Eight lifeguards board the Championship Casino Cruise, but when armed gunmen storm the ship, they find themselves gambling with their lives.

type 1 diabetic lifeguard who’s in school and lives with her roommates and a cat which is making me want one myself. anyways she meets hunter since he’s the new surf instructor and immediate attraction. thankfully this book didn’t take 90% for them to fuck and it happens quickly and i love them. hunter learns all about type 1 DM and it’s so cute. then they r all on a boat for a charity event and hunters dad plans to rob the event an holds everyone at gun point. ofc all the life guards escape but it’s stressful af and katie’s blood sugar drops shocking lol. anyways they all make it alive but hunters family’s medical supply complaint (that was apparently selling faulty equipment) gets sued and shut so hunter makes his own company and lives happily ever after with katie and the cat which im obsessed with… i want a cat

characters are well written, the plot was enjoyable, even the cat was adorable.

I absolutely loved this book! I loved the characters (including Pixel the Cat) SO MUCH!! Hunter was wonderful and Katie was so fun! I loved their story and the action had me HOOKED!! Such a fun read!

This was a pretty good book! Though I had a harder time getting into this one like I did Hurricane Ryan, it was still an enjoyable read!
