This is a well written book with good questions posed to better understand your own team.

The author clearly states up front their qualifications. Throughout the book, specific examples are provided, including how this can apply to the reader in their own life. Use of diagrams help visualize key concepts.

I won this book as a good reads giveaway. While I appreciate the topic, it was hard to focus on the take aways when the author went through many in depth stories about why she is qualified to be writing the book. I quickly got distracted and didn’t take away as much as I would have hoped.
