Quick listen, especially at 1.5 speed. I enjoyed the narrator. The topic itself was a mishmash of things I've already read and learned, but a reminder is always nice. Great intro for people who haven't done any work on themselves yet, but definitely branch out into deeper works on the topics that pulled your interest the deepest.

I had a hard time focusing while listening to this book. This book utilizes a lot of metaphors and analogies, and it felt like it jumped around a lot. The voice actor/reader was very monotone but paced well. I DNF'd the audiobook.
