Introducing the first novel in a brand new stand-alone series by Michelle Rossa. A Succubus x mafia hitman bringing you tons of tension, witty commentary, and pages that will have either your jaw dropping or your cheeks blushing.

"I just want a taste."
Amelia Beaumont does exactly whatever she wants---including degrading men for a living. As a dancer & domme at her club, she gets to live out her best life doing what she does seducing men for a paycheck. Though not many know of her little secret. That she's a Succubus who can lure men in with just one glance. But one night a man catches her murdering a handsy perv, and when he tries to blackmail her into working for him, she agrees only under one until he caves into his desire for her. But she quickly catches herself watching him, admiring the deranged parts of himself that mirror her own. And the more they work together, the more she finds her own desire rising. As the barrier between "just partners" and more becomes nearly nonexistent.

"Let me make one thing crystal clear, Amelia. You belong to me ."
Levi Lareux takes pride in what he's good at and does it well. Being the hitman for The Deimari Mafia he never minded working alone, until he saw her. He knew that he needed an excuse to be near her, and when he caught her murdering that vile man outside the club alleyway, he knew he had his ticket in. Because he knows her little secret, and he plans to use it to his advantage---or so he thought. He swore to himself his discipline would override her Succubus energy, but the closer he gets to her, the more the business arrangement between them is the furthest thing from his mind.

Cherry is a dark romance where *both* main characters are morally gray villains. This book may not be suitable for everyone as this is not your average romance novel. The FMC is sadistic, and she repeatedly bullies and degrades men. Please check CW's at the beginning of the book or on the author's website prior to reading.

good plot mostly

I really liked this book and the plot, however sometimes the writing was difficult to get through. There are a lot of short, staccato, repetitive styled sentences that describe in far too much detail each and every thing the characters are doing.

4.5/5 ⭐️

I'll let Levi do the talking on this one.
"Füçķ, at this point I’d try absolutely anything with her. I’m down so bad she could treat me like a spec of dirt, degrade and humiliate me for even taking up space and breathing her same air, and I would say thank you. Because as this possessiveness that I feel for her continues to grow, so does my willingness to be anything she needs me to be."

My boy Levi had it so bad for her !!! He definitely made it to my top 20 book boyfriends.
Amelia was such a badaşş as well. I honestly wish this book was 400 pages longer.

i’m not quite sure how to rate this one tbh. as an editor, i struggled to read this because of all the help it needs. there were so many errors and small things that should have been tweaked before publishing, that it was impossible for me to read the book simply as a reader vs editor. there were too many pointless details that made this book longer than it should have been, endless errors, and even words being used incorrectly.

but on the other hand, this book has soooo much potential. the plot is decently strong, the pace is good, and the characters are lovable; it has the potential to be a GOOD book, it just needs a little bit of a boost to help get it there. i think if it were to go through and editor then the book would be solid.

however, as a dark romance reader i will say that i wouldn’t consider this a dark romance. it’s darker than a regular romance book, but not necessary a dark romance. i also think the trigger warnings may have been a bit dramatic.

Loves this! The FMC not only takes no shit but she’s very creative in how she handles the crap men try to put her though. The back and forth between her and Levi is HOT. And speaking of Levi, he is TOP TIER. Not afraid to just SAY IT how he feels. There’s no misunderstanding what he wants. And he DELIVERS. The story was fun and the spice was SPICEY!!! Kudos to Michelle once again on a great ride!

It's a great story, but the writing style irritated me. It has so much potential
