EI for lasting success!

This book made me reflect on how I respond to stress, tough conversations, and everyday overwhelm. Developing strong EI is essential, not just in your personal life but professionally as well. I’ve always found it fascinating how someone can be incredibly knowledgeable yet still struggle to build lasting relationships due to a lack of emotional intelligence.
