i simply love how layered this is. shiori’s character is well done in my opinion because she is supposed to be selfish since she is literally a monster. but what i didnt expect was for miko to notice the turmoil within shiori. as for hinako, she is selfish in her own way which is overlooked due to the trauma. THIS is what i mean by layers, and the angst?? i have only love for this series, and i cant wait to finally get into the rest of the story, since with this volume we are (as of now) caught up to the anime release!

Efectivamente desde el volumen 5 que esta historia me está enganchando muchísimo y tengo ganas de continuarla 😭.
La dinámica entre las protagonistas es rarísima, y mira que yo suelo ser team fluffy, pero me gusta muchísimo el tipo de relación que tienen.
Por otro lado, que ilusión que Miko parece que vaya a tener su propia historia de romance (o no, no sabemos supongo JAHSDH). Pero es que esta chica está ahí en todo el medio de las dos TODO EL RATO💀🙏.
Y el beso 😭😭 me lo veía venir cuando han empezado a cogerse tanto de las manos para que la otra no se fuese y seguir con sus conversaciones y tal, pero no me esperaba para nada que fuese de esa manera.
Y perdón pero me está encantando la actitud tan badass de Shiori en este manga JAHSJWH.
Y hago especial mención a que la portada me encanta🥺.

You know, this reminds me a lot of the "pro-lifers", who force women to keep the pregnancy even when the pregnancy might kill her and the baby/fetus in the process.
This is supposed to be Yuri, but then the kiss is censored? Wow.
Last chapter: Is Miko finally getting her own romance? Although I hope not cause that girl looks like a loli.
Just more screen-time is fine too. I wanna know more about her.

En este volumen ha ocurrido LA ESCENA (😁). A ver qué tal se va desarrollando todo a partir de ahora!!!!
Y me ha hecho mucha gracia Miko en su momento kdrama con la chica nueva que han presentado en el volumen (porque lit ha sido de kdrama cliché). Y eso solo significa una cosa: va a dejar de interponerse entre las protagonistas (espero)

shiori biting hinako's lip after making the new pledge, promising to devouring her, as long as she lives a happy life!!! all of this to avoid hinako kills herself or gets eaten by other yokai. shiori saying she'll never forgive hinako for wanting to die and forcing her to make this promise ughh!!! the new girl at the end of the chapter seems like trouble
