Major mixed feelings on this one based on how Leo and Estella finally came together. BUT, I floved Leo’s next-level obsession with his starshine. And don’t get me wrong, I knew there was cheating going on which is why it has zero effect on my rating!!

The Hot Creeps series just keeps getting better.
I am always down for a good taboo read and this one was good.
In this story you meet Leo. His obsession was admirable but his current living situation rendered him.
There was a moment where I felt the anxiety to plunge and do what feels like the impossible.
Estelle and Leo story was a non stop page turner read.

This series of novellas is such a delightful, naughty treat.
The author has managed to toe the line between creepy and endearing in a wonderful way. Everyone involved is fully aware of how weird it all is, but they can't help themselves, and the tension between the main characters is chef's kiss.
It's no different between Leo and Estella, a pair that has had a secret relationship as teens due to their parents having been married. I felt for Leo, being stuck in their parental home due to agoraphobia.
Even though they're stepsiblings, I didn't have much trouble with this taboo pairing in this scenario because their parents got together when Leo and Estella were in their late teens.
The story is a little over 100 pages. Despite the size, it definitely felt like I'd read a full-size novel.

This was such a good spicy story! This story hooked me in right from the beginning and I loved every single bit of it! If you have read the other books in the hot creeps series then this one is a must read as well! Definitely a 10/10 read for me!

Estella is really out here living her life and trying to avoid the most delicious of guys. I wasn’t sure I would like this one but holy cow! the spice was spicing! The back and forth between the two main characters was really good!! Effie writes the most delicious tension.

With their parent’s anniversary coming up, Estelle is finally coming home, for three days, with her passion lacking boyfriend, Graham. She’s cautious of her stepbrother, knowing his obsession for her is off the charts.
Will she survive Leo?
How would her parents react?
Is Graham what she truly wants?
And IF she wanted a relationship with Leo, could he give her what she needs outside the bedroom?

Can’t say I’ve ever read a book that had a MC with agoraphobia (fear of open/crowded places or leaving one’s home!) and it was somewhat interesting.
I enjoyed this one and couldn’t put it down! I mean the pantry scene? Yes please!

Leo is obsessed with Estella and has been since he first laid eyes on her. He is determined to make her his, no matter what it takes. Estella has built a good life for herself with her boyfriend Graham since she last saw Leo. Will returning home for her parent’s party blow a hole in her plans and bring up memories long since buried?
This was the perfect novella; the plot was intriguing, the spice was spicing and the feels were definitely present. It was fast and downright filthy. The tropes packed into this read were delectably delicious! I’m not normally a fan of cheating but I despised Graham that much I was actually rooting for it!
I adored Leo so much, I fell for him fast. Effie has this way of writing her MMC’s to be loveable in a forbidden dirty way; you know you shouldn’t love them but you really do and can’t stop it. His version of love was just different and one particular scene broke my heart 😭
I struggled with Estella to begin with as I thought she was a bit of a wet lettuce but when her naughty side came out, holy crap…
Graham, we don’t like him. That’s all I’m going to say.
Would recommend to anyone on the search for a short and filthy read!

I absolutely LOVED Such A Filthy Girl! It's forbidden, taboo, and just down right delicious!! From paying top dollar to habe cameras installed to literally having the freckles that adorn Estella’s face and having her nickname TATTOOED on his 🍆 Leo has rightfully taken the top spot as my favorite!!!! And don’t even get me started on the peep hole IYKYK!!!!
Personally I feel like Estella should have left her P. O. S. boyfriend in the beginning. It felt like she was holding out on her own happiness because she was with him out of obligation AND not to mention him bringing her down for her wanting to spice things up! Hands down he was a complete jerk and deserves whatever happens to him!!!
The ending was super sweet!! I loved how one faced their fears in order to be with the other and then finding out that their love conquers all!!!
If you haven’t read any of the Hot Creeps series by Effie Campbell, I HIGHLY recommend that you do!!!

This was definitely a fun and quick read ! I’m honestly convinced that the step-sibling trope is just not for me but Leo was hot af ! I did enjoy how obsessed he was with Estelle 🙂↕️ ! Can’t wait to read the next one !!

Effie Campbell's smutty novellas are literally the perfect palette cleanser! After being on a heavy romantasy train this entire month, this novella was the perfect refresher. I do absolutely love a taboo step-sibling trope and boy was this one dark. From the moment we start this book, we're in the action - there is no time to settle, you are hit with Leo's obsessing full force.
I really loved the whole agoraphobe angle this book had, I haven't read one before and I enjoyed experiencing it. I loved his determination and his utter confidence even though he obviously struggles with this disease. His obsessed with Estella had heavy stalker vibes and was borderline psychotic but gosh-daymn it was hot as hell.
I loved the family reunion vibes and the fact that Estella brought her, very obviously, not-for-her boyfriend along. It made the forbiddenness between hers and Leo relationship all the more real. Watching Leo struggle with his disease in order to be the man Estella needed was really cool and I really enjoyed this book!

It freaked Estella out and she soon left to go to college. Before that though, they were inseparable. They would always go to the roof to watch the stars.
Leo hasn’t been able to leave the house since his mother d!ed in front of their front door. He has been working on himself, tattoos (he has constellations that are important - and her exact freckle layout over his heart), body building, his empire. He has cameras installed everywhere to watch her. He works from home and has all his needs brought to him. He pays es€orts to look like Estella. Leo is excited that after six years, Estella is finally coming home (for their parents 10th anniversary).
Estella has built her a life that is sufficient, good and stable. It’s a nice life. Decent job with ok pay. Decent apartment in the city near amazing food places, and a good, wholesome boyfriend, Graham. The schmex is “fine”. But she yearns for more, for passion.
When Estella and Graham come home, Leo pulls all the stops and tries to get Estella to want him. He’ll take it anyway he can get her but he wants her to want him.
Estella is against it at first because she has Graham and because of the taboo aspect (being her step brother).
They fool around and she sees what she is missing, passion. Estella tries to get Graham to €hoke her and he freaks out. Saying we don’t do weird schmex, we do normal schmex. Graham proposes and she says yes, not rallying knowing why.

One of the things that I love about this hot creeps book series is that not all of the stories are the same or follow along the same line- each one is unique and Such a Filthy Girl is no exception to this rule.
Estella left home years ago to spread her wings, find her path and maybe find her one shot at love that wasn't forbidden. Unfortunately for her, she was going to have to return home at some point and open the door to running into her stepbrother Leo, who has been obsessed with her from the moment he met her. Leo on the other hand, hasn't ever left the house, instead building his wealth and fortune from his parents upstairs all while obsessing over Estella. If only he could leave the house to go see her- maybe things would be different for both of them.
What I loved about this story right from the beginning was that there was this instant attraction between Estella and Leo- you knew that they both pined for each other but with their parents being married, knew they couldn't act on it for fear of what would happen (at least Estella knew that, Leo knew it was right from the beginning and was willing to throw all caution to the wind). It was really fun to see Leo really try to convince Estella that they could be perfect for each other. He certainly had no qualms about what he was doing or where he was doing it, let alone what his parents or even Estella's fiancé would think. Despite all of that fun, it was also really nice to see Estella stand her ground. She may have wanted Leo and knew that the chemistry between them was off the charts so to speak, but she also knew what she wanted out of a relationship in general and with Leo unable to even walk out the front door, she knew that more than likely she would never get that from him which I think added to their tension and really fueled the ending of their tale.
I also really enjoyed Estella's mother. She was clearly not naive to what Estella and Leo wanted from each other and it was really nice to see her meddle in her own way in their relationship. I think that slight bit of meddling gave Leo all the drive he needed when Estella was in danger. I think without that, the end of the story would have been different.
Such a fun, taboo read to finish of 2024. I can't wait to see what kind of creep we get next in this series!

So unhinged, that he’s changed himself to be her perfect man, if she’d just let him in. Complete now with muscles, tats, and the knowledge on how to please his woman, definitely different from the Leo she left behind years ago.
And I do appreciate that there seems to be a turning point in stories lately where strong MMCs also are dealing with mental health issues (besides the obvious). Just wrote a review where one of the MMCs was obviously on the spectrum and this story deals with agoraphobia.
Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder involving fear of places and situations that can cause panic which often leaves one remaining at home in their safe place to avoid such situations and can be downright crippling. I do appreciate the author showcasing how hard it is to live with everyday, the absolute panic that can occur when trying to face it head, and the wonderful things that can happen when you do.
Also, love that Estella wasn’t so black and white. I love when strong talented FMC come into their own, especially backed by her man who is strong enough to love a Boss Babe and still be ok with his masculinity. Estella mentally deals with what a lot of us may; Does she settle in life and live up to the expectations of family, friends, and society to be the “perfect” wife or does she become who SHE wants to be in corporate society?
