Returning to Cedar Cove, Maine, wasn’t on my bingo card for this year or, well, any year. This town is less “quaint seaside charm” and more “where all my worst memories live.” But my grams took a bad fall, so here I am back where my parents and my first love were murdered a decade ago. A real Hallmark homecoming.
I barely unpack before another murder rocks the town, on the exact anniversary of the one that wrecked my life. I’d say I’m here to help, but honestly? It’s my journalist instincts that won’t let me walk away. Cedar Cove’s new sheriff, Jack Mercer, thinks I’m in over my head. He’s infuriatingly good-looking, disarmingly nice, and doesn’t seem half as grumpy around me as he does around everyone else. Annoying.
Then there’s Reed. He’s tall, dark, and unsettlingly similar to Rhett - the type of guy I should be avoiding at all costs. Now I’ve got two men in my one who’s paid to keep the town safe, and another who’s setting off every alarm in my head. Both of them are hiding something, and if history is any indication, trusting the wrong person here could be lethal.
In Cedar Cove, love can be murder. And if I’m not careful, I might be next.

Likes: There were a lot of twists that kept me intrigued from start to finish. And I loved the chemistry between Jack and Lennon. Jack is just one of those guys who gives off good vibes from the beginning. And Grams was my favorite character in the whole book, full of snark and words of wisdom 💕
Dislikes: After a while, I started to feel like maybe there were TOO many clues and questions to solve. It's definitely one of those stories where practically everyone is suspicious at one point or another. It didn't make things confusing for the plot, but it started to feel like a bit much.
And after the whole mystery surrounding the murders, the ending was a bit lackluster for me and was wrapped up pretty quickly for how much build-up there was to discovering who the perpetrator was.
Favorite scene: The kitchen counter scene between Lennon and Jack 😉

Thank you Love Notes for the opportunity to read the ARC for this book. It had all the elements of something I would love. Unfortunately it just wasn’t for me.
I loved the dedication in this book and thought it set the page well for the following story: “For the women who can’t resist a bad boy with a dark side . . . or a charming gentleman who knows all the right moves. Welcome to Cedar Cove, where love is a game, war is inevitable, and murder? Well, that’s just an unfortunate plot twist.”
I recommend going in blind to this book and just reading it as the story unfolds. There’s romance, suspense, a meddling grandma that is funny and two men trying to win over the new girl in town. It was the perfect mix of romance and suspense.
I really, really wanted to love this book and unfortunately I just didn't.
I think there were loads of amazing things about it! I think that Lennon as a character was really compelling, and that Grams was fantastic, adding loads of humour into the plot. I think that the setting was really well developed, and that it was a really nicely paced book.
However, there were certain elements that I really really struggled with, primarily the fact that I had absolutely no clue what was going on at any point. I got about four chapters in, and had to go back to the start to reread it to make sure that I hadn't missed anything, and I still couldn't work out a lot of the characters' backstory. It all seemed to be very heavily implied with no explicit detail.
I love a romantic suspense, I love a mystery book, but because there were so many characters, including those that were narrating, It made it really hard to keep track of them. There were certain details to the world that were spoken about but never explained, so unfortunately it made following Lennon's journey, which was really compelling really difficult.
There is always the chance that I'm just a bit daft. I could have completely missed the mark on this, in which case I will have to read it again. However, I really struggle with this one.
ARC Review - out on 25th March!! Thank you to Love Notes PR for the advanced reader copy.
It was decent. Though the book was set in the New England area, for whatever reason my brain kept telling me it was southern. The voices of characters have Southern accents in my brain and everything. No idea why but it just fits for me that way. There were many times when I couldn't tell if I was reading a love triangle romance or a mystery. The stories seemed to run more parallel and take turns rather than merge into a more cohesive story. This made the spicy scenes (although well-written) seem ill-timed and uncomfortable. The MC felt like she had no direction and got tangled up in all things mystery and romance with no real clear point. I felt this was counter to her supposedly being an investigative journalist. I got a little annoyed with her and her romantic situation cause I found myself thinking "time and place girl" more than once. From early on the plot became predictable on what was going on and from that point on it was just waiting to see if my Scooby-Doo brain had it right. I think it would have been better had it been light spice (or better time placement) and focused more on the mystery cause had the potential to be a really good mystery plot-wise.
Now this was a true romance suspense book! Wow! I didn’t expect the ending at all!!! I’m still sitting here trying to process this story because it through me way off! Characters were great! Story left me guessing all the way up until the very end!
First off, congrats to Charli on publishing ANOTHER book! This is Charli's first dive into the romantic suspense genre, and she did an awesome job.
Some of my favorite parts of the story were our meddling grandma, "Grams", the small town vibes, and the twist and turns that brought us to our "who dun' it" moment at the end.
I also need to commend Charli for writing a love triangle I actually enjoyed lol. Usually, I'm not someone who reads love triangles, but I definitely enjoyed this one.
And as for the romantic suspense part of the book - everything wrapped up neatly at the end. I was able to guess our suspect, but there were definitely moments throughout that had me questioning my judgement lol. Charli sprinkled in just the right amount of clues and misdirection to keep you on your toes!
Read if you like: - romantic suspense - small town - love triangle - tragic pasts - open door spice - HEA
Thank you to the author for my eARC!
My one wish was that we knew what was written on the letter from the maid, Josie. Her place in the murders that occurred didn't quite fit for me. I needed a bit more explanation there.
The plot of this book was so interesting. I am a girl who loves angst and a love triangle will always do it for me.
I really loved the plot line of this book. I couldn't put the book down because I needed to know what was going to happen next. What plot twist was going to hit, who was going to be the bad guy, etc. I think Charli did an amazing job keeping the reader interested in Jack, Reed, and Lennon's story.
If you like romantic suspense, you'll enjoy this book and I can't wait for more from Charli in her suspense era!

I love a good romantic suspense and was so excited to learn that there was a love triangle built in. Lennon returns to her hometown and is forced to relive her past when someone is murdered. As she tries to put together the pieces and figure out who is responsible, she finds herself with two men in her life. I really enjoyed the chemistry that she had with Reed. The plot had some really great twists and I really enjoyed how it came together in the end.
That being said, the pacing was difficult to follow and I ended up having to reread sections to try to understand what was happening. I really wanted to love this book, but struggled with quite a bit of the story.

Jack merece algo mejor.

ARC Review: Tell Me Something by Charli Cotner
I think the concept of this book was good, and it had a lot of potential. I enjoyed the romantic suspense, and love a good murder mystery. I wanted so badly to love this book. I was so excited to read it, and I am so disappointed that it just was not for me.
There was just unfortunately too many things I didn't enjoy that soured my reading experience. However, I don't want my review to take away from your enjoyment of the book. Just because it wasn't for me, doesn't mean it won't be for you. These are just my thoughts.
I found the story hard to follow; I was confused the whole time (sometimes that is a good thing, but in this case it was not). I found that a lot of time, plot lines were mentioned, either amongst the characters or just in general that attempted to push the story forward, but as the reader, I had no idea what they were talking about, and just didn't receive context, or very minimal. I found myself going back to re-read a bunch of chapters to make sure I didn't miss anything. Plot lines were just kind of popping up, and added more confusion, and I was hoping to eventually get clarification in the end, but that sadly never really happened.
With the reveal at the end, I found it to be rushed, and would've liked the story line to be developed a bit more than it was.
Overall, I am disheartened that his book was not for me, but if you like romantic suspense, I would still recommend this book to you!

Tell Me Something by Charli Cotner is a gripping and emotionally packed romantic suspense! The plot is so engaging it leaves you breathless! I couldn’t turn a page fast enough to find out what would happen next; there are plot twists you really don’t see coming, which made it an absolutely addictive story that I devoured in one sitting!
The story follows Lennon as she ventures back to her small hometown to help her elderly grandmother. Lennon hasn’t been back since the disappearance of both her parents and her best friend/first love years prior. Upon her arrival she meets Jack the new Sheriff and someone who has been following the missing persons case of her loved ones for years. While in town, Lennon also meets Reed, a man who hauntingly resembles her deceased first love.
This book has plot twists for days! The town is riddled with secrets, there are so many webs intermingling creating so many tangles and lies. There are so many people involved - it is just one big puzzle that is so much fun putting together as you read.
This is a must read for romantic suspense lovers! If you’re like me and don’t usually like love triangles, don’t let that stop you from reading this one. The relationship Lennon creates between Jack and then separately with Reed are crucial to the plot and do not detract or feel unnatural in any way, it is very well written. The flow is immaculate, it keeps you right on the edge and the attention to all the details created such a vivid picture of everything that was happening!
A huge thank you the author and Love Notes PR for the early copy! A new favorite romantic suspense that I highly recommend!
“How am I? Let’s see . . . I’m fantastic. Just casually wading through the wreckage of my past, trying not to drown. Or better yet, I’m fifteen again, stumbling through a haunted house full of memories that claw at my ankles and drag me under. But hey, thanks for asking.” - Charli Cotner
I would like to thank LoveNotes PR and Charli Cotner for this ARC opportunity!
Lennon returns to Cedar Cove to help out Grams after she had a bad fall. The coming anniversary of the deaths of not only her parents but her first love is coming up as well. While in Cedar Cove, Lennon meets the new sheriff, Jack, and a local builder, Reed. The are complete opposites but both intriguing in their own way. Lennon's stay in Cedar Cove just got so much more interesting.
I will say hands down that my favorite part of this whole book was Grams. Her meddlesome behavior plus the wholesome granny attitude was the best combination for a hilarious add in to the book. The characters were great. I loved the dynamic with the love triangle between Lennon, Jack, and Reed (especially the Thanksgiving encounter). Even though the book had a slow start to it, the plot soon hooked me and sent me flying through the rest of the book. I predicted one of the twists but not the other, which is a win in my opinion! This story had me guessing and trying to plan out my own imagination of what was happening the whole way through.
If you like mystery/thriller reads with some romance sprinkled in then this book is definitely for you. I gave this a 3/5 in the spice level because that kitchen scene... oh my goodness.
Tropes: Small Town, Love Triangle, Romantic Suspense, Secrets & Lies
Once upon a time, Lennon experienced the heartbreaking loss of her parents and her first love in a devastating manner. With a shattered heart, she fled Cedar Cove in an attempt to leave behind all the painful memories, but an accident involving her grandmother compelled her to return to the town steeped in sorrow. Lennon is a resilient main character who has endured much, making it clear why she still mourns and struggles to move on from her past. Also, a special mention to Lennon’s grandmother—this woman has faced her own challenges, and her strength is truly commendable. She’s fierce, funny, and kindhearted. I adored her!
The story features a love triangle, with a good boy and a bad boy both determined to win Lennon's affection. While both are attractive and charming, can Lennon truly trust them? The answer unfolds at the very end, following a thrilling journey that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Her romantic interests are Jack, the sheriff of the town who has been living there for a few years, and Reed, who has arrived more recently for a construction project. From the very beginning, I found myself rooting for Jack. The chemistry between Lennon and Jack was palpable and jumped off the pages. Plus, I can't help but adore a man in uniform.
I felt uncertain about who to trust. At some point, I questioned each character. It was so captivating that I was eager to dive into the next chapter to uncover what would be revealed! Overall I truly enjoyed this book! I don't tend to reach for romantic suspense but I would 100% reach for it again if Charli wrote it!

"From the first chapter, Tell Me Something hooked me with the first clues to an amazing story! Once again, Cotner's storytelling immediately drew me in when Lennon's personal history intertwines with the unfolding mystery and to a place of past tragedies. As the mystery deepened, I found that the story takes an emotional turn when Lennon figures out that a new tragedy occurs on the anniversary of the devastating deaths of her parents and first love. One of the most intriguing aspects of the plot was when she investigated this unsettling coincidence further. I found Lennon's journey to be emotionally complex when she was forced to confront the ghosts of her past. What stood out about Jack was that he embodied an old-school charm that captivated others around him. His traits are being protective, loyal, and charming. I appreciated how Cotner developed the characters, making them feel real and multidimensional. This book explores themes of family secrets and grief in a way that reveals how hidden truths and unresolved pain shape their present and future decisions. The dialogue felt natural, which added to the book's resilience and invulnerability. Fans of mystery and romance will love Tell Me Something because it seamlessly blends suspenseful twists with a slow-burning love story. I can't wait to see what Charli Cotner writes next because this was a breathtaking book!" - Vanesa Gjolaj, Author of "The Enchanted Manuscript"

Review: - this is probably very dumb but the setting of this novel (as described in chapter 1) reminds me of Alan Wake (the video game). - Lennon and Sheriff Jack are having intimate and heavy moments at the worst times, by design I suppose but it’s not written in a way that feels intentional. They’re also weirdly familiar with each other, being they just met and could only have googled about the other. Their familiarity is off putting to me, as a reader, and Jack’s lack of professionalism takes me out of the story a bit. - When she finally meets Reed, they’re talking for the first time at the beach, it reads as if he’s been stalking her and has built up a relationship with her in his mind. He’s 10 years older than her and jealous of Jack, looks eerily similar to her dead boyfriend…I don’t know, I just know I don’t like it. Then we see that he is in cahoots with Benson and I like him even less. Reed Callahan? Rhett Callahan? Are they secret siblings? That would explain why Reed has the same anxious mannerisms as Rhett, and their similar looks. (beat) Okay- so yes, I was correct. *sigh* - Respectfully, I did not love this. There were aspects that were cute but this mystery was so predictable and the ending seemed slapped together. It just wasn’t for me.
I was super excited to sit down and begin reading this book. Who doesn’t love a good small-town mystery to cozy up with? Add in a handsome sheriff, a mysterious stranger, and long buried secrets, and I’m hooked. This book kept me on my toes the entire time piecing together clues, second guessing motives, and never fully trusting any of the characters.
The story begins with Lennon returning to Cedar Cove to check in on her grandmother. But this isn't just a casual visit she left town years ago, determined never to look back, after a series of brutal murders shattered her world. These weren’t just any murders; they were the deaths of her parents and her best friend Rhett, who was also her first love. The cases went cold, leaving both Lennon and her grandmother without answers. Now, with a determined sheriff reopening the investigations and Lennon refusing to let the past stay buried, the search for the truth begins. As secrets unravel, suspicions rise, and danger lurks around every corner, you’ll find yourself questioning everyone and wondering what is each of the townspeople hiding?
Overall, I’m giving this book ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars. While I enjoyed the story, there were moments where the plot felt incomplete, as if key details or context were missing. At times, I struggled to fully understand the characters' motivations and emotions, which left me wanting more depth in their development. Additionally, the ending felt a bit rushed, with certain revelations introduced but never fully explored or explained. Despite these issues, it was still an engaging read with plenty of twists to keep me hooked.
Lennon wasn’t planning on returning home to Cedar Cove but when her grandmother has a fall she must return to the place where she lost her parents and her best friend and first love. She quickly encounters Jack, the hot sheriff and then Reed, the contractor that looks eerily like her lost love. When another murder occurs on the anniversary of the others, Lennon and Jack work together to try and solve the mystery that’s haunted the town for years. The sparks between Lennon, Jack and Reed fly and she feels herself drawn to them both, but when they’re both revealed to be keeping secrets, who can Lennon actually trust? And what other secrets is the town she called home hiding?
This was a nice change of pace from the straight up romances I’ve been burying myself in recently! The addition of a mystery needing to be solved was just what I needed. I can’t tell you how many times I thought I’d sussed out who was hiding what and who couldn’t be trusted just to have all my theories thrown back at me a few pages later. This was such a ride and I was here for every second of it!!
This is an ARC review and all opinions are my own. Thank you to Love Notes PR for the ARC copy of this book and for the opportunity to read and review it
Having read this author's work once before I've been looking forward to picking up another book by her. As soon as this one was announced it piqued my interest and I wanted to read it. To Cedar Cove I went! I enjoyed it so much!
Lennon's journey pulled me in quickly! As Lennon returns to Cedar Cove to help her grams it brings back all the reminders of her painful past. Little did she know that it'd also bring two men, Jack and Reed, into her life and that another murder would happen. Can Lennon figure everything out? and will she take a chance on Jack or Reed?
Going into this story I didn't know what all to expect which I enjoyed! From the moment that Lennon returned to Cedar Cove I was invested in her story right away. I didn't know how she'd deal with her past, the present, helping grams, murder, and all things Jack and Reed which got me even more into her story.
I truly felt for Lennon and everything she'd been through in her life. I admired her strength and wanted to hug her through my kindle. Both Jack and Reed piqued my curiosity and was glad I got to dig deeper with them as well. Lennon, Jack, and Reed all had me feeling so many things while reading! From the love triangle of it all to how it kept me on my toes throughout, I enjoyed this story so much!
I enjoyed being in Cedar Cove, Maine and how I could picture everything while reading. Also, I adored grams!
With Tell Me Something, Ms.Cotner has created such a good page turner of a read that brought realness, heart, murder, a love triangle, gripping suspense, and many feels! I am so looking forward to reading what this author brings our way next! 💚🌲

*I volunteered to read and review a copy of this book from Love Notes PR / the author*
This book had me hooked from the start! The twists were wild, the mystery kept me guessing, and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. Just when I thought I had things figured out—nope! Another twist came out of nowhere.
The story follows Lennon, who returns to her small hometown to take care of her grandmother—the same town she’s avoided ever since her parents and best friend/first love disappeared years ago. Once she’s back, she meets Jack, the new Sheriff, who’s been obsessed with the case for years, and Reed, a guy who looks eerily like her lost first love. From there, things spiral into a tangled web of secrets, lies, and shocking revelations.
I’m usually not a fan of love triangles, but this one worked. Both Jack and Reed felt like real, fleshed-out characters, and their relationships with Lennon made sense in the story. The mystery was definitely the strongest part for me, though I do wish the ending had been spaced out a little better—some of the big reveals felt like a lot all at once.
Overall, this was such a fun, suspenseful read! If you love small-town mysteries with a side of romance (and plenty of twists), you’ll definitely enjoy this one. Huge thanks to the author and Love Notes PR for the ARC!
Thinking she’d escaped the murder and mystery of Cedar Cove since moving away after losing both of her parents and best friend there, the last thing Lennon expects is to have to return to look after her grandmother following a fall.
She also couldn’t have counted on falling for the local heart throb sheriff… and a mysterious, brooding stranger. When another member of the town is discovered murdered, Lennon has to ask herself… can she truly trust anyone around her?
Tension and suspicion radiates throughout this plot and I was so hooked! Romantic suspense is fast becoming one of my favourite genres, and this book just cements that. I find it hard to believe this is Charli’s first book in the genre because it is done so well.
The tension between the characters was so palpable, and don’t get me started on the spicy scenes! This book is proof that you don’t need constant spice throughout to make it an amazing romance. I’m also not usually a fan of love triangles, however this one was done fantastically well.
Twists and turns aplenty, ‘Tell Me Something’ had all the elements for me of a five star read. I cannot wait to read Charli’s next book!
Thank you, Charli and Love Notes PR for the ARC! Y I really, really wanted to love this one as I had been looking forward to it. The blurb and the tropes were right up my alley, and I was excited to dive in. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
While I think the characters had a lot of potential and were likable, the story itself felt disjointed. There were several plot holes and missing details that I kept waiting to be fleshed out, but they weren’t. I found myself going back and rereading chapters and passages, thinking I must’ve missed something important (I hadn’t). There were certain moments or revelations that were clearly meant to be significant but weren’t given enough attention or explanation, which made it harder to stay engaged. The pacing also felt a bit off, with some parts dragging while others moved too quickly, making it difficult to fully immerse myself in the story. I really wanted to connect with the plot and characters, but in the end, it left me feeling a bit lost and confused.
I believe the book just wasn’t for me, but I can see why many readers would really enjoy it. There’s a lot of heart in the characters, and with a bit more fleshing out, I think it could be a great read for others. Thank you again for the opportunity!
This book offers a captivating mix of mystery and romance, but it sometimes has a tough time balancing the two into a smooth storyline. The concept is really intriguing, featuring a protagonist who is meant to be a sharp, investigative journalist. However, she often comes across as a bit lost, getting wrapped up in romantic situations that distract from the main mystery.
The novel shifts between two different tones: a passionate romance and a suspenseful whodunit. The romantic tension is well-crafted, but at times it’s not perfectly timed, which can interrupt the suspense. This imbalance can make it challenging to stay fully engaged in either storyline.
Some supporting characters, like Grams, bring a delightful charm and humor, but the overall cast is quite large and not always easy to follow.
On the bright side, the writing is polished, and the setting is beautifully immersive. The atmosphere is captivating. The pacing starts off strong but can become a bit predictable, which takes away from the excitement in what should be an intriguing mystery.
Overall, it’s an enjoyable read, perfect for those who don’t mind a few bumps along the way.
Uff, this wasn't easy to read. There were parts which I loved in this book and then some that felt a little bit misplaced. I think the best will be if I write it like this: Mystery part 4/5 (I enjoyed it a lot, after so many romances, this was my favourite part of this book and I was constantly thinking about it, the suspense was written so well that everyone looked suspicious to me at some point in the story) Romance 3/5 Going from mystery to romance 2.5/5 (I just can't help myself, but sometimes it felt like it came out of nowhere, like here we are solving murder and suddenly we are kissing each other...) Characters 4/5 Gramm ∞/5 (What can I say, she was the best part of this, wonderfully written, funny, clever, caring, meddling. I fell in love with this woman instantly.)
In general this was a very good story and it is worth reading if you like: 🔍A journalist and a sheriff 🖤 A love triangle that will have you stressing 🔍 Twists, turns, and suspense galore 🖤 Small-town charm with a little edge 🔍 Three POVs because one just isn’t enough 🖤 A spicy little age gap situation
Love Triangle Small Town Murder Mystery Age Gap (one MMC is 10 yr older, 37)
Review So I liked the bulk of this story with romance and side of murd3r mystery! Love triangles are iffy with me but a good bit of it was handled quite well, with me truly liking both of the men a lot...one being the handsome Sheriff helping Lennon with the mystery of her best friend and parents murd3rs, and the other being the broody construction worker with mystery shrouded eyes who reminds her a lot of her first love.
There were occasional small flashbacks to Lennon and her best friend/first love Rhett, which I felt weren't needed to be honest.
The romance does tend to overshadow the mystery aspect though and I felt because of that, all the revelations at the end were one too many all at once and felt "reaching". It felt like too much. And then one of the characters seemed like there was too much of a personality flip at the end compared to how they were acting for 90% of the book. I felt some plot holes in the "how's" and "why's" and sometimes time jumps.
Lennon, our FMC has a traumatic past which she has yet to face in years via the murder of her parents and childhood best friend. She returns to Cedar Cove for answers and to help her grandmother following an accident (we love grandma). Lennon runs into the town sheriff, Jack and their connection and chemistry was spot on! I was cheering for Jack the entire time. However, Lennon also connects with Reed who for some reason she continues to mistake for her late best friend, Rhett. Both boys are charming but she isn’t sure who to trust. The mystery that follows this really keeps you on your toes- I questioned basically everyone 🥲🫣 you will keep turning pages and wanting to jump to the next chapter! Charli nailed the romantic suspense here.
I'm still reeling from the shocking twists and turns. The story follows Lenin, a complex and troubled protagonist, as she returns to her hometown, a place haunted by dark memories. Her parents and boyfriend were brutally murdered there, and the killer remains a mystery.
The author masterfully weaves together multiple storylines, expertly dropping clues and red herrings that keep you guessing until the very end. The pacing is relentless, with a steady stream of suspenseful moments that'll keep you on the edge of your seat.
But what truly sets this book apart is its thought-provoking themes and surprising revelations. The author tackles complex issues like trauma, identity, and the blurred lines between good and evil.
The ending is nothing short of breathtaking. I did not see it coming, and the implications are still haunting me. If you're a fan of mystery thrillers with complex characters and shocking plot twists, this book is an absolute must-read.
This book combines romantic suspense and mystery in a great way!
A long time ago, Lennon lost her parents and her first love in a tragic way. With a broken heart, she left Cedar Cove trying to leave all the bad memories behind, but an accident with her grams forced her to return to the town that only holds pain.
But with Lennon’s return, another murder happens on the same date as the past ones, and now she’s determined to get answers and has her mind set in solving all these mysteries that have shadowed her life for a long time.
Lennon is a strong FMC. She has gone through a lot, and it’s understandable why she’s still grieving, why she can’t let go of the past.
There is a love triangle in this story, a bad and a good boy, and both have their minds set in winning Lennon’s heart. They might both be hot and dreamy, but is Lennon safe to trust them? The answer comes at the very end, after a heluva journey that will have you on the edge of your seats.
There’s little spice, but the spiciest chapter was HOT AF. Seriously, I was blushing and screaming. Totally worth it!
Also, shoutout to Lennon’s grams, that lady has also gone through a lot, but her resilience is admirable. She’s fierce, hilarious and sweet. I loved her!
If you're looking for a suspenseful romance, then you should definitely add this one to your TBR!
Thank you so much Charli for the ARC of your amazing book!
I haven’t read a romantic suspense book in so long, but this one was absolutely worth it. Right from the beginnings you have your doubts and you’re invested into the story. The first 20% if the book goes by a bit slow, but the way this book picks up speed is crazy!!! Like it makes you stay up all night just to finish it! The twists in this book are insane, the plot prefect, and the ending was AMAZING!! This book is literally meant for you to pick up and binge read.
Also, a moment to speak about Jack. This man has some superpowers! Like I’m not even kidding you. There’s something about him that draws your attention instantly. Those dimples of his! OH. MY. GOD. I kid you not I think I’ve fallen. I blush every time those dimples appear. He’s one to fall head over heels over. Mr. Sheriff
