⭐️⭐️⭐️ a great foundational book on the concept of manifestation, or as Zoe likes to call it, co-creation. Ariise covers tools and techniques to support one to take individual action to create the life they want. Zoe uses her own story and experiences to demonstrate the power of these techniques and why they work. It’s supposedly based on neuroscience and evidence, however I did find that aspect quite minimal. The book is fairly surface level and does lean heavily on Zoe’s story, feeling part biography and part self development. I did appreciate the emphasis on taking action and that manifesting/co-creating is an intentional approach, which can sometimes be overlooked in the process. The journal prompts and activities at the end are also great starters for anyone on their journey with this concept.

I came into this book already familiar with manifestation, but it was a refreshing reminder of the concepts behind co-creation. I mostly listened to the audiobook, and Zoe’s voice and personal stories genuinely moved me. It left me feeling inspired to revisit my own practice and reconnect with the parts I’ve let slip.

A gentle, uplifting read. Thank you for the inspiration 💛

2.5! it was ok, finished it and some nice golden nuggets in there.

I did really like that she opened up about her past and struggles and I appreciated her take on scepticism. I will definitely take some learnings into my daily life.

Started off strong - was super insightful and inspiring. The last half felt a little lack luster and disjointed?

Compared to other manifestation books (Magnetic by Rochelle Fox/Manifest by Roxie Nafousi) it wasn’t as thorough/strong.
