It’s no secret that, over the past couple years, Elite has been through it. For real, when I look around, I think, Two billion years of evolution for this?
But even with the heaping pile of crazy tossed at us on the regular, we still have each other’s backs and are stronger than ever. With Westbrook’s winter break coming up, it’s time Elite got their relax on. Leaving our Speedos behind, we load up the Jeeps with skis to spend an entire week in a private chalet at White Pine Summit.
Bro, yeah!
It’s also the perfect time for me to finish some unfinished business.
Remember that rock I put on my girl’s finger? It’s blinding all these bros around here. They act like they don’t even see it, telling me I can’t call Jess my wife because we aren’t actually married.
I’m sick of reminding everyone I’m not boyfriend or even fiancé material. I’m one hundred percent husband. And a snowy getaway is the perfect time to make good on my promise of forever.
The entire fam, a gorgeous venue, and a week out of the pool… What could possibly go wrong?
Knowing Elite… probably something.
But it doesn’t matter. Whatever winter break has in store for us, we’ll handle it just like everything else. No amount of drama or snow is gonna keep me from wife-ing up.
By the end of this vacay, Jess and I (and who knows who else) will officially be Wedlocked.

Wedlocked is a full-length Westbrook Elite novel told in alternating POVs that includes male/female and male/male relationships. Each character from the Westbrook Elite series is included in this book.

The last and final installment in this series was a fun one. Aside from a bit too many "bros" and them talking to the reader a time or too and calling us bros, this was so great, a wonderful sendoff to this series. Which, while I didn't read half of the books, I still absolutely loved. And I guess I got to know the MF couples a bit more in this as well.

Instead of a regular review, I'll just go through each couple in the order their POVs appeared in the book and what their own parts entailed. Except for Ben and Jess, whose wedding was the overarching plot of this whole book and they needed more than 2 chapters like the rest of the couples (outside of Prism and Arsen) got.

For Ben and Jess, they're finally getting married during a vacation all 8 couples take to a huge chalet in the snowy mountains a bit before Christmas, and each couples has a bit of their own plot within their chapters within the overarching plot of everyone being there for Ben and Jess' wedding.

Okay, onto each couple:

⭐︎ Ben and Jess: Since they were getting married in this, they had 3 chunks of about two chapters each, so about 6 chapters total, throughout this. In the beginning, then middle and then the end.

Coincidentally, they were one of the only couples not to have a sex scene in this whole book. Since their chapters started the story and plot off, then there was them having to plan the wedding, and then getting married at the end.

So honestly it didn't feel like we got a ton of them together. But what we did get, it was nice and sweet. Ben loves her to the moon and back and it is very, very obvious. He's so damn eager to marry her and call her his wife. Their wedding was sweet and long awaited, I'm sure. Ben definitely thought so.

So yeah, a good couple. There was a small bit of drama with Ben offering his last name to Prism (Matthew) to help him with the change of it all, and Arsen being possessive about it. But I got a better sense for the friendship between the three, and how close they all are. Prism - or shall I say, Andrews - walking her down the aisle at the end was so sweet.

⭐︎ Lars and Win: Unfortunately, the only other couple not to get a sex scene was these two. But given their little side plot, it made sense to not just have them jump into sex.

As the gang all goes to ski for the day, Lars is having trouble and doesn't tell Win why at first. It comes out that Lars is really good as skiing - actually amazing at skiing, like maybe olympic level good - but his abusive asshole ex got angry when Lars once beat him at skiing and tripped him and then proceeded to beat him in the locker room.

It was heartbreaking to learn of another thing that horrible shithead did to Lars. But Win was there being an amazing boyfriend - and Max and Wes being great friends and brothers to him to - to get him past his PTSD of it all and find love for skiing again, and good memories to go along with it. Even though we don't get his and Win's POV for the rest of the book, we do get to see him happy and excited to go skiing by the end and it was so sweet to see.

Would I have loved a sex scene between these two? Hell yes. But am I okay we didn't get it? Hell yes. Because we still got the romance and Win showing how wonderful a boyfriend he is and how right he is for Lars. *muah* chef's kiss!

⭐︎ Ryan and Rory: This one had a bit of action. As everyone goes skating, a boy goes to this sectioned off part of the iced over lake (because of course) and Rory rushes over to save the boy, only she plunged into the dark, freezing lake water while doing it - the boy is thankfully okay - and Ryan has to jump in after her.

The rest of the group forms a chain after Jaime holds onto Ryan's feet, and Ryan is able to get a hold of Rory and everyone is able to bring her back to the surface, safe and alive.

Ryan is of course overprotective afterward and Rory has about enough, but Ryan almost lost her that day, so it's understandable. It all culminates in them having sex in the hot tub, which was the first MF sex scene I've read (outside of fanfics) in a long while. It was hot, I will say. A bit strange to me because I'm so used to MM sex, but still hot. Hope Rory (and all the ladies in this) are on the pill and maybe more because none of the couples have sex with a condom lol. None of them are quite ready for kids.

⭐︎ Max and Wes: Man, I love these two. Their portion was maybe the one with the least plot going on, even in a subplot capacity. Basically they go skiing, Wes gets clumsy and this snow patrol worker (apparently...that's what he claimed) guy helped him out and maybe got a bit flirty and Max is none too happy about it.

The guy was a bit pushy, but Wes lets him know he is absolutely not interested and to leave, and the guy does.

Then they find a spot hidden behind a building and give each other hot AF blowjobs while Max gets all growly and possessive in the best way. While not the most plot heavy, their portion was definitely hot and fun. Love a little jealousy and possessiveness resulting in it and then hot sex to remind each other who they belong to 😉

⭐︎ Jamie and Madison: Their portion was also hot, I will say. Madison is out for a girls spa day with the three other girlfriends, and she's about to get a massage when the hands touching her a bit too large for the petite woman who was gonna be her masseuse. Turns out Jamie paid the lady to let him into Madison's room (although if you think about, how does this lady know Jamie is actually Madison's boyfriend and not some creep come to hurt her? Like wow maybe not the most professional there, lady lol) and he massages Madison before things become a very happy ending for both of them.

Their section would also be basically no plot if not for Rory bringing up that Ryan also wants to try out for the Olympics like Jamie but hasn't told him because he's worried Jamie will think he's trying to steal his limelight or dream or whatever. It's only brought up near the end of their section, but it's something. Jamie also sweeps her away for a date for the rest of the day before their section ends.

So almost no plot, and some hot sex. A fun time overall.

⭐︎ Coach/Emmett and Bodhi: I also love these two so much. Their section was also hot AF, but with some plot as with all the people around and chaos of vacation, they haven't had much time for themselves, especially in their Daddy/boy dynamic. Bohdi gets a bit overwhelmed without getting disciplined and becomes bratty and defiant as a result. When he gets jealous and thinks Emmett was flirting with some other guy in the coffee shop they're in, he throws a warm cup of hot chocolate - or tea or whatever - on Emmett's shirt.

Emmett follows him after he runs from doing that to a single person bathroom, locks the door and disciplines his boy by giving him a spanking and a good fuck. It's a very hot scene.

Also included is Bodhi helping Jess out with her wedding dress, which came cheaper without some buttons on it. Bodhi has been taking some sewing classes in his fashion design degree he's getting, and is able to sew some buttons on Jess' wedding dress for her, and they have a moment as Bodhi gets emotional, thinking about his sister who was killed. It's a very sweet moment.

⭐︎ Rush and Landry: In this section, Rush is nervous as he's going to propose to Landry. First he asks for Coach's blessing, and then he takes her on an enclosed ski left (called a gondola, apparently) which is all romantically decorated, and proposes to her there.

They then have sex as well, and it was also a pretty good sex scene. Not much else to say about their section as that was the main subplot for them and that's all that happened. It was sweet and sexy, though.

⭐︎ Matthew (Prism, now Andrews) and Arsen: And last but not least, this wonderful couple. Oh how I love them too. I love all these MM couples so much - nothing against the MF couples, I just didn't read their books and all - and these two had a few more chapters than the rest. They had maybe 4 or so chapters instead of the 2 everyone else (except Jess and Ben) got.

Prism is anxious and freaking out a bit because of the last name debacle earlier with Ben. He's worried Arsen is still mad about it even though he said he wasn't. Arsen also teasingly says he has to get more clothes to Prism's Grams, as Prism *always* wears Arsen's clothes, and Prism takes that to mean he doesn't like it.

Prism winds himself up good while he, Arsen and Ben are all at the airport to pick up Grams, and when Arsen's mother and father show up to, as Arsen called to ask him to help when Ben and Jess' officiant had to back out due to a family emergency, and the father is there to do the officiating instead.

But then they get back to the chalet and Arsen assures Prism quite well that he isn't mad about the name and he loves when he wears his clothes (actually gets mad when Prism puts on his own clothes instead of Arsen's) and he would never break up with him.

In fact, he asks Prism to marry him. And not only does Prism say yes, but then Arsen suggests they get married right then and there, in their bedroom, with everyone there, with their PJ's on. It seems crazy, but it's also kind of so them. Their wedding scene was sweet and simple with no fanfare, just those they loved with them.

Prism's vows were beautiful and I loved them (wish we had gotten Arsen's too, though) and I'm so happy we got to see their wedding. Will just have to imagine the other MM couples' weddings, though.

So yeah, even with the MF couples in this, it was an easy, quick read and I loved it. There's something about this author's writing that, majority of the time, just sucks you in and you can't get enough.

As sad as I am to say goodbye to this wonderful series, I am definitely excited for whatever this author gives us next (MM included, pretty pleaseee with cherries on top!).

Until the next one! 😘

4.5 stars, rounded. I loved this so much, mostly because I loved seeing my comfort characters happy and together. The character dynamics in this series is honestly one of my favorite aspects, so it was extra heartwarming to revisit. I enjoyed most of the POVs, but my favorites were definitely from Win, Lars, Coach, Bodhi, Jamie, Prism, Arsen, and hell, Jess and Kruger won me over more here than they did in their own book. I really wished we would’ve gotten more mentioning’s of Landry and Rush because they’re one of my most beloved couples from the series, but idk, they felt sidelined. Don’t get me wrong: their chapters were VERY cute, important, and romantic, but idk, I wanted more. I also wanted more Lars and Rush interactions because their bond is super wholesome as well. Overall, this was a great experience with amazing broments.

I don’t want to say this is the perfect ending to the series because *no* ending would really be my preference, but I couldn’t imagine a better end if there does have to be one.

This series almost tops the hashtag series as my favourite by this author so I was insanely excited to read this last book! It didn’t disappoint, it warmed my heart, made me giggle like crazy & tear up at knowing this series is over. This author writes hands down the absolute best found family books ever! I’m still going to want novellas showing more their futures because I’m going to miss all of them so much!

This book was perfect. We get to see all of the couples, cheer them on as they experience amazing moments & desperately flip pages to make sure everything turns out okay. My favourites will always be Max & Wes, & Landry & Rush. But Prism & Arsen are a close third! I could keep gushing but if you liked this series than you will love this book!

What an incredible story! It’s so skillfully crafted.
The banter among the Elite crew is delightfully wicked; I wouldn’t trade their playful antics for anything. The whole gang was present, and I couldn’t have been more thrilled.

Countless hilarious moments had me in stitches and some touching scenes brought tears to my eyes. A mix of drama, a sprinkle of sweetness, and plenty of heated exchanges made for a captivating read.
This book deserves much more than a mere five stars—I'll genuinely miss every character in the squad. Once again, this work is brilliantly written!

Wedlocked is a Westbrook Elite book.

This book shouldn’t be read before the other books.

I love this! I was sad the series was coming to an end and while I wish we had more books of the couples this was an awesome ending to their journey’s.

This is the end of the Westbrook Elite series and cannot be read as a standalone. First 5 star read of the year is in the books and it couldn't be more well deserved. What a way to wrap up what is now officially one of my favourite sports romance series OAT. Saying goodbye to the Elite bros was so sweet and I loved that we checked in with all the couples at least once.

“Nothing even comes close to how much I love you,” I told him. “Nothing ever will.”

Bro, words can not express how much I loved the final book in the Westbrook Elite series. Cambria Hebert gave me one more time with all my favorite couples at once. And as a reader who feels like these characters have become my family every time they broke the third wall it made me giddy ! Besides the wedding we all knew would happen sooner rather than later we get one last trip to Sherly's , skiing , romantic one on on time for each of our favorite couples , text chain ridiculousness, wedding traditions , found family goals, and the most satisfying ending for my favorite crew!

Copy received from Give Me Books for an honest review

What a way to bring the Elite series to an end.

Now, if you are like me and have bookzheimers, it will take you a while to remember who is who, which ones are couples (except Arsen and Prism, who could forget them)

Once I got me head around that again, I really enjoyed it.

Loved that we got bit of everyone's POV. was good to see where they were all at (marriage is the name of the game on this trip it seems!)

I especially loved Coach/Emmett in this installment!

It is sad to say goodbye to characters I have been reading for years, but on to new and exciting things from Ms Hebert.

The Westbrook Elite series has always been a favorite of mine, and ‘‘Wedlocked’’ is the perfect finale to this unforgettable journey. This book encapsulates everything fans have come to adore about the series: the love, loyalty, and unbreakable bond of a chosen family.

In ‘‘Wedlocked’’, the Elite crew takes a much-needed winter break at White Pine Summit. But this isn’t just any getaway; it’s a week packed with laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. Ben and Jess, whose relationship has been a cornerstone of the series, decide it’s the perfect time to make their bond official. Their snowy wedding is as heartfelt as it is joyous, a fitting celebration of their love amidst the support of their family—Elite-style, of course.

What makes this book so special is how it brings together the entire crew. Every couple has their moment to shine, whether it’s Max and Wes, Landry and Rush, or Arsen and Prism. Each chapter feels like a reunion with old friends, with their unique personalities and dynamics shining through. The group’s camaraderie is palpable, filled with playful banter, heartfelt confessions, and a deep sense of unity that reminds us why this series is so beloved.

The setting of White Pine Summit adds a magical touch to the story, providing the perfect backdrop for the characters’ antics and heartfelt moments. From hilarious group chats to dramatic surprises, there’s never a dull moment. The balance of humor, romance, and emotional depth keeps you hooked from start to finish.

One of the standout aspects of ‘‘Wedlocked’’ is how it feels like an extended epilogue, giving fans the closure they crave while still leaving room for the imagination. It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to these characters, but the book’s joyful conclusion makes it a satisfying farewell.

If you’ve followed the Westbrook Elite series, ‘‘Wedlocked’’ is an absolute must-read. It’s a heartwarming celebration of friendship, love, and the family we choose. While it’s hard to let go, this final installment leaves you with a full heart and countless memories to cherish.

Happy reading!

An Elite finale to remember

I really didn't want to start this book. Do you want to know why? I have loved Cambria Hebert's Westbrook Elite series since she introduced Ryan and Rory in Wet . After eight couples and eight books Cambria has reached the finale, WEDLOCKED. It was such a fantastic read, I laughed, cried, swooned, and sighed. What better way to say goodbye to some of my favourite characters than celebrating with a week in the snow?

Skiing, skating, gondola rides, snuggles by the fire, engagements, weddings, and plenty of sexy heat, all feature throughout this finale. Everyone gets to give their POV and I loved that, showing all their fears, hopes, and how much love there was within in group of amazing friends. They are not just friends, they are a found family, with the love, support, and encouragement they give each other.

Cambria has delivered everything I have loved about each couple: protectiveness, possessiveness, deep emotions, sweetness, and steamy heat. Then there was Coach, what would an Elite book be without Coach blowing on his whistle? Coach really came into his own in this book, seeing him in relax mode was wonderful. Prism and Arsen brought on so many happy tears and sighs. I loved that Ryan and Jamie's bromance continued to be strong, Kruger was, as always, his "wifey" self, Win, Lars, Wes, and Max were just as lovable as ever, Coach and Bodhi - well Bodhi stole the show, and the girls continued testing their boys. The group chats were hilarious, I'm so pleased Coach made his way into them - thanks for that Bodhi.

It's sad to say goodbye to this amazing series. It's definitely one of my favourites from Cambria. I can only hope that she gives us an update of their lives somewhere down the track. If you haven't yet read this series, get onto it, it's well worth it.

A highly recommended read.

"I thought I would have to rearrange my life for you...but in the end, I didn't have to rearrange anything. You just fit. You didn't fill in the places I was missing. You just loved me in spite of them."

5 stars

This story was everything I didn't know I wanted in the Westbrooke Elite world, and the perfect final goodbye to all of my favorite bros. I have really come to love all of these ridiculous, possessive, vulnerable, imperfect, yet lovable characters over the past 8 books, and I LOVED seeing them one last time. There was plenty of drama, jealousy, and angst, but more than that, I appreciated that even though the love between these characters was infallible, their journeys were not without hardship. Their relationships with one another continued to evolve, but the love between them remained a constant source of love, support, patience, and friendship.

There were a few surprises mixed in that I didn't see coming, but ultimately it was Prism and Arsen that made me cry (happy tears!). I love these bros so much, and thank you Cambria for one final glimpse into their world🖤

Tropes: MM/MF couples, series HEA novella, grumpy/sunshine, forbidden love, age gap, opposites attract, 'it's always been you' vibes, winter cabin holiday, 'touch her/him and die' vibes, bro shenanigans, student/teacher romance, sports romance, found family, STEAMY🔥🔥

Bro… I can’t believe this series is over!

Wedlocked is the final book in the Westbrook Elite series, and while I’m sad to say goodbye, it couldn’t have ended more perfectly. I have to admit, I gravitated toward the MM books in this series more than the MF ones, just my personal preference. But I still kept up with everything to catch glimpses of my favorite characters.

This final book has it all: love, drama, spice, chaos, and so many hilarious Bro moments. With the whole gang heading to a ski resort for winter break, Ben and Jess decide to throw together a quick wedding, setting the stage for a fun, emotional, and totally unhinged getaway. Each character gets their own chapters, making this feel like one big, satisfying reunion. Please an extra special surprise!

When I first read the series, Max and Wes were easily my favorite couple…until Prism and Arsen came along and completely stole my heart. And of course, I’ll always have a soft spot for Coach Emmett and Bodhi. Seeing everyone together again was the best way to end the series.

I will always miss Max’s never-ending attempts to escape the group chat, only to always be added back in.

I’m going to miss this world so much, but Wedlocked delivered everything I could’ve hoped for. The perfect farewell to an unforgettable series.

I stayed up way too late last night finishing this book because it was just so good. And of course the tears in my eyes gave me puffy eyes this morning. I blame you Cambria. 🙂

Wedlocked is the final installment in the Westbrook brook Elite books. It's bittersweet that the series is over, but this book ended with such joy and closure that I can be satisfied. Heading away for the winter break, Ben and Jess quickly plan to get married at the ski resort that the entire gang is going to for vacation. The wedding is an add-on to their time away, but Ben is so ready to marry his "final girl."

There is so much that goes into this book, as each character gets their own chapters to tell what's going on during the week that they're away. All of the couples are there in their glory and having fun together with the antics, the drama, the spiciness, the possessiveness, and the laughs. This book has everything. There are also some surprises!

This group of college kids and Coach are just unmatched. Their love, devotion and possessiveness of one another is endearing. I laughed and cried and closed the book with sweet satisfaction.

**********Contains Spoilers**********

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and thought that it was another good addition to the Westbrook Elite Series. I loved that Cambria gave us another book after Whistle, Coach and Bodhi’s book. I adore this series and the characters. I did find that the characters and the themes during this series were a lot like Cambria’s #Hashtag/Gearshark Series characters but I’m in no way disappointed with that since I love those books and characters, and have lost count how many times that I’ve read those books. I loved that we got POV chapters from all the characters that we’ve gotten to know and fall in love with during this series.

I especially loved getting more from Arsen and Matty as they’re my favourites. They decide to spend winter break in a private chalet at White Pine Summit. It’s filled with a lot of bro-moments, love and laughter, as well as when Kruger calls Jess his wife, it’s actually true since it’s their wedding. Also some unexpected surprises. The Elite group chats are still one of my favourite parts of this series. I’m really looking forward to reading more books from Cambria in the future. I’d definitely recommend this book, series and author to everyone.

We get everyone. We get the Elite banter, we get the hilarious moments, we get all the unhinged possessive men, we get the family and we get the deep connection of these couples. I've missed these Bros and their antics!

I love reconnecting with all the characters and seeing them still so in love. Their bond is so strong and seeing them all together in one book and getting the POV from everyone was amazing.

My babies Prism and Arsen made me cry. I love those two so much. Still my favorite couple out of the series.

So sad this series has come to an end but this was absolutely perfect in wrapping it all up neatly in a little bow tie 😉 IYKYK.

This was the Westbrook Elite finale I didn't know I wanted or needed, but now I could not possibly imagine the series without it! It fits so seamlessly into the bro and bromances we know and love, and I'm so glad Cambria saw fit to bless us with this bonus novel!

For winter break, the Westbrook Elite bros... and Coach of course... are headed from the pool to the snow for a group ski trip! And what better occasion than for Kruger and Jess to get married! He's definitely not kidding about being husband material. But of course, he's not the only bro who knows how to bring the romance!

There's so so so much to love in this book. We get time (including spicy time!) with every couple/character you've come to know and love across the series, and to me, it felt like it was the perfect amount of time for everyone. I felt like each smaller story was thorough and complete on its own while contributing so seamlessly into the larger novel. Kudos to Cambria for keeping all these POVs organized from her head to the page. Phew!

Without giving too much away, I'll share some of my favorite parts. Rush is one of my favorite characters, and I felt like I got to experience a whole new side of him, and I loved every second of it! I love him even more now. Whisper was also one of my top reads of 2024 and we get a ton of time with Prism and Arson, and the development in their relationship is amazing. Seeing how their relationship with Kruger and Jess has grown is also a key part of this story. And these scenes with each couple are not just fluffy and cute... we're actually getting more backstory and really learning about these characters, and it's really just so well done!

Add this series to your list right now!

BRO.
Wedlocked is the ninth and final installment in the Westbrook Elite series by Cambria Hebert. This is a series of interconnected standalones. Many, if not all of them, can be read out of order, but please read a good handful before you read. Everyone is back in this one and it feels like coming home.

Winter break is upon Elite, and Ryan Walsh has the amazing idea of renting a house for all of Elite and their significant others. The getaway quickly evolves into Kruger and Jess tying the knot. We get POV chapters from everyone and of course the hilarious group chat. As soon as Coach was added to the chat I just knew we were in for a treat lol. I absolutely LOVED getting to read how everyone perceived each other and their relationships. There was a little drama but nothing too serious, and this made for such a cute and comfy read. I will miss these characters so much, but this was such a great send off for the gang.

I was provided an ARC of this book and this is my honest review.

What a truly amazing ending to this fantastic series. I took a chance on book one, Wet, and I am beyond thankful I did. Cambria gives us a front row seat to this band of Elite swimmers, that many become family. This is an ending that has one couple engaged and planning their wedding and the entire group decides to just get away for a week during break. This story is told by multiple POV’s, like each person gets at least one chapter but most have a few. The story is written so well that you don’t have any trouble keeping up with whoever is talking and catching up with what they are talking about. The disclaimer to this is, you really do need to read the other books in this series to truly appreciate the words in this book. The ability to get a wrap up for each couple and let’s be honest there is always trauma lattes that are handed out, thankfully not always for traumas. Getting to spend some extra time with these couples just made my day and I am so thankful for Cambria for giving us this wrap up.

The 9th and final book of the Westbrook Elite Series.
Kruger is tired of everyone telling him he can't call Jess his wife, well because technically she isn't. When the bros decide to go on vacation together this presents the perfect time to fix that. Of course Jess says Yes!

This book has multiple povs of all previous couples. Honestly, this was my favorite part of the book. It's bittersweet to end a book, and this gave us that extra little bit we didn't know we needed.

I'm giving this book a 5 star rating, I would go 6 if it were possible.

In ranking the books by couple I would have put Kruger and Jess last, not because they weren't great, it's just the others were a little more. Well, Benji took the top spot for me. He has the best heart and the way he loves is with the whole thing. I had to wipe my eyes numerous times before the last page.

Stars:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+
Spice:🌶🌶🌶🌶

Thank you Cambria, for giving us one more.

This book was just a wonderful and hilarious extended epilogue for our fav Westbrook Elite couples! It features a few chapters per couple, and we get everyone's POV. If I have to be completely honest, my favorite chapters had to be the ones containing the Elite chat. It's just chaos and banter when it comes to these guys, and they had me laughing every time I read their text exchanges, especially once COACH joined the chat!

I really enjoyed how each couple had their own mini storyline. Some were more action filled, while others were just sweetly romantic. All of them gave me the feels. The Elite group has been such a pleasure to read about and I know I will miss them all for sure. They are found family at its best and you do not want to miss these mini stories if you're a fan of the series!

I loved it. I am biased though as Wish and Whisper are my favourite books. I reread them multiple times throughout the year. So getting to read more of their relationship was just top tier for me.

The chapters are set out with alternative views from each couple, so you get to hear from everyone. I liked that even though I don’t read that much MF anymore.

Naturally Lars and Prism broke my little heart - poor Lars had abuse based anxiety so we had more on that, whilst poor Prism worked himself up and had a meltdown. However in true Westbrook style everything worked out.

I also enjoyed the future plans the boys were dropping in ad hoc - Olympic swimming goals/fashion design etc. so it felt a bit more ‘last book’ with actual plans after college if you know what I mean.

Overall a satisfying ending and as much as Whistle had its good points, I was not happy to leave the whole series on a surfing scene…. So I’m glad the author put this book together for us all.

A 4.5 🌟 book .
This is basically an extended epilogue for all the 8 couples in this series . I have only read the 4 bl books in this series , cause I wasn't really interested in the other ones , but this book was pretty funny and cute , and I did read all of the couples chapters . And this book revolves around one of the couples wedding and then there's a really romantic proposal in this book for another couple . And then Prism and Arson get married in this book too , was it a bit rushed and there weren't that many preparations , yes , was it still really cute and I was squealing , yes . And honestly, lets be for real Prism might have actually di*d ( not really ) from the anxiety and from being overwhelmed, if they actually did proper wedding preparations , so yeah it was kinda perfect for them and I loved it . Their vows and like ' speech ' ( I don't what's its actually called ) while getting married was soooooo cute , I was literally smiling ear to ear . So cute . So lovely .☺️🥰🫠

Let me start with I am so glad this wasn’t a novella! I am pretty sure the Elite would have vetoed if it was!! I still feel like I could keep reading about this group and never have enough!! Wedlocked was the ninth book in Cambria’s Westbrook Elite series. Make sure you read the entire series before you dive into this one. It was the perfect update to all my favorite couples (literally all of them) with just the right sendoff knowing they will be living their best lives no matter what they do!! In true Elite fashion it was filled with laughs, love, and all the heat!!

Kruger was done waiting, he was ready to make Jess his wife. Luckily for him, everyone was getting ready to go on vacation together, as long as Jess said yes!

I didn’t want to say goodbye! Ugh!!! I hope we get more updates as the years go on because all of these guys will hold special places in my heart!! Even though I hate to see them go, I am sure Cambria will have me falling in love with whatever she has in store for us next!!

4.5 Stars!

If you've read all or at least some of the Westbrook Elite series, you absolutely need to read Wedlock, which is the last book in the series. You might need a refresher on who's who, and who's with whom, too, depending on how long it's been since you read it—there are a lot of characters and it took me a second to remember some of them, especially the ones from the first few books.

I love this series! It's so much fun! This group of friends are truly a big family and I adore them all. This book had angst, shenanigans, the fun, ridiculous situations we've come to expect, the love between the couples, the friendship, a lot of surprises, and of course the steam Cambria Hebert is so good at. You definitely don't want to miss this one. Highly recommendable!
