She’s teaching him about chemistry in and out of the classroom.

Diego Kahale is coasting through his last semester at Boston University, ready to nail his advanced chemistry class and finally snag that hard-earned degree. But his carefully laid plans take a hairpin turn one night when a mysterious motorcyclist on a blazing hot pink bike blazes past him and his friends, leaving nothing but the roar of the engine and the sting of curiosity in their wake. Determined to uncover the identity of the adrenaline junkie rider, Diego’s hunt leads to an explosive discovery—the daredevil is none other than his new, off-limits chemistry professor, Isabella Rossi.

Smart, sharp, and achingly untouchable, Isabella doesn’t just teach chemistry—she is chemistry, igniting something in Diego he’s never felt before. Their attraction crackles with forbidden tension, and soon, the walls of the lecture hall aren’t the only thing between them. What starts as stolen glances and heated debates spirals into a connection too intense to ignore.
Will their undeniable bond be worth the risk of everything they’ve worked so hard for—or will their explosive chemistry leave them both in ruins?

Full Throttle blends the excitement of a biker romance with the reverse age gap, the forbidden love, forced proximity, between a charismatic student and his captivating professor. It is the first book in The Bikers of Boston Series and is a connected standalone.

Full Throttle by GiGi Meier is a steamy, fast-paced romance that kicks off The Bikers of Boston series with a thrilling forbidden love story. This book delivers an addictive mix of passion, danger, and emotional depth that will keep readers hooked from start to finish.

The story follows Diego Kahale, a confident college senior who never expected to fall for his professor—especially not one as intriguing as Dr. Isabella Rossi. Their attraction is undeniable, but with professional and ethical boundaries at stake, their secret relationship is as risky as it is exhilarating. As Isabella wrestles with the consequences of their affair, Diego is determined to prove that their love is worth the gamble.

Meier does a fantastic job of building tension between the characters, making every interaction sizzle with chemistry. Diego is a refreshing male lead— charismatic, persistent, and deeply devoted—while Isabella’s internal conflict adds emotional complexity to the story. Their romance is equal parts sexy and heartfelt, and the motorcycle club backdrop adds an extra layer of excitement.

Fans of age-gap romances will appreciate the role reversal here, with Isabella as the older protagonist. The dynamic feels fresh and engaging, giving the story a unique twist. Some readers may find the secrecy of their relationship a bit unrealistic at times, but the high stakes and emotional depth more than make up for it.

If you love forbidden romances with strong-willed characters, sizzling chemistry, and just the right amount of chaos, Full Throttle is definitely worth the ride. Looking forward to the next book in the series!

Full Throttle is a reverse age gap romance

I gave this book a 3 star rating because while it wasn't horrible, I also didn't feel it was overly "believable." Yes, I know this is fiction, but in a modern world romance, with non paranormal beings, I need some believability (reasons why noted in later paragraph). Also, and this is JUST me, the reverse age gap did not do it for me. I am into regular age gap, older men, so a woman in her 30s dating a guy 10 years younger? I just don't know about that. And again, that is my personal opinion of course. But, guys are generally less mature (and yes I say generally because I know that doesn't mean all younger guys are immature), so I just cannot remotely imagine dating a guy that young, Diego is what maybe 22/23, rich, and a college student? Now, besides my personal feelings on the age gap situation.....

Diego the MMC, is a student taking his last class to graduate for his undergrad degree. Isabella the FMC, is the new sexy professor. Diego walks into class on the first day, and is determined to have a chance with Isabella. Diego and his friends also had a chance encounter with an impressive motorcyclist female just before, and it turns out to be none other than Isabella. Once Diego manages to break down Isabella's walls, their relationship takes off...

The timeline of events for this love story do make sense for a book. And a lot of their outings are really fun, and have a lot of spice! What doesn't work for me, is how the two go about their relationship. I totally get a professor/student relationship that is secret, but Diego is almost always picking Isabella up IN THE SCHOOL PARKING LOT! The odds of no other student or faculty seeing them after multiple incidences, are very low. There was another time that Isabella is in the faculty lounge, and Diego just strolls in and eventually starts hugging her, again the odds that no other faculty was in that lounge, or was going to walk in at any time, are extremely low. This kind of relationship is always a risk, and I just didn't feel the constant encounters at the school made sense.

I did enjoy reading about the motorcycles, and how riding was such a release for the characters. I have only ever ridden as the "backpack" on my husbands Harley, and I can completely understand the release, also I usually end up falling asleep (my seat is that comfortable lol). I felt that Diego opening up to Isabella was really sweet, and something he needed to get past his tragic injury. Diego was also really great when Isabella's father had some issues.

Overall, if you do enjoy reverse age gap, and motorcycles, you will probably enjoy this book.

Thank you so much to Happily Booked PR and the author for a review copy of this book!

This book was fast paced, high stakes and full of thrills. Both MC's were intriguing and captivating. The added level of chemistry classes and discussion was so interesting. I loved Isabella's dad's addition to the story. And you have the thrill of riding motorcycles and the writing have you the feeling you were right there with them.

Thank you Gigi for an ARC copy!

Isabella teaches college Chemistry and has caught the eye of one of her students. Diego, loves riding his motorcycle and is eager to finish up his last course and graduate.
As class progresses, the teacher student chemistry ignites and Diego is undeniably hot for teacher!

This is the first in a new series, The Bikers of Boston. This was a fast paced read (just like their bikes🏍️) about forbidden love with a reverse age gap.

Thank you to author, Gigi Meier, and Happily Booked PR for the opportunity to read this book. I received an epub and am leaving my review voluntarily.

This was my first reverse age gap and I loved every bit of it! This book was a fast read for me. The spice was definitely top tier! It was very well written with extensive details to make you feel like you were experiencing it. Which is what I love most in a book! Both the MMC and the FMC were interesting and their “chemistry” was undeniable. Also I felt that both their back stories made it interesting and more in depth. The chemistry discussions were very detailed and a nice touch.

Thank you Gigi Meier for the ARC copy of Pinned Throttle (The Biker’s of Boston, #2) I’m currently reading and eating it up!

This was the first book I’ve read by this author, and I really was a fan. There was a lot in this book that spoke to me. I love Boston. When the author was describing them speeding around on their bikes through the streets, I could picture it vividly. I also appreciated that they were both intellectuals. I did have to get past my PTSD from organic chemistry, but the chemistry major in me loved that these two were both excited by science. I know that people have a lot of feelings when it comes to age gap stories, but honestly I found it refreshing that this was a story between an older woman and a younger guy. The slow burn was killing me because I wanted these two together with the “chemistry” (haha) that they had. I thought this was such an enjoyable book to read and enjoyed not only the characters, but also the adrenaline that was created during the scenes on the bikes. It had my heart beat accelerating and had me hanging on to the words on the page.

It isn’t often that we get a story with a reverse age gap. Often we get a young woman and the older man that becomes her protector. But I really enjoyed the aspect of the accomplished professor that had her guard up. Isabella is a sexy, fashionable, chemistry professor (none of mine looked like her) that lets off her pent up frustration and energy by driving her bike at reckless speeds. Like many women who are higher up in their fields, she comes off as strict and cold. But she yearns for excitement and danger on her bike. Diego comes off as cocky and entitled but there is so much more to him. He yearns for knowledge and is highly intelligent. He also finds release by flying through the streets on his bike. The two are so great together and when they finally unite, its explosive.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The characters were likable and I really appreciated the reverse age gap. There was fantastic spice between these characters created by their dynamic chemistry. I enjoyed the setting, the fast speed, and even the college chemistry. It is definitely a story I would read again. It was really enjoyable and would absolutely recommend it.

Wowzers where’s his trousers as my old ma used to say ,had a few wise words like that anyway…Diego Kahale is coasting his last semester in Boston Uni ,ready to take the next step ,his advance chemistry class. When a rider on a blazing hot pink bike speeds by him and his friends and he does sigh. Well call him intrigued ,he had to know who this hot chick is ,where did she go . Oh no ,it’s a no go area ,it’s clear cos she’s your chemistry teacher dear …Isabella Rossi is sharp as the hairpin she just took and she has him on her dangling hook . Startling chemistry you could say heats between them igniting something raw that Diego has never felt before ,is it amour or lust . He doesn’t trust himself to know . Well it’s passion and it’s heat ,a real treat but does she like his hunk of prime beef or does she give him grief and put a stop to their forbidden love ? Well I don’t want to tease too much and give the game away but let’s just say they both had a full throttle to the metal ,pedal pressed down hard and a highway to a hell of a ride together . The memory of which should be ingrained forever . Fireworks the whole shebang and boy did she! This book has it all ,it’s not just the heat although there’s plenty ,a treat ,there’s a depth and a story and compassion along with the passion . It’s exciting ,it’s thrilling ,it’s my top billing . Well you could say I’m hooked . I’m just sorry it took me so long to find the book . The writing is so easy flow ,it read like a dream. The storytelling, compellingly a real dream . And those characters and their chemistry excusing the pun. Very ,very succinctly done.

This book was a change of pace from what I usually read.

Diego was a professional racer until an accident changed not only his life but his future. However, his future changed when he came up against a racer on a hot pink bike.

Dr. Isabella Rossi is the new chemistry professor at Boston University. She is straightforward, with a no-nonsense approach and attitude, until she meets Diego until his blase attitude gets him kicked out of her class on the first day.

Diego's focus is to finish his last semester, get his degree, and graduate. However, the masked pink rider has been on his mind, his need to know who she is only makes him more determined to find her, because her recklessness speaks to him, and for him that means only one thing, her had to have her.

And when he happens upon his masked rider, and she finds herself in a situation where he comes to her aid, only to discover the daredevil rider is his his chemistry professor Dr. Isabella Rossi.

The smart, sharp, completely off-limits chemistry professor has Diego in a tailspin. His obsession turns into something more as he pursues a relationship with her.

But Isabella is afraid of what this will mean for the both of them if they continue down this path because if they're caught, it could spell the end of her career.

Diego is willing to take the chance for something more something real with Isabella. Despite his background and where he comes from, it doesn't matter to Isabella because what he wants is her.

When Isabella finally gives into Diego, he shows her a thing or two about breaking the rules, and believe me, he does teach her in more ways than one because those scenes were deliciously hot, wicked spicy, sinfully dirty and steamy.

But a betrayal of trust on Diego parts almost ruins his relationship with Isabella, and she pushes him away. He can't, no won't walk away from her, despite the age difference between them, what they feel for each other is real and he doesn't want to risk loosing that with her.

When they come to a mutual understanding about their relationship, and they're back on the right path, does Diego do the unthinkable? He gifts her a brand new bike, a gift that speaks to the inner daredevil in her, and we now know that they've both declared themselves to each other Full Throttle.

I received an ARC. Therefore, I am submitting a voluntary review.

Recommend both the author and the book.

Diego has one class left of his degree, then he has his whole future planned out. On day one of class, the smoking hot professor throws a wrench in all those plans, and Diego knows he has a new goal in mind. Dr Isabella comes from chemistry science royalty and is disrupted from her professor dreams by a student she won't let be a problem. Kicking Diego out of class starts an avalanche that quickly buries her in late night biker races, secret diner dates, and a *handlebar ride* at World's End Beach. These two thrill seekers find a hefty dose of adrenaline in their forbidden love until Izzy is confronted with the very real risks of dating her student. Diego is determined to make he realize he's playing for keeps, no matter the cost.

Reverse age gap, biker, professor/student romance, anyone? This was entirely addictive, as the author weaves a constant adrenaline rush into the story with every heated glance, secret touch, and midnight ride. Though both MCs have a lot at risk, their real fear is being without each other. Diego comes face to face with that possibility, and Izzy feels the pressure to perform as though she's not breaking every rule in the college handbook. I loved their careful yet carefree attitude when it came to thrill seeking and Diego's wagers. Their relationship came loaded with speed bumps, but these two riders leaned into the curve and burned rubber racing towards their future.

I was lucky to be chosen to read Full Throttle as an advanced arc reader and it was such an interesting book! I haven’t really read any romance novels based around motorcycles and this is my first time doing so. And I am impressed as to what Gigi Meier has created !! We enter the world of Isabella and Diego, two people who may be the opposite of each other. Except for the fact that they both love riding motorcycles and getting lost in the way it feels when they are speeding down streets.

Isabella is the daughter of a famous chemistry professor, and who she was inspired to follow in his footsteps. She is currently a professor at the same college Diego is attending. When they first meet, they feel this instant connection without knowing who is who until one night. Diego is the son of a wealthy family but is trying to let go of his family’s wealth and prove himself and to others that there is more than to what meets the eye.

This book tackles on the notion of a college professor dating a student and if it’s even allowed. But their instant connection and feelings seemed to override whatever rules have been set in place. If you wanna get lost in a forbidden romance novel, where the age gap is reversed and love instant chemistry, then this is the one for you! Gigi Meier has the ability to encompass all those themes and ensure that you feel Isabella’s inner struggles with her feelings for Diego and Diego’s ability to fully be devoted to Isabella. Their love story is so sweet, intense and chaotic 🫶🏽

✨Reverse Age Gap
✨ Forbidden Romance
✨He Falls First
✨Biker Romance

Diego Kahale is in his last semester at Boston University. Everything in life was going somewhat smoothly until a new biker comes into town and races him and his friends. All Diego thinks of is this biker and who she could be.

Isabella Rossi is a new professor at Boston University and has high expectations when it comes to her students. She immediately doesn’t like Diego when he comes to the first class 20 minutes late and tries to flirt with her in front of the whole class.

Things take a different turn when the new biker in town ends up wiping out on her bike and her identity is finally revealed to Diego. It is none other than his new professor. Diego helping her that night changed the dynamic of their relationship. Now they must navigate how to keep their attraction to each other a secret, or everything Isabella worked so hard for could end up in flames.

This was my first true biker romance, and I must say it had me intrigued. I loved the premise of the story and I loved Diego and Isabella’s dynamic even more. I must say for a biker, Diego was a sweet boyfriend! I honestly thought they were perfect for each other. I can’t wait to see where this series goes.

I love how both the character have such a passion to their life even after all the challenges life throws their way. I love Isabella , she is a complete baddie, women in stem plus ride motorcycles. The dynamic from the beginning was tense. Diego is so much more mature, and how he always there to help her. Both have their own life complexity that they have to heal from. I love their journey.

Diego needs one last chemistry credit standing between him and graduation. Isabella, the new chemistry professor, isn’t going to let Diego slide by with his good looks and charm. Diego likes a challenge, and the challenge of getting under Professor’s skin seems fun until he realizes he enjoys her layers more than he realized. And Isabella starts to realize that Diego is more than just her student very quickly.
I devoured this! This was my first reverse age gap and I really enjoyed it. You could feel their chemistry (no pun intended) and how they both challenged each other. My only thinga are that I don’t really like miscommunication trope and I wanted to know more about Isabella’s past that contributed to her need for control in her life. Other than that, I loved Gigi’s writing and I’m looking forward to continuing this series!

I really enjoyed reading about Isabella and Diego on the first book of the Bikers of Boston series. Isabella is a strong independent motorcycling riding woman kicking ass in her career, so of course what’s not to love about her! What I loooooved about Diego is that he’s driven and focused and knows what he wants 🥵. Isabella and Diego have good banter and chemistry. I love how she puts him in his place and doesn’t take any BS.

This book has all the feels, the characters are well developed and the spicy scenes are spiiiiicy! I have a new found appreciation for a motor cycle 😍😍

Gigi has created such great depth with the MCs and has done such a great job Of building tension that you can feel while reading it. There is lots of emotion between the characters with eachother and with themselves that had me hooked.

Thank you so much Gigi and Happily Booked PR for the opportunity to ARC read and review this book. I will be looking forward to Book # 2!

I devoured this book! The tension, the chemistry (literal and figurative), and the forbidden pull between these two had me absolutely hooked. Dr. Isabella Rossi is fierce, brilliant, and so off-limits it hurts—but that just made every stolen moment even hotter. And don’t even get me started on the pink bike scene! If you love a professor-student romance with explosive tension and rule-breaking heat, you need this book in your life.🔥🚀

This is Book 1 of The Bikers of Boston Series.

I initially didn't know what to expect with this one, but I definitely wasn't disappointed.

The story follows Isabella (a young, brilliant Professor) and Diego (a c0cky and condient student) as the navigate a forbidden romance.

I absolutely adored Isabella. She is incredibly smart and fiesty, a brilliant Biker and someone who I know I'd get along with.

Diego is fantastic, too. We first meet him and his friends on a ride, and we learn a great deal about him. He is overly confident, and it's this confident that sometimes causes him problems.

You just know this mix is going to be explosive!

Steamy and forbidden, it's fantastic to see a strong female character and a strong female author choosing to reverse Tropes to showcase the strong female character!

I absolutely loved this book and can't wait to read Book 2 and more of GiGi's work!

Ohhh, I Iove a great age gap and reverse age gap is even better, since I'm older than my hubby! I'm also a sucker for motorcycle books, as my hubby also drives one. This book gave me quite a few steamy ideas that I'm going to have to try out. IYKYK! I'm new to this author, but I'll definitely be reading more by her. Her writing style was very easy to read. Diego was totally swoon-worthy with all his swagger and confidence, but I also enjoyed that he showed Izzy his vulnerable side. I relate a lot to Izzy and her need to feel control over everything. I loved that with Diego she could just let go! Highly enjoyed!

As a huge fan of Gigi Meier I was eagerly anticipating her new series. As usual she doesn't disappoint. Her characters are well written, full of life and all the feels.
As an older woman I have a great appreciation for her reverse age gap stories. The older women and the younger men who fall hard for them and will do anything to make them see that their love deserves a chance.
Full Throttle is absolutely no exception. Diego and Izzy are well matched. The brash younger man and the older angst filled woman. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop but they worked through their issues and the ending was truly amazing.
Thank you Gigi once again for the blessing of your book baby and I look forward to many more!
Get this book and if you haven't read any then hurry up and start.

Devoured this book! So hot! Love, love, loved the reverse age gap, badass FMC! I was engaged from the first chapter until the end. I couldn’t put it down.

The FMC, Dr. Isabella Rossi or Izzy, is the new chemistry professor, not only is she intelligent she is fiery. Diego is her student who needs chemistry to graduate, and is somewhat arrogant in a sense with his good looks. However, it didn’t take long for him to grow on me. Their attraction was undeniable even though Isabella tries to fight it in the beginning.

This is my first book of this author and really enjoyed her writing style. I could feel the angst of Isabella in the beginning about crossing the boundary between professor and student. The intimacy, passion, humor, vulnerability, excitement all had me engrossed to the very last page. Up way past my bedtime, will need all the caffeine tomorrow!

Gigi, you’ve got yourself another fan! Will be on the lookout for more! Do yourself a favor and add to your TBR 🫶🏻 📖

“Sometimes, the ones who challenge us the most are the ones with the most potential. Have you considered why he behaves this way?”
Full Throttle is a forbidden romance between a professor Isabella and her student Diego. Diego is your cocky MMC who is one course away from graduating Boston University and is on his way to MIT. He comes from Hawaii and his family has money. Isabella is a Chemistry professor. When they first meet you can totally say it was rocky. She even kicked Diego out of class the first day. The dynamic from the beginning was tense but so full of angst. You could feel the vibes on the page. Isabella loves the thrill of the ride and is a motorcycle enthusiast. She captures Diego's attention when she is riding her motorcycle. He is enthralled but the vibes she gives off. From secret motorcycle rides to secluded places you get to see how their relationship evolves and let me tell you those moments on the motorcycle and truck are 🫠🥵🫣. I loved the dynamic between the two.I think the best lines of advice came from the people that both Isabella and Diego trusted the most. Her Father recognized and saw something that warranted giving Isabella a reality check and a moment to breathe and to think of what was going on with Diego. Diego also received a reality check of his own and realized who is really in his corner.

I don’t read many reverse age gap books, but when I do they’re always so amazing… Full Throttle is no exception to this thought! I really enjoyed this read and finished it basically in one sitting.

Diego is exceptionally intelligent and needing this final chemistry course to graduate seems to be a breeze in his mind. Little does he know, the professor is a fiery, take-no-BS woman who puts him in his place the first day of class. From there, the attraction grows between the both of them and navigating a forbidden romance is more difficult than they thought.

I loved the fact that Isabella is an adrenaline junky as much as Diego is and that they are truly a perfect pairing. They’re so alike and they use that to their advantage. Though I’m not a fan of the miscommunication trope, I do think that it played well to show Diego’s character development in this story. I also wish there was a bit more depth to Isabella’s arc and her past to understand the intricacies of her personality.

Regardless, I so thoroughly enjoyed this book and definitely would recommend it to anyone who likes reverse age gap, forbidden romances! There’s plenty of spice, pining and groveling, and adrenaline rushes for a lifetime!

I really enjoyed reading this age gap biker/college romance. This is my first time reading a boom like this, and I really enjoyed it. I loved that the FMC was the older one in this age gap. I haven't seen that before, so I really liked that twist. I loved the development of the relationship between the FMC and the MMC. But I also really enjoyed the personal development of the MMC. I like the dual pov in this book so I could see both sides of this relationship play out. I have this boom a 2.5 🌶 on the spicy scale lost of open door (or no door 😉) romance description on page. Very hot 🥵 if you are looking for your next romance with spicy, I would recommend checking this one out!

Four and half stars.
This book was an ARC read that came to me from thd author through
Happily Booked.

I loved this story! It had real feel to it, and although Diego was somewhat insistent on the relationship, it was a good thing. He had a vision of what he and Isabella could be together, and knew it was right.
It did take a bit to convince Issy properly that they were on the right track, no thanks to dumbass friends!! But they got there in the end.
These two were great together and I thoroughly enjoyed their story.

Full Throttle is a steamy romance that introduces Diego and Isabella and they’re not so ethical relationship - she’s his chemistry professor, he’s her student.

Overall this book was relatively fast paced with some parts dragging more than others. I would recommend this book to any forbidden love, he falls first and emotional angst lovers!

I enjoyed Full Throttle (ARC)! Diego only has one credit left to graduate and it happens to be with the new Professor. They instantly clash and he has the hots for her and wants to prove her wrong that he doesn't take things seriously. I enjoyed their banter and tension. Both Diego and Isabella are adrenaline junkies and their favorite times are on their bikes. The science puns were super funny! This was my first reverse age gap and I was not disappointed. I'm now looking forward to the rest of the series as well as getting into more from Gigi Meier!

Just couldn’t put it down. This series was so absolutely amazing. I loved it and I really enjoyed it. It was a steamy page turner and the suspense was insane. I was on the edge of my seat and it was so addicting and chaos. These characters were emotional and passion with life event challenges. The chemistry between them was spicy and passion and the physical attraction was so intense. It had danger , fear, pain, and heartbreak and drama.
I definitely recommend this book and you won’t be disappointed. I received advance copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion. Trina Jones

If you are looking for a College romance with a twist, this is the book for you!

The Chemistry in this book is adorable, spicy & hot🌶️! I loved the way this book was written because I genuinely couldn’t put it down! I was hooked by the first few chapters! Without spoiling too much, the incidents that unfolded in the first half of the book were heartbreaking but also heartwarming at the same time. This book brought me through TOO many emotions!

A decent biker/college romance.
Age gap. A biker falls for his college professor. There is almost instant attraction, but he quickly gets off on the wrong foot. Can they make it work? 3.5 rounded up to 4.
