Stands out for me were Audrey T. Carroll and Of Thousands. I wasn’t personally gripped by much of the work throughout; the imagery felt repetitive and cliché. But I appreciate the purpose of this anthology and the important platform Querencia Press continues to provide for marginalised voices.
