About the author

F. M. Faraz (ف.م. فراز) is a German-Persian poet, novelist, and storyteller whose work blends philosophical fantasy, metaphysical mystery, psychological realism, and social critique.

Born in 1985 and based in Germany, he began writing at an early age, moving between poetry, short fiction, philosophical reflection, and novels concerned with identity, truth, morality, and the search for meaning.

His debut novel, The Harmony, appeared in 2024: a philosophical exploration of life, parallel worlds, and the mysteries of time travel. It was followed by The Scoundrel in 2025, a work of psychological realism shaped by tragedy, existential confession, and social criticism.

The Fall, published in Persian and German in July 2026, returns to the mythic and metaphysical dimensions of his fiction, exploring divinity, rebellion, desire, and the fragile boundary between light and darkness.

The short-story cycle The Nobodies has been released gradually in book and audiobook formats. Its stories move through human relationships, the philosophy of life, psychological unease, and social criticism.

Faraz has written poetry since 2000. His collections include The Wander, The Legend of Doubt, and The Eighty-One — a contemplative work centred on memory, uncertainty, wonder, and the human condition.

این کتاب رو از یکی از دوستانم گرفتم. کتاب خارج از ایران چاپ شده بود و در فروشگاه‌ های ایران پیدا نمیشد. حقیقتش اول شک کردم برای خوندش ولی وقتی شروع کردم بی نظیر بود. از یه نویسنده ای که تو ایران گمنام هست . بعد رفتم دیدم اصل کتاب رو به انگلیسی نوشته و عملا کتاب خودش رو ترجمه کرده بود به فارسی. خیلی داستان هیجان انگیز رو فوق العاده ای بود. خیلی سخت تو ایران پیدا بشه ولی من تو اینستاگرام تونستم یه نسخه برای خودم بخرم
در کب پیشنهادش میکنم به عنوان ژانر دارک

همونطور که تو جلد اول نوشتم داستان بی نظیری هست. کلا داستان دارک تو ایران خیلی کم نوشته میشه و حس خوندن این کتاب از یک نویسنده ایرانی خیلی جالب بود. جلد دوم فراتر از جلد اول بود و پایان داستان خیلی شوکه کننده و سورپرایز کننده بود.اگر بخوام حقیقت رو بگم. خیلی خیلی دوست داشتم. بهتون حتما پیشنهاد میکنم کتاب رو تهیه کنید هر چند چون تو خارج چاپ شده تو کتاب فروشی های ایران نیست ولی از طریق اینستاگرام انتشارات آلمانی یا اینستاگرام خود نویسنده میشه به سختی تهیه کرد.

The Spirit of Time begeistert nicht nur mit einer tiefgründigen Geschichte, sondern auch mit außergewöhnlich gut entwickelten Charakteren. Nora und Liam sind fantastische Figuren, deren Entwicklung und Dynamik einen sofort in den Bann ziehen. Besonders spannend bleibt der geheimnisvolle Prinz der Schatten – ein Charakter, bei dem man ständig zwischen Vertrauen und Zweifel schwankt. Ist er Freund oder Feind? I randomly picked up this book on Kindle Unlimited without knowing anything about the author, and honestly, I was blown away!
