Love Sara. Her hypnotherapy meditations work well for me when I need a quick way to get into deeper meditation and I can't quiet my mind enough to do vipassana. Similarly her book is good for beginners that are new to how your mind works and affects how you get stuck in patterns that then make you stuck in situations. It is a quick read and recommend for someone who is interested in beginning their journey of becoming free from the chains of societal pressure and connecting with their universal truth.

excellent examination of how to change your inner beliefs

This book helps you delve into your inner self in a gentle manner. It makes you understand your limiting beliefs and how we adopt them. It further explains how you can unpack your inner critic, inner child and how to can rebuild.

I love Sara's YouTube channel, The Mindful Movement, and am excited she has a book out now! Her familiar voice rings in the message of its pages. I love using her meditations daily, and her book added a further glimpse into the important concepts Sara emphasizes.
