The 8th and final novella in the American Brides Collection! This story tells of a marriage of convenience and a hidden secret. I read each one as they were released this year and enjoyed them all, although The Ranger’s Reward and Love’s Undoing were my 2 favorites. 🥰
Great read! This series is the exact kind of romance that got me into romance. Sweet and clean.
Now, there is a plot where this company is trying to sell and are considering the main character and his best friend but the woman that heads it finds out she’s been lied to and gets angry and decides to give her final decision in the morning. But she doesn’t….. It’s never brought up again 🤷♀️ I just like books that Stick with the plot and gives is answers not leave us hanging. But that being said this was still a great book. Loving this series so far.

MY THOUGHTS: This was the final Novella in the American Brides collection by Gabrielle Meyer and I really enjoyed it! The history and characters were great, and the overall plot was entertaining. Reading about two people coming together in less than ideal circumstances, and making the best of it can be so heartwarming. Sofia & Alex were perfect for each other!
My favorite one in the series! This was a great story! Loved the characters in it. Loved the messages throughout about how God never gives up on us when we seek Him.
What a sweet book—loved the ending! Love how the author draws you into the story…envelopes the novellas! Well written, great characters, sweet endings…and I LOVE epilogues!!
