Bella Matthews has done it again! I truly don't know how she keeps doing it. But she has delivered another 5 star banger with the MOST swoon worthy MMC. With every single book, Bella continues to out do herself by delivering me a new MMC that instantly turns me into a puddle.
I straight devoured this book in literal hours. HOURS! Which to be fair is something that happens with every Bella Matthews books. Bella has created a universe that just sucks me in every time. And this book was no different. Leo took me by complete surprise. I didn't know what to expect with but I am so pleasantly surprised. Which I shouldn't be because he is a Sinclair after all.
I absolutely loved Leo and Addie. Leo is the GREENEST green flag I have ever seen in a book before. This man knew what he wanted and accepted Addie whole heartedly. The way he accepted her children as his own. The way he kissed her forehead knowing she needed time to accept their relationship. The way he was so fiercely protective over Addie and the children. Everything that this man did for Addie and his family turned me into a puddle.
So yeah, I couldn't put this book down. I loved every damn moment of it. So please do yourself a favor and add this one to your TBR immediately and you can thank me later 😘 *Also please check trigger warnings. Bella has done it again! This book was just fantastic and I ate up every single word of it! Leo Sinclair is my new favorite book boyfriend. I love him. I love him so so much!
I have read every book Bella has written and she keeps managing to surprise me! The way she gets to the heart of a story and makes me fall in love with these characters over and over again makes her one of my favorites! And this book just topped the list!

My heart officially has a name—and it’s Leo and Addie.
When I started reading this book, I had no idea I was diving into a story that would become such a favorite. I didn’t expect to fall so hard or to think about these characters every single day after finishing, but here I am… completely obsessed with my new favorite Bella Matthews book. And what a book it is!
Leo was such an unexpectedly wonderful surprise. When I first met him, I never imagined he’d end up in a marriage of convenience with a single mom—it honestly never crossed my mind that these would be the tropes of his story. But I’m so glad they were.
His devotion to Addie’s daughters was beautiful, but his unwavering commitment to Addie herself was what truly stole my heart. The way he made her feel loved, desired, and safe—reassuring her time and again that he’d be there to catch her—was deeply touching. Page after page, moment after moment, Leo proves he’s THE MAN in every possible way. Words almost fall short to describe how much he delivered.
And then there’s Addie—who, like Leo, completely stole my heart. She’s a fighter, just like every single mom, and watching her fierce love and determination for her daughters was absolutely moving. Her strength, resilience, and vulnerability made her so real and relatable.
Their chemistry, their quiet moments, the big emotional beats… every scene is etched into my heart.
I also adored the found family aspect, the sports backdrop, and how emotionally rich and authentic their relationship felt.
This is, hands down, my favorite Bella Matthews book so far—and I can’t recommend it enough. If you love heartfelt romance, strong characters, and stories that stay with you long after the last page, this one is a must-read.

Leo Sinclair stole my heart in this book. He is THE PERFECT book boyfriend. He may be topping my love for Ares! This man is so swoonworthy with the way he steps up for Addie and her children. He is 100% all in and is so supportive, patient, and loving.
Addie has been through so much trauma with her ex and is really struggling to get by financially. She is a successful romance author, but she had to use most of her money on her baby's medical bills. She is a single mom to 2 adorable girls, and she is trying her best. Leo Sinclair is a professional hockey player and her daughter's new skating/hockey coach. He helps her out when her car breaks down and her daughters immediately accept him. Addie is more closed off due to her previous abusive relationship, but Leo is determined to win her over.
Leo agrees to marry Addie so she can get access to her inheritance because he is already smitten. They have a quick wedding, and Leo's family accepts her into the fold. I adored the Sinclair's and how amazing his family is. I really need to go back and read his parent's romance.
Leo was so good with her kids, and I loved every moment where he helped her with the kids. They made the perfect family.
Side note: I loved how sassy and adorable Addie's daughter was. I love it when kids are written well in romance.

The books in this series just get better and better!! And the titles for these books are absolutely perfect for each story.
Leo Sinclair has my heart. We saw him as this funny man in Tempting, but he showed as whole other side in Enticing. This man will pull at your heartstrings and have you wanting more of him with each turned page.
Addie has been through quite a bit and her girls are her world. She's an extremely fierce heroine and will stop at nothing to protect her girls.
I love how this story unfolded. Addie's daughter's were a perfect addition and just added another layer to Leo and Addie's story.
Bravo, Bella! Another smashing hit.

Leo. Freaking. Sinclair!!
Well well well, who knew the goofy and sometimes annoying jokester we’ve come to know and love would come rocking in with the BDE and growly possessive zaddy vibes? Phew 😮💨 I love how quickly he fell for Addie and maybe even quicker for her sweet girls. He entered their lives determined to win her over, smash down those walls around her heart, and become their everything. Mission accomplished, sir.
Addie was prickly and protective but sweet and vulnerable at the same time. She didn’t stand a chance against all the heat, devotion, adoration, and love Leo was bringing. She was so scared yet strong given all she went through prior coming to Kroyden Hills. She was a fierce momma and became a fierce wife 🩷

I wanted more out of this story
I have never not been completely head over heels for one of Bella Matthews books so this is hurting me to even write!
I loved Leo and Addie’s story don’t get me wrong but it just wasn’t there for me like her other ones are. I felt as though this book was just rushed through and some extremely important things were just breezed by. Maybe it’s because we knew both of these people so it wasn’t as important to build the back story I don’t really know but this book just didn’t do it for me. I’m so sorry!

Leo Sinclair is officially one of my all time top Bella Matthews MMC’s. There is nothing hotter than a man swooping in and claiming a single mom and her babies. Every time Addie found Leo snuggling Lennox (shirtless 😉) my ovaries melted.
Addie quickly became one of my favorite FMC’s of Bella’s. I loved how incredibly protective she was of her girls. She was literally willing to give up everything to keep them safe. I also fell in love with her sister, Coraline, who I hope to see more of!
Declan Sinclair said, “we’re Sinclairs, we love hard, and we love fiercely,” and man is he right! Leo knew from the moment he saw Addie that she was something special. Even with all of her walls built up, he never gave up on her. Seeing him with her babies was heart freaking-melting.

Devoured Enticing, just like I knew I would! Leo is very swoon worthy and I couldn't get enough! He's sweet, caring, and can't wait to wear down the walls that Addie has put up to protect her and her girls. And I’m so freaking in love with him!! I am also in love with Izzy and her sassy attitude! She’s honestly made me laugh and I love how she takes to Leo immediately and how he is with both girls. I mean, a hot hockey player snuggling a baby and playing with your other kid....does it get any better?!!?!

Every swoon worthy moment I this book was only amplified with our narrators and I’m so glad I listened to this! I’ll definitely be re-listening in the future as it’s one of my new favorite comfort books!

UGH I wanted to DNF this so many times but I feel like I’ve done that with too many books lately and I wanted one to actually count towards my stupid goal. I really hated the insta-love in this book. Like right off the bat, Leo was in love with Addie and I thought it was dumb.
I hated the “Addies Inner Thoughts” at the beginning of every chapter; that just seemed so unnecessary and most were kind of dumb.
I disliked a lot of other things but these stood out a lot.

I’m struggling with this review. Because I’ve truly loved everything Bella has put out there, that I have read so far.. but I was not connecting with this. I really tried so hard, but I just couldn’t find it in me. Things felt rushed and didn’t really feel fleshed out fully. I feel bad that I feel this way, but it’s the truth. I’m nothing if not honest. Really hoping her next one hits for me. 😔

Whoa. This is hands down my favorite Bella Matthews book so far. Leo didn’t just show up, he showed out. Every single page proved he’s HIM. I just wish it was longer, because damn, I was not ready for it to end. 😩
Enticing is a swoony, emotionally rich romance that completely rewired my brain. Leo Sinclair is Addie’s daughter’s hockey coach, and from the moment he meets her, a single mom with two girls and a mountain of trauma, he’s all in. When Addie needs a husband to access her inheritance, Leo doesn’t hesitate. He marries her in an instant, accepts her kids as his own, and kisses her forehead when she needs space. Leo Sinclair, been the clownest and loudest Sinclair sibling in Tempting, but on this one... Sir. You are the greenest vibrantest greenflag book boyfriend ever existed. 🧎🏻♀️
Leo and Addie’s dynamic was pure magic. Addie is fierce, guarded, and trying to survive after an abusive ex and financial strain. Leo is protective, patient, and so determined to make her feel safe and loved. From the moment he met her, a single mom with two daughters and a mountain of emotional baggage, he was all in. The way he kissed her forehead when she needed space? The way he treated her kids like his own? The way Izzy, her tentative toddler, grew comfortable enough to call him “Dad”? I was a puddle of mess. 🥹🩷
I did not have marriage of convenience on my bingo card for Leo Sinclair, but Bella Matthews said, “plot twist” and delivered. Addie needs a husband to access her inheritance, and Leo agrees on the spot. Sir. You are the standard. The blueprint. The whole damn everything. 🧎🏻♀️💍 His devotion to Addie and her girls was so swoon-worthy it made me love them even more. She’s been through hell, and watching her slowly let Leo in, watching their quiet moments turn into something tender and real, was emotional detonation. Izzy and Lennox were also written so well, adorable, sassy, and the perfect addition to this found-family chaos. Leo holding baby Lennox like she was his whole world make my heart burst. I do wish the story lingered longer, I wanted more time in their little bubble, more scenes of Izzy calling him “Dad” with Addie right there to witness it. But that prologue? Seeing Lennox bond with Leo and the Sinclair uncles? Worth every page.
This book still delivers all the Bella Matthews staples, interconnected families, hilarious message chains, and emotional wreckage in the best way. The found-family vibes grew stronger, it felt like the whole town was in on it. Everyone’s connected, and when you’ve got the Sinclair/Kingston/Beneventi trifecta? The power is unmatched. The drama snuck up on me, but the execution was so satisfying. And just like the previous book, the focus stayed locked on the main couple, which made the emotional beats hit even harder. Leo and Addie’s love story—plus Izzy and Lennox, their adorable little duo—was absolutely worth the ride. I’m rooting for this perfect little family with my whole heart. 🥺🫶🏻
Likewise, major props to Lee Samuels and Vanessa Edwin for absolutely devouring this narration. I’ve loved their work individually, but together? They brought Leo and Addie to life with such chemistry and vulnerability, it felt effortless. From the banter to the soft moments, every beat landed exactly how it should. And of course, Ava Erickson (again) for voicing the Philly Press news segments? Still such a clever and iconic touch!
I still have no clue what chaos Bella Matthews is about to unleash next. But judging by how much Lilah showed up in this book, and that sneak peek in the blurb? I’m betting she’s about to go head-to-head with Killian. He’s been lurking since book three, and their banter potential is off the charts. I’m bracing for impact. So yeah, I’ll be sprinting into Captivating like it owes me tension, banter, and a full-blown emotional meltdown. 💥🏃🏻♀️

I have one complaint: There's quite a significant portion of this (very short) book dedicated to the drama that happened between Callen and Caitlin in the last book. While I can obviously understand some interconnectivity, the amount of time spent rehashing the stuff that, for me as a reader, has already been resolved, felt distracting and wasted valuable page space. We have whole chapters dedicated to Caitlin's moping and Callen's misery.
I was there, thanks. I know how it went down. I don't need the same story from a side-character's perspective.
But that's really my ONLY complaint with this one.
I actually like how stubborn Addie is in this book. Usually this sort of FMC frustrates the absolute hell out of me. But! Given her backstory with abusive men, it made sense to me that she's overly cautious, sometimes to the point of being self-sabotaging.
At the same time, though, this stubborn streak gives Leo something to chase. It's a perfect excuse for him to show Addie how serious he is about her. And boy does he ever. The way he insinuates himself into her life - without being pushy or demanding, was very well written.
I loved his interactions with the kids. The bond he forms with both the baby and the 5 year old were sugary sweet. But even in this, Leo tells a story - he's got a HUGE family with a ton of kids. The way he treats Izzy and Lennox is indicative of just how in touch he is with his own family and how he was raised to treat others.
This may be a shorter story - but for what it is, it's really got a lot of character and emotional depth and I can't praise that enough.
This is also another book where the couple stands strong as a pair against high-stakes odds. There's no 3rd act breakup, it's Addie and Leo against powerful men, a potential terrible legal situation, and social ruination if all of it comes out in the paper/among their social group. Not only do Leo and Addie prove themselves to one another, we get to watch Leo's powerful and HUGE family close ranks around them both, showing loyalty to this woman they barely know, not just because she's the one their son chose, but because she's been accepted fully into their family on her own.
This book may be under 300 pages, but it certainly doesn't FEEL like it. It feels like I got my money's worth. Definitely the best of the series so far.

This book was absolutely adorable! Bella Matthew's found family vibe is one of my favorite things about her books! As someone who married into a large family, this dynamic is so much fun to read about on paper. And she captures it perfectly. And as a single mom who married into a large family. This book really spoke to me!
Addie and Leo's story was so sweet; from the moment they met, I was rooting for them and her sweet girls.
Leo was an absolute golden retriever, and I just adored his character and the way he was so determined to win over Addie's heart while already winning over her girl's hearts! SWOON! There's just something about a man instantly connecting with a mom's kids in a book that has me swooning so hard, and it throws me right into my feels. My husband is my very own Leo!
"She’s a vision in my jersey with my name on her. I want to bang my chest and make sure the entire arena knows she’s mine. Her and the girls."
Addie was such a gentle character! I loved reading about the ways she was constantly putting her kids first and providing them with everything she could, even if she was struggling. She was such an incredible mom. And Leo coming in when he did was so perfect. Because this woman deserved to be pampered. I also LOVED her relationship with her sister, and I'm crossing my fingers that we get a book for her. She was spunky and the perfect support person for Addie!

It plays into the storyline adding to the storyline having you fall harder in love. Leo and Adelaide fall hard and fast and I loved every minute of the ride.

Bella Matthews is one of those authors I have always been meaning to read more from. Matthews seems to build richly entwined series with characters that her readers love and adore getting glimpse of throughout her expending universe, this is something I adore in other authors so know this can be a very strong hook for me in loving an author and digging into their back list. Enticing is the third book in a series that I have not read in yet, and while I can tell their is a richness and depth to the world and the various intertwining of the secondary characters, I can still enjoy and appreciate the truly beautiful and heart warming romance that is crafted in its pages. Matthews has a conversational tone which beautifully balances the heartbreaking moments perfectly with the romantic and gratifying ones. Matthews writing is well paced and clear providing the information needed for any new reader to her. She also beautiful crafts the central romantic couple and makes both of them interesting and complex characters that are easy to relate to and root for!

My favourite Bella Matthews book!! This story was beautiful, wholesome, charming & heartwarming. I felt SO giddy reading this, & even cried a few times because of how cute it was. This is just over 250 pages & Bella is great at not dragging out her books unnecessarily, however in this instance I wanted MORE of Adelaide’s & Leo’s story because they were everything! I ate this up in only a few hours- I was hooked🥹🩷
Adelaide’s traumatic past made her guarded, reserved, insecure, & skeptical, but Leo strove to reassure her & provide her with security, stability, safety & mostly importantly, love. He was a total heartthrob, & was easygoing, playful, kind, & a loverboy🤭 he went above & beyond for Addie & her kids & was SO sexy😩
Although this book was short, the relationship development was done really well. I loved watching Leo worm his way into addies heart, & Addie learn to trust & open up her heart to Leo. The instant connection & tension between them were palpable, the spice didn’t take away from the romance/story, & seeing Leo’s family take on Addie & the kids was SO heartwarming😭❤️🩹 the star of the show however was little Izzy, the sassy & intelligent queen🙈👏🏼

This was a perfect example of one of my favorite tropes... marriage of convenience - when I say it was so good, I mean it was SOOOO good and I couldn't get enough. Leo was willing to marry Addie, just to get her to date him 🫠 I'm melting... and swooning.
I loved this book and (don't hate me) I am now going to start at the beginning of this world in the Bella Matthew universe (because this was my first book from her 😬 - I said don't hate me lol.)
Basically, I'm in love with Leo and Addie's relationship, and the way that Leo is with the girls. I highly recommend this one... but if you need me, no you don't, because I'm busy reading 🫶

From the first page to the last I just devoured this book! Leo and Addie stole my heart. Enticing was everything and more. It checked all the boxes.
Leo Sinclair is a professional hockey player, a good guy, easy going and up for a good time. Adelaide James is trying to start over from an abusive relationship, the death of her parents and no money.
The only way out for Addie is to get married. Leo wants to date her, help her, protect her and her two girls.
A quickie wedding leads to happy days, fun times, sweet moments.
I just loved how their relationship developed and Leo brought down Addie’s walls. The way he loved and cared for them. It was swoon worthy and can Leo be my next book boyfriend.
When Addie’s past resurfaces, angst brings some tense and heartbreaking moments.
Enticing will fill your heart with all the feels. I didn’t want their story to end.

Oh dear lord Bella has done it again!
I was hooked, I was lost in the book and I straight up devoured it!
Leo!!!! OMG Leo! Straight up loved him in Tempting and I couldn’t wait for his story and Bella did not disappoint! What a man!! Protective, loving, fierce and oh sooooo loyal - you saw him in such a different light to the jokey boy in Tempting and it makes you fall that little more harder for him!
Addie - poor Addie - she has been through so much and is honestly one of the strongest female characters ever - the way she is so protective over her girls even though she is so broken inside!
The trust Addie finally gives Leo makes their relationship one of my faves! I think this series is showing us Sinclair men are the best!

Leo!!!! OMG Leo! Straight up loved him in Tempting and I couldn’t wait for his story and Bella did not disappoint! What a man!! Protective, loving, fierce and oh sooooo loyal - you saw him in such a different light to the jokey boy in Tempting and it makes you fall that little more harder for him!
Addie - poor Addie - she has been through so much and is honestly one of the strongest female characters ever - the way she is so protective over her girls even though she is so broken inside!
The trust Addie finally gives Leo makes their relationship one of my faves! I think this series is showing us Sinclair men are the best!

This book was an enjoyable read. Adelaide and Leo were just perfect main characters. I love a single parent romance. and this book didn't disappoint, Bella continues to be an amazing author. Her books always hook the readers, the plot are easy to follow and enjoyable, the characters are brilliantly written, and you can't help but fall in love with their connection. Leo and Adelaide just had a connection from their first meeting, and I enjoyed his connection with her daughters. Adelaide was such a strong, determined woman who was willing to fight for her future. The series has been brilliant, and I enjoyed reading each book.
