About the author

Author Precious Gibson discovered her love for literature while in elementary school. Throughout her middle and high school years, Precious penned hundreds of short stories in her free time, preferring to tell the stories of characters who had a similar upbringing as herself and those around her.

At age 26, Precious began working for several music and entertainment blogs, including Baller Alert, Hip-Hop Weekly, and Sheen Magazine. After several years of blogging and building an online community through her articles and the launch of her popular Cake Dish Podcast, she decided that it was time for the world to experience her more personal work, her highly anticipated debut novel, “In The Wicked We Trust.”

4⭐️ - “No grace for the wicked” 😩 This book had me on the edge of my seat the entire time! I had no idea where the story was headed, but PG tied everything together perfectly. And that plot twist? Absolutely shooketh!!

In the Wicked We Trust was one of my favorite reads of 2024 and I desperately needed a book 2. Precious Gibson you did not disappoint. Karma at it's finest. Kenya got what she had coming and I loved every minute of this book. The twists, the drama, the revelations was all what I needed. You have became one of my fav's and I need more!!! If you write it, I am reading it hands down. 5 plus stars Mama!!!!!!!

Understatement of the CENTURY! As much as Kenya was a delusional, narcissist, everyone was also just plain dumb. The fact that y'all allowed her to play in y'all face like this was insane hahaha 

This duology is such a fun cautionary tale for just so much. Amazing conclusion to such a messy messy tale!
