Fast and fun!
Sebastian has been hurt by love, so now he throws himself into the one thing that's solid for him. His F1 career. A visit from someone from his past rattles him, and he does something rather unbecoming an F1 driver. He backs into a scooter.
Isla dropped out of college to chase her passion. Now she's a traveling tattoo artist with quite an online following. She's in Japan, having just finished a tattoo for a client. Her payment was in the form of a Vespa. She's actually had it for less than an hour when some idiot in an overpriced luxury car backs into it! He's hot, and there are a bunch of people around that seem to know who he is, but she has no clue.
Sebastian is surprised at how Isla makes him feel. That he feels anything at all. He thought he never would again. Isla feels something, too, but she doesn't want to explore that. She's traveling the world, trying to figure out who or what she is. She doesn't need some guy distracting her. No matter how hot he is.
But Isla can also see that he has something going on that's stressing him out, and as an almost psychologist, she feels the need to help him.
The attraction between them is palpable, and revs up faster than the F1 cars that Sebastian drives. But he has an aversion to letting people in. And Isla doesn't want to risk losing herself. Can they find a setup that works? Or will they crash out before they even get started?
They have great chemistry and their banter was cute and flirty. They both have issues to get past, and there's some realizations they come to. We see some familiar people along the way, who might just have some advice to give.
This was fast paced and fun, and a nice wrap up to the series.

This was my first read by Elle and I wasn't disappointed. While it is a short story, it is full of details.

Isla is in Japan tattooing her way around the world, when she is struck while ridign her Vespa. What she didn't know is she was hit by F1 superstar, Sebastian Rivera.

Sebastian had his heart broken a few years ago and is in Nagoyo meeting up with an old friend, prior to his race. When he hits Isla accidentally, he didn't expect for his heart to react as it does.

The attraction is definitly there but can they make it last forever?.

Sebastian is an F1 driver tortured by his past, he promised himself he would never fall in love again. But that was before he hit the beautiful Isla.
Will Isla and Sebastian have a happy ending or will their differences cause the end of their stories...

Book 6 and we have another F1 driver Sebastian who falls in love at first sight with our Australian FMC Isla. He’s in Japan for a race she’s in Japan on a journey of self discovery, their paths unexpectedly cross. Seb doesn’t want to fall in love again as he lost someone special a while back but theres something about Isla that draws her to him. Isla is discovering herself and doesn’t want distractions but Seb just makes her feel good. A short but fun read with a little steam and a sweet epilogue.

Such a Good book! Seb's heartbreak sucked me in from the first moment and I just wanted to hug him. I could feel the loss for both the men. That meet cute with Isla was priceless - who would be able to see with gawkers swarming your car? She is certainly a spitfire, and I had to chuckle at how she handled the heckler! Their chemistry though, that was the real heat and heart of the story. Could Seb open himself up again? Was Isla a threat to his heart? This tale has some sharp turns, just like Seb's F1 courses. Buckle up!

Full Wet is Book 6 of Hot Grid: The F1 Players series. It's a short and steamy, instalove, OTT, opposites-attract F1 romance. Isla is a feisty tattoo artist working in Japan. Sebastián is a hunky F1 driver visiting a friend when he runs into her Vespa. She is not happy or impressed but thinks he's hot. He's lost someone and has sworn off love. But these two are unprepared for what they are feeling. Can they let love in? They had hot chemistry, and after a bit of angst, we got a happy ending.
