Great reminders & great tips! Of all the recommendations, I take with me the goal to enjoy my food more by tasting and chewing every mouthful. Also, I will check-in with my hunger level more often, and let it guide my eating. The book was comprehensive and well-written, with exercises to try and many user-friendly features.
