Wow!
This is Mona Leah’s debut book and it was EVERYTHING!
Ky & Mav are both married to selfish people, Zaiver and Nyelle.
Zaiver thinking everything is greener on the other side suggests to Mav they should switch wives for a while…and then…whewwww!
I love how this story was developed beyond just the arrangement. There are twists and turns and good SUSPENSE!
This is an absolute MUST read! I cannot wait for part two because WHAT!?

I’m sorry but this wasn’t it, only one character was a decent person and that Kyari but she lost points for being a dummy. Yall with people yall don’t like and not attracted to and miserable. So two dummies say let’s swap wives, to make everything messier when yall could just get the divorces yall need and go. Maverick was terrible cus why not speak up? Why marry that girl? You knew yall wasn’t compatible after the first night. He gets no sympathy from me cus why you and Zavier in a d*ck swinging contest boys is frenemies lmaoo and that’s for the ladies IMO. I didn’t care for the other plot points either. This needed to be worked through a little more because why would you write something where no one is really likeable. Like as a reader you can’t cheer for none of them because everybody dumb. Like how you have a side account on your main account line LIKE GIRL WHERE IS YOUR BRAIN?

Things just got really intense…
Maverick and Kiyari both have the worst spouses in Zavier and Nyelle and I can’t wait until they end things with them both. This marital swap has slowly but surely revealed a lot if things between these two couples. The revelation about Maverick’s mom I saw that coming a mile away she was too invested in what was going on with him and his dad’s business. I can’t wait until part 2 drops because I know the drama has only just gotten started..

I was not expecting the mystery/suspense aspect of this book. It became WAY more entertaining than the romance not to say the romance wasn’t b/c it was.

An Arranged Love Affair pulled me in from the very beginning because the tension between these couples is loud and messy before the wife swap is even mentioned. Maverick and Nyelle are barely holding it together after everything they have been through, and Zavier and Kyari are running on fumes in their own marriage. So when the “swap” idea gets introduced, you just know things are about to get complicated. What starts as a desperate attempt to fix broken relationships turns into a situation filled with hidden truths, shifting attractions, and emotions nobody was ready to face.
The way Mona Leah builds the dynamics between Maverick and Kyari had me rooting for them instantly. They have a connection that feels honest and deserved, especially compared to the chaos their spouses keep delivering. Zavier and Nyelle stay giving selfish energy and it becomes clearer and clearer that they recognized the strength and softness in Maverick and Kyari and tried to use it instead of appreciating it. The tension only gets sharper as the truth comes out, and every reveal had me screaming because it changes the entire game.
Then that cliffhanger hits and the secrets that spill out at the end left me absolutely shook. I knew something was off with Maverick’s mama and when the pieces finally lined up it made everything ten times messier. This was my first book by Mona Leah and I am already heading straight into book two because I need to see how this situation explodes next. Whewwwee, Action, Wife Swamping, and Sex what could go wrong?
This book was enticing and a little addictive. Even though I guessed all the twists extremely early the easy flow, awesome characters and hint of sex was enough to keep me on the hook. And I'm done for. Usually books broken into series bug but here I can tell that the author uses the structure well. I never felt like certain actions or situations were created just to pull off a cliffhanger or just to serve the story unrealistically. Here is a tale as old as time: two close friends, close like brothers, both going through it in their marriages, both feel like the other has the perfect woman. Sooo why not wife swamp, just for a little bit to see how the grass isn't always greener. The wives are at first put off because whatchu meann stay with my husband's friend for a month, but pretty soon they are on board and the rest is a rollercoaster of a ride of deceit, betrayal, twists, and a budding romance that was left on simmering. The pacing is pitch-perfect, the romance is good, and now that I'm hooked I'm off to Book 2. What may seem simple or easy becomes layered and twisty as the series wears on. Book 1 is so perfectly constructed because you are lulled into a web without realizing the stakes until it's too late and you are hooked. Each couple and then person was perfectly drawn. I wasn't skipping chapters or scenes because each one added value and by the explosive end my mouth was firmly dropped.

Fire...such a good debut
For a freaking debut novel this s*** was amazing. Girl you did the d*** thing with that the set up to this storyline I was literally chewing on my fingernails trying not fume at the stuff that was making me mad. I love kyari and Maverick together I do not care about their dumb a** ugly a** hoe a** b*tch a** significant others because they deserve to be unalived in the worst way. Xavier is a bum a** n****, Nyelle is just a gold digging w**** The twist the plot twist I mean I didn't even see it. There is so much I would love to say about this book but all you all need to know is that this author she set the tone with this book I cannot wait for the release this upcoming Thursday... Dang had I known this book was gonna be this good I would have been read it but she did that I am so happy I didn't wait any longer.

OMG!! What a cliffhanger!! I had a suspicion that Maverick’s mom was Madam and I’m quite sure her oldest son is in on it too! I think she poisoning her husband as well! Poor Maverick!! Zavier has a lot of nerve accusing Maverick. I knew he was gonna sleep with Nyelle. Now to find out he got a baby with Natasha and took all of Kayri’s money!! He so foul!! And I so know that Nyelle is the one who set Kyari’s shop on fire!! I’m sure Maverick will be there for Kyari, because it sure won’t be sorry Zavier!! So ready for next installment! This was my first read by this author and it was so good! Right off the bat learning the couples I disliked Nyelle and Zavier. I knew they weren’t deserving of their partners. I see Mavs Mother is shady and I know she has something to do with his sister disappearing and I believe she’s the one making her husband sick. There some twist and turns in this story and I can’t wait to see what karma brings in part 2. Especially Elle and Zav with their shady butts! Anyone will enjoy this read!

Omfg, this is the story you don’t want to end.
If you are looking for a messy good time, this book is for you. Storytelling at its finest. The plot is plotting. This is not the most descriptive text of all time, but you can get the picture. I went in blind and did not see the cliffhanger coming. My heart almost stopped. Now I am stuck. Mam, pls hit us with the rest of the story.

The most Lies & Secrets, Whew!
3.5⭐️ Both Ari & Mav are in marriages where their partners (Zavier + Elle) aren’t worth 2 nickels rubbed together! All I know is, I NEVER want to meet a Zavier in my life! Switching partners honestly was the best thing that happened to Mav & Ari… they’re more each other’s speed. Now, the way this book ended, I cannot wait to see how it plays out… I just knew who Madam was… WOW! *what a ride!*

This was a really good read for it to be the authors debut novel. With a somewhat arrangement to swap wives leads to some expected secrets pertaining to some family members. Once the swap happens you can tell the attraction for one couple and the list from the other. Once the dots started to connect you won’t expect who plays a bigger role in the plot twist! Look forward to getting into book 2!

This book was nothing like I expected. This is a new to me Author but I’m forever a fan. First let me say that Maverick is everything. Attentive, kind, loving and rich! Zyaire is a piece of crap and I can’t wait till he gets what’s coming to him. Nyelle who chile she is working my nerves something terrible. The cliffhanger left me on that thang dangling. Book two where you at because everyone needs to be dealt with!!!!!!

I knew the ending was gone piss me off!! lol but i definitely called some of the things that came to light lol but in what world would you asked your best friend to swap wives with you?? Where they do that at? I was iffy about this from the synopsis but this didn't go like I assumed! This had me interested from the first chapter! It's more than swapping spouses. There's drama, action, lust, sex ,drugs, secrets, and crime without it being too much! I cannot wait for part 2!!

Jaw Dropping!!
This story gave me way more than what I was expecting it to. From the beginning I knew Maverick's mom and brother were up to no good. Neyelle is just a gold digger and Zavier is a man whore. The only people I feel sorry for is Kyari and Maverick, because they are being used and played. So ready to read book 2! I highly recommend this book.
