What if the fate of a hidden world was in the hands of three teenagers and eight newly hatched mythical creatures?
Noah, Abby, and Wyatt are three teenagers whose lives are forever changed when they discover a crashed van in the woods behind their homes. Inside the wreckage is a clutch of dragon hatchlings. Mythical creatures thought to be just legends now brought to life, and in danger. In a race against time, Noah, Abby, Wyatt, alongside their happy dog and miffed cat, are thrown into a mission to protect the dragons. One they are not prepared for but must adapt to save themselves, and their dragon friends from an evil that is determined to get them back at any cost.
Just finished Fly by Zoe Griffith and I would highly recommend! Griffith's world-building had me hooked by the end of chapter 1, and the whimsical, inventive reimagining of dragons was something I haven't seen before. Griffith places dragons in our modern day world, imagining them to be a species just like any other- a fun new idea! Our main characters: Wyatt, Abby and Noah are your typical teens, and it was fun to follow along as they wrestled with typical teen troubles while managing a troupe of growing dragons! Check this book out for a fun read- looking forward to where the rest of this series takes us.
