LOVE cress and anna so much and also wes and sawyer but i didn’t understand the timeline. i’m pretty sure that the school year started at a regular time so how did isobel and noah go on a date, start being bf and gf and also break up ALL before halloween. like why did it go so fast??? and then poor wes cuz she used him as her rebound. tbh i liked wes better but he was too good for her cuz she kept going back to noah anyways, and the whole thing with luther and kaden not talking to her just cuz noah made them like that’s so stupid. and the third book was the worst one, she and wes broke up and noah thinks he can just take her back cuz he’s rich and entitled even tho she just broke up with someone and the whole drama with his dang grandpa, like wth. he burned down isobels moms cafe and almost killed them and then she tried to shoot her and noah took the bullet. WTF. the drama was so unnecessary and you mean to tell me that all of happened BEFORE CHRISTMAS??? HELLO??? lowkey im not upset that she didn’t end up with wes cuz he’s for the girls but i don’t like her and noah together, i loved the vibes of the book but the plot and timeline sucked. like lowkey every side character was better than the two main characters. also shoutout to matthew cuz he was actually a good dad even tho he didn’t know about isobel for like 17 years, he was a total baddie.

Ok so I give a lot of books five starts but I feel this one both did and didn’t deserve it. It had so many cringe worthy moments but it also had me sobbing in the floor chucking it across the room and laughing my head off. Moments felt a bit cliche and I honestly think that the author had a vendetta against her own main character with how much the universe hated her in this book even though it knew what it was doing. Even though I didn’t want technically to give this as many stars I was obsessed with this series and couldn’t put it down soooo five stars it is
this book was actually insane. Noah Hastings THE MAN THAT YOU ARE….I LOVE A YEARNER!!!! Wesley Montfort, it was never gonna be you…it was never gonna be you.

I just wanted it to be over 🤦♀️so much potential with the plot and the build up JUST WASTED. There were so many unnecessary and dramatic scenes. I can’t believe I finished 80% of this book in one sitting. I feel like I wasted my time when I could’ve read my usual YA fantasy book like the girlie I am. UGHHHH
The first book was okay, I actually liked it but it just kept getting worse for the rest of the other books. I kept reading hoping that it will eventually get better but the main characters are stressing me out like-
I can’t believe that I stayed up until 3 am reading this, only for it to end up being DNFed
I read this in about 3 days and it was amazing! I fell in love with all the characters and the ending had me screaming and jumping up and down. I NEED books from the other characters!
Isobel was your average pick me girl. Within what felt like seconds of getting to her new school, she made it clear she “wasn’t like other girls” and somehow caught the eye of the hottest guy in school. Of course she did. To make matters worse, the poor girl was given loads of expensive gifts from her mega rich father, who of course she didn’t like because he FORCED her to go to a really hogwarts-esque boarding school! So, I was enjoying this series, actually, until the end of the first book. Ends on a cliff hanger, where they break up because of some ridiculous feud between families or something. Yay. Woohoo. It really went downhill after that. I really can’t remember what happened for the whole second book, but the only good decision she made was getting together with Wes. Of course, while she was with Wes, she kept pining for Noah like some annoying brat, even though what she wanted was right in front of her. She would never admit it though. She never cared about anyone else’s feelings (except her mom, who was her ‘best friend’ apparently). Poor Noah and Wes were put through so much. Every 5 seconds, Isobel ran off with Noah then told Wes to trust her, after something clearly was going on. She wasn’t happy when she saw a picture of Wes with his ex, but it’s okay when she does it. She spent a whole day alone in the car with Noah, she was caught by her boyfriend leaving a classroom with Noah, and he didn’t like it but let her keep going. It took DISCOVERING HER IN HER EX’S HOODIE OR SOMETHING to actually make this guy take some action because he WAS TOO GOOOD FOR HER and WAS TOO NICE. So Isobel then has the selfishness to say that she deserved more trust from him. What. The. Heck.
Then he apologised and said HE was in the wrong.
AGAHGAHAGAHA At this point, I was in too far and had to finish the book. But couldn’t she see Wes was so much better? SHE DIDNT DESERVE ANYTHING ANYway UGH!
So yeah. Thanks for listening to me rant. The first bit was good though :)

honestly i understand everyone fustration about being mad about this and that. i think if i were to read the books individually, i too wouldve DNF it because me personally i HATE cliffhangers. I enjoyed reading the book because i knew it was 3 books but i didnt know it was about the same couple. i thought it was about 3 different couples in one book.
After reading all the reviews i dont see how isobel is a pick me. she was thrown into a world she knew nothing about, her life changed within a couples of days, she went from waitressing , worrying about this and that to seeing her dad who she had this perspective of , he didnt even stay with her or anything because he had to go back to nyc there was so much things going on. shes literally a teenager of course shes going to be acting her age and it was very valid.
People commenting on how she is with wes , i understand that. She stood up for herself, why would she wait on someone and be a secret knowing that he listens to his grandpa. That wouldve never lasted , she didnt want to waste both their time. she never truly moved on from wes and shes human, she tried her best to move on but like i said shes a teenager shes experiencing life and learning. if you guys dont like teenage behavior then dont read it. theres so much more i want to say but i personally loved this book. it’s better off as a whole book ill admit that !
Wow this book was so good!! I actually loved it so much. From the moment I picked it up I loved it. I had never read a book with the vibe this one had but I loved it. I loved all the characters, the plot, the academic setting, and the romance!! I loved the tension between Noah and Isobel it was enemies to lovers and second chance romance which was amazing. I also loved the cute and sweet flirting between Wes and Isobel and I was definitely team wesobel for the bit they date.
Besides the romance all the plot twists with William had me shook. Like i literally almost cried 7 times in one night finishing this book because of the insane plot twists and the 2 near death experiences.
All in all i actually loved this book so much and I will probably never forget it. This series is probably one of my top romances ever and I can’t wait to dive into more of her books.

This is the most high school book I have EVER read... 🎓😘💵⚽️
book 1 - 3/5 Isobel grew up in Rapids Bay and worked at her mom’s cafe. Life kind of got messed up for her when her boyfriend cheated on her with her best friend, and they both abandoned her. Going into her senior year, her mom made the decision that she had to go meet her father for the very first time. When she showed up in Weybridge, she found out her father was rich, but also that she wasn’t going home. The next day, she moved into Weybridge Academy, where she immediately met Cress and Anna, who would become her best friends. At the first party of the night, she made friends with Luther and Lily. Before classes, she ran into (literally) Noah, where their connection started. Classes were going well, but as Noah showed her more attention, the mean girl Veronica started digging up her past. She went on a date with Noah to visit her mom back home, which was super special. Their second date was the big ball, but they had to go separately because Noah’s family's business deal was dependent on his relationship with Veronica. Isobel went with Wes. Noah and Isobel went to chat outside, but his Grandfather walked out, and her Father walked out. When Noah realized who her father was, he said he ruined his family, and they couldn’t be together anymore. Wes came out and found Isobel and took her home. book 2 - 3.5/5 This book picks up where the previous one left off. Wes took Isobel to cool off in a nice field somewhere and then they went to the after party at Luther’s, where Isobel got kind of drunk and had to be taken home by her friends and the twins. The next morning was the Garden Party and Isobel ran into Noah which didn’t go very well. Isobel was trying to do her best to stay away from Noah, but they kept sharing secret kisses in the woods. Isobel kept wondering how she could get over Noah and Anna suggested a rebound which Isobel was struggling to accept. At a boathouse party, Wes showed up wasted and admitted Sarah broke up with him. Isobel took Wes home, where he offered to be her rebound but she declined, until she didn’t. They went to New York City where Isobel was assigned to sit next to Noah, but when she got food poisoning he took her home. The next morning Isobel and Wes went to try and visit her dad but he called and invited her for dinner instead. Dinner was nice and she learned a lot about the family rivals. The real fun started at the nightclub. Isobel was dancing with Wed when he saw his ex and ran out of the bar, Isobel followed him and kissed him… When they got back to school they also started sneaking kissed everywhere, until he finally wore her down and they started dating. At the Halloween Carnival, Isobel ran into Noah and his grandfather, Noah punched her father, but showed up later that night to apologize because they are working together?!?!?!? book 3 - 4/5 Because of Noah and Matthew working together and trying to keep it off William’s radar, Noah is just being rude to Isobel, pushing her closer and closer to Wes. Thanksgiving is spent in Rapids Bay with Cress, Anna, and Matthew and everything goes great. She even finds Nina and starts to mend their relationship. Two weekends later things get messy. Matthew brings Candice and Isobel to Noah’s 18th birthday party in New York where it is revealed that Hastings Labs has been bought by Matthew’s company. William is pissed off and so is Isobel. Noah and Matthew try to explain everything to Isobel, but she is reluctant to listen. The next day Noah volunteers to drive her back to campus, which does not do great things for her relationship with Wes. When she returns from NY things with her and Wes are rocky and she is hoping the trip to Aspen after finals will help. However, Luther, Kaden, and Noah are staying right next door. Wes and Isobel get into a fight and Isobel runs off. Noah comes to find her and ends up in the hospital with a concussion, but is released the same day. When Isobel finally makes it home Wes breaks things off with her. Isobel flies to Rapids Bay the next day where her mom tells her about her cancer. She calls Noah and tell him to come see her immediately. Thankfully he did because when he and Matthew get there the cafe is on fire and they are trapped inside. They spend days in the hospital recovering and everything is fine. Noah and Isobel share a kiss on NYE and Matthew and Candice get engaged. When they return back to school Noah is shot by William, who was trying to kill Isobel, but everything is okay. After graduation Noah and Isobel are going to the same college, Cress and Kaden are still together, Anna is gonna marry Luther, and everyone is still friends with Sawyer and Wes.
I did enjoy this book, but I need like the PG-13 or rated R version. Isobel was also a little annoying jumping from man to man, like girl be single for a second. I did love Anna and Cress, classic high school friends. I loved all the guys, Luther was such a girls guy. I also loved how Matthew never pushed Isobel into a relationship, he reached out and let her dictate everything really and I have mad respect for that. I loved Candice and Norma. Overall this book had a solid story line, some parts could have been shortened and other spent a little more time on, but overall I did enjoy.

This was the best book i read so far, like I got attached to the characters so much and I loved the plot twist, people say it was all predictable, but honestly, most of the time I didn't knew what will happen, which was another reason I enjoyed it more. It was so well written, and it was easy to read, even when english isn't my national language. I think my fav was sweet heartbreak because I was giggling, screaming, kicking my feet in the air, when I could feel the tension and chemistry between Iz and Noah. I really liked their scenes together and I wanted to read more and more and was more curious what will happen next, when will there be Noah and Iz scene again, ughhh I just loved itt. I enjoyed the second ( sweet temptation) the least, because there weren't that much scenes with Noah and Isobel, but there was still the tension, and it was perfect book as well, I just feel like I enjoyed the other two more. Sweet ruin, the last one, was soo good either, the drama, tension, love, plot twist omg. I also liked that Isobel bffs ended up with Noah bffs 🤭 I really love Cress and Kaden and Anna and Luther💗 I also love Isobel's relationship with her mom and then with her dad, he was so protective of her and her mom and I just loved it. In the last book I cried a lotttt of times. I don't even know, if it was bcs of the scenes, like the wedding, Noah getting shot, Isobel and her dad getting along and saying they love each other and then her calling him dad, or if it was the fact that the series is ending and I'm not ready to say goodbye. I think it was mix of both, but the main thing I wanted to say, is that I really got attached to all of them and I'm gonna miss this book soo much. It's like my comfort book and idc what anyone says, for me it wasn't cringe and I loved Isobel and all the characters so much. I don't usually write reviews, this is my first one actually, but I feel like I don't know how to get over this book and don't know who to talk about it with, so I figured out I might write a review and as I'm writing, I'm surprised how long it is hah🥹 I don't think any other book will left me feeling that way, especially when the book had over 800 pages and it is the whole series put in one book and I was reading it for 3 months straight. Like I finished the first and for example started reading the second immediately because it is there all at once. And I think that's another reason I got attached to this book so much. I don't think anyone will be reading this wholee thing, but I just want to thank Alexandra Moody for this perfect book, and for proving that books without spice can be much better, and for me they are, and this one especially. I love Isobel and Noah with all my heart and I doubt I will ever forget them. This book will FOREVER have a special place in my heart and I'm more than grateful, that i had the opportunity to read this book💗 I was never reading the same book multiple times, but I feel that maybe, if I ever want to return to my comfort book and read it again, I might do an exception here, hehe🤭. But really, thank you, I will never forget about this book and I will be, for sure, rereading the sentences I highlited because I loveee themm (I highlighted 102 things oops) So, if you are reading this and wondering, if you should read this series, if it's worth it, I would say YES DEFINITELY 💗💗(and I think my review should be enough 🤣)Thank you again and I'm going to cry again because I already miss them 🥹💗

But when the family names are announced they are forced to stay away from each other.
Isobel and Noah have to navigate the feelings they share for each other, stay true to their families, and deal with high school drama. There is power and privilege at Weybridge Academy, but you have to play your cards right!
— — — Any book of Alexandra Moody, I’m a fan of!!! She creates such a vibrant and detail story through this series, with so many GOOD cliffhangers and moments I’m holding my breath. I loved loved loved this book and will definitely be reading it again soon!
* Weybridge Academy: the complete series 10/10 stars 🌟 I am not sure to count this book as three or one. But anyways there were three books within one big book and I am not joking when I say this brought me out of my reading slump. I haven’t been able to breathe, think, or just exist without reading this book 24/7. I ready the whole series in three days and it was AMAZING!! The plot follows a seventeen year old girl who realizes that her estranged father is rich (she’s poor) so she goes to the school he wants to send her to which is full of rich and wealthy students. Anyways, she falls for this guy Noah Hastings and doesn’t realize the Hastings family and her family are business rivals and enemy’s. Basically the second book follows them taking some time apart aka broken up and Noah is pretty cruel towards her I have to admit. Anyways there’s a love triangle and I was team anti Noah for a hot moment. But once she figured out in the third book he teamed up with her father to take down his grandfather I was all for it. Romeo and Juliet meets modern day prep academy.
I loved Isobel and Noah and was surprised after his whole personality transplant in the second (I think?) book. The thing was I didn't really like Wes and Isobel because they were super cute when they were just friends. I think their dating really ruined their friendship - I really thought they had that 'platonic soulmate' kinda relationship. I also think wes' personality was kinda ruined. But omds Cress and Kaden were sooo cute and when Luther said 'that girl's gonna marry me one day, she just doesn't know it yet' about Anna AWWWWWW The plot with Noah, Isobel's dad and Noah's crazy granddad was kinda far-fetched. Also how many times did they go to the hospital??? Although this was full of cliches and a bit unrealistic, I would still recommend it as it was a cute and fluffy read. I also liked that each book wasn't about one couple but it focused on Iz, Noah and Wes (kinda) while also having cool side characters - kinda like To All The Boys.
