A Hypnotist's Journey to Avalon

Rate this book
Stored in the depths of our subconscious minds are the keys to unlocking the mysteries of who we are and where we come from. These are the ancient memories of worlds lost, of wisdom once forgotten, now reemerging because the time has come. There is an urgent need for this knowledge now, as we stand on the threshold of a new era of consciousness and evolution. This information has been carefully retrieved from the deepest layers of the human psyche, and I present it to you in its raw, unfiltered form. Some of it may challenge your perception, and some may stir emotions you didn’t realize were buried within, but I leave it in its purest state because this truth has the power to transform. As you embark on this journey, it is my deepest hope that the memories shared within these pages will help you heal in ways you never imagined possible.
This is not just a book; it is a portal to your soul's deepest memories. A key to unlocking the healing, magic, and wisdom of Avalon that lies within your heart. A Hypnotist's Journey to Avalon will guide you in the reclamation of your divine birthright, helping you remember who you truly are and the ancient gifts you've carried through lifetimes. Will you answer Avalon's call? The faeries beckon, the ancient ones stir, and the time to awaken is now. The path to healing, power, and spiritual awakening begins here.

I had a hard time with this one. The beginning was fantastic, as I believe in reincarnation, past life regressions, etc.
it was truly fascinating to hear a doctors perspective on patients hypnosis and now that relates to ancient spirit realms.

Where this started to get sketch and quite frankly scammy was when the author dove into monologuing on women’s menstrual cycles, etc. to fit the narrative being built for this book.

Through ageist and at times somewhat sexist comments, the believable story she was building through the past life regressions shared was dismantled. I don’t know why there was a need to talk about menopause and virgins for a whole chapter pretty much outside engagement of the subjects via hypnosis, but I’m pretty tired of society thinking it’s cool to remark on women’s bodies in ways that fit their narrative.

You can say what you want and maybe this is rooted in truth for the book, but this lack of evidence and tone really turned me off to the whole thing. Disappointing.

Another amazing book by Sarah Breskman Cosme. As a Past Life regression therapist, her clients' memories launch her in widely diverse directions. Each book is different and stands alone, though I think there is a benefit to starting with the first book and doing the books in sequence, as they do build on each other a bit. Each one of her books has been a page turner, keeping you involved and wanting to do your own research to verify or add to the events discussed. In the Trail of Tears (A hard read, but especially important to understand that phase of our history), Sarah goes researching and actually finds historical records and paintings of the person who was a past life of her current subject. The details fit, providing much confirmation. In Avalon, I have purchased books on "The First Elizabeth" in order to expand my knowledge of her mother who was the subject's past life. Sarah's books are mind blowing yet confirming that we are much more than we know.

At first I didn't think much of this book because of the few reviews. But the more I read it, the more it drew me in. The life experience of the individuals and tales are so interesting. The book also gave me some answers to some of my own questions about myself and the world.
Certain people will feel a draw to this book and I recommend to read it with a open mind. Something in this book might resonate with you.

it was great.

I loved this book. It filled in spaces of knowledge that I have. I have most of Dolores Cannon’s works and all of Michael Sala’s works. Elana Danna’s works are wonderful. Debbra Lupien is a friend of mine and she gave me a multiple lifetime reading of my Akashic records. I have close contacts with Jesus. Would you like to talk sometime? My phone number is +18013762655. I want to write a book about the life of Mary and I don’t know how to start.

Avalon And The Knights Templar

Exquisite work! I discovered the beautiful Avalon story filled with Goddesses and Fairies! The truth about the Knights Templar was most impactful. Merlin, King Arthur and Lancelot! The Red Crystals and many legendary treasures were hidden and protected by them! When we are ready we will find them! Thank you!

I loved this book, and it now sits as a favourite along with From the Trail to the Star People. I honestly love all her books. There's just so much insight into the human existence and beyond, so many little and big nuggets of information that comes through her clients under hypnosis. Thank you!

Fun, easy to read stories that depict the magical realms often encountered our myths (e.g. druids, faeries, JRR Tolkien’s worlds).

This was such an engaging read. I could not put it down. It answered a lot of life questions while posing a whole lot more.
