Madalynne
Life can be cruel and unexpected, ripping your heart out when you least expect it. You never think it can be you and then it happens and you’re left to pick up the pieces of your broken life. I was grieving, understandably so, each stage pushing me further and further from him. There was never a doubt in my mind that Parker and I were soul mates. No one had ever made me feel the way he did, and I don’t want them to. Through all the hard times, he was there. Parker was the only person I could lean on, the only person I could talk to about my feelings. He pulled me out of my depression. He helped me see the light again.

Parker
She was hurting and I wanted to be there for her. When my brother Bo passed, I slipped into a deep depression, and even though I pushed Madalynne away at every turn, she never gave up on me. I owed her my life, and I wanted to spend the rest of mine making her happy. Even with our connections to others, my love for her never wavered. It was something embedded so deep inside my bones, she would always be a part of me. That’s why I never gave up hope that somehow, someday, we would be together again.

My Forever is the third book in the Infinite Love series.

Madalynne…
“There was never a doubt in my mind that Parker and I were soul mates. No one had ever made me feel the way he did, and I didn’t want them to.”

Parker…
“She was the girl of my dreams. It was the most amazing feeling in the world being in love with your best friend.”

This was a romantic story about two young lovers who had to find a way back to each other when life got in the way.

I liked Madalynne and Parker in this story, and at points I felt sorry for both of them. Both of them had lost a sibling tragically, and both of them had other people in their lives who seemed to be getting in the way of Madalynne and Parker’s relationship.

“Don’t give up on us. Promise me, you still have hope.” I took her hand in mine, squeezing it lightly.
She smiled hen replied softly, “I still have hope.”

The storyline in this was pretty good, although I did find the pace a little slow. I could see cracks forming in Madalynne and Parker’s relationship though, which was sad, and I knew at one point that a secret that Parker was hiding was going to be a really big deal to poor Madalynne.

“She is close to making the biggest mistake of her life, so I am asking you one more time… are you going to fight for your relationship or are you going to let her go man?”

The romance in this was quite slow building, and we had a couple of other people interfering in the relationship too, so expect a couple of love triangles in here. I have to say that I really didn’t know which way this story would go at points.

“If I have to wait years to be with you again, I will!”

The ending to this was really lovely, and I liked the way the romance turned out in the end.
7.5 out of 10

Madalynne…
“I wouldn’t change one decision I made that year, even the difficult ones because it taught me to play longer, kiss deeper, and love more passionately than I had ever before.”

Parker…
“She had me at hello, and in a way I think it will always be that way.”

ARC kindly given by author in exchange for honest review

I did some research before reading this book, just so I could be fair in my review. This book originally started out on Wattpad before entering the big arena.

This is a YA novel, which I don't typically read. (See review policy on my website/blog.) But I figured I would give it a shot since the New Adult section seems to be lacking severely at the moment.
My Forever is about a girl (Mady) and a guy (Parker.) They've been dating for 3 years, I believe, and have yet to go to home base. It's common theme in today's YA books. (Kinda too common if you ask me.) I didn't really want to read about a girl struggling with her virginity, but I let it slide because of the shit storm that was brewing.

It seemed like a good set-up:
Maddy's brother died serving in the army and she's having a hard time moving forward.

And just as I was getting comfortable with the "theme" of this book, the worst thing happened.
A Repeat.
Parker's brother is dead too.

But that's not all. Stupid Parker has the nerve to enlist in the army knowing damn well how his girlfriend feels about this. Her brother died serving, after all. What, is she supposed to be pleased?
The "repeats" just kept coming.

Not only do Parker and Maddy share similar losses, they also love getting involved in love-triangles.
I could forgive the dead brother's, even though my mind said it wasn't realistic or remotely possible. One brother dead, yes, but two? Come on now. Make it the mother or father, but not the brother. Everything was just to convenient.

They decide to take a break in their relationship and Maddy falls for a guy named Lee. Parker messages some slutbag named Jacqueline. (AKA, Jackie to me.)
And thus, the repeat begins again.
I was waiting for one character to just break through the bubble. If Parker's with another girl, put Maddy stripping or something. (It was just an example.) Why link them together (like the dead brother's club) and make everything so predictable? I don't understand.

The writing wasn't terrible. It was actually pretty decent. I will say it is probably one of the better YA books I've read, in terms of structure and character development with Parker. Maddy, not so much. This baby was CLEANED. (I mean that as a compliment, BTW.) Every word was used for a reason, not just as filler, and no characters were thrown into scenes just to take up space. Understand? It was very clean-cut for not having a professional editor.
I gave it three stars and I do believe younger audiences (around 16-18) will appreciate a story line like this, even though at times it is unbelievable.

MY FOREVER BY: KIRA ADAMS
My Forever is the second book in the Infinite Love series. I was pretty excited to see Madalynne be the star of the show in this book. Her along with her long time beau Parker. In the beginning they had every appearance of being the perfect couple...

Then something tragic happened, Madalynne's brother died. While it was dramatic enough of a story line, and the ensuing rifts between the Disney like couple were completely understandable, grief does crazy things to people, I felt like something was missing. It was clear the hurdles they were facing were probably going to be mended with time. And if I'm being completely honest, the perfect couple.....yeah they just aren't as captivating as you would think.  You're kind of left feeling like you want to stomp on all that perfection a little, ya know?

Here's the fabulous thing though, about halfway through something AWESOME happened. These unblemished beings started to actually come to life! Revealing the chinks in their armor made this story come alive. Even better was the down-to-Earth problems that they had. It was absolutely refreshing to have such real issues, that seem so seldom explored compared to the highly dramatic ones. Because to me, that's real life, it's not always the huge things that tear couples apart, it's the intangible little things. It's growing up and making huge life decisions that may ultimately send you and your significant other in separate directions, it's the uncertainty of your future and if the things you've always known are really the best things for you. I was so thankful for this addition.

Funny enough, the characters actually having flaws made them that much more engaging to me. I liked that Madalynne and Parker could be selfish sometimes. Even when I wasn't exactly thrilled with the choices they made, it was still bewitching, I couldn't look away, and for awhile there I was really unsure how things would ultimately turn out. Which going in, I did not see being an issue at all. It was the best turn of events all the way around.

I have crazy good feelings about the next book now too. We were introduced to the next stars in this book, and what a stark contrast they are to these characters! I really enjoy all the range that this author is showing, and I look forward to seeing what is next.

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first one, but it was still a decent read.

I really liked Madalynne in Learning to Live, so I was looking forward to reading this one to see more of her and Parker.
She was still a likable character, and her and Parker's relationship was still cute, but at times, I did find her annoying. I could understand why she was acting the way she was though.

The ending was nice, and I'm glad that everything worked out.

I'm looking forward to book three.

Overall: I found this book to be a light and easy read. I enjoyed the beginning of the book the most, but I had a few complaints as it progressed. There were some random time jumps in the book, like one chapter would be homecoming, and the next would be months later without letting you know how long it had been. There was also a lot of repetition in the book, for example Mady struggled through her brother's death and the next chapter it would remind you of how Parker helped her, and then three chapters later it would remind you again. I thought the love story was sweet, especially how each of them helped each other with the deaths of their brothers and such. I loved the different point of views, with Parker and Mady and then Lee. I did struggle with how often Mady pushed Parker away and then complained about pushing him away. Like I understand she was grieving, but I have a hard time listening to someone complain about things they did to themselves. I also was frustrated by Parker's online friend, who he flees to when Mady rejects him. I also disliked the fact that Mady falls in love again, while still loving Parker, then she strung both guys along for like two weeks. I'm sorry, but if I were Parker and I came back from army training to see my girlfriend literally making out with another guy, I would drop her like a hot coffee. I don't care how much I loved her. I thought the setting was nice and the plot progressed. I did find that character development/progress was stagnant. None of the characters learned anything, improved, etc since page one. The writing was wonderful and had a nice flow to it. It was just a typical YA romance book, however I did find it to be easy and light, perfect for summer.

Characters: Like I said, little character progression from the beginning to the end. I did like Parker mostly, minus his online friend. Mady was irritating, but she had her moments too. I liked Parker and Mady together more than when they were apart. I did like Lee and his carefree attitude immensely. I wish there was a little more from his point of view. Kendall was a nice side character, adding to the story nicely.

Quotes: "This must be why people say love sucks. Because the breaking hearts part, was incredibly painful."

Recommend?: Yes, I enjoyed it. I give it 3/5 stars. I loved the love story, the writing, and the plot. If you like YA romance stories, this is perfect for you.

Maddy and Parker have known each other since they were little and they have also been in a relationship for over 3 years. Life's toll had challenged not only their lives; but their relationship as well. The loss of both their brothers, Parker's online friend, Maddy's parents arguments and the future.

Their love is tested many times. When Parker leaves for basic training, he is a single. Maddy goes to her family's house in Hawaii to clear her head. She meets Lee. He is the complete opposite of Parker. He intrigues her. She feels a pull to him but still loves Parker.

Parker is out of his training and decides to visit his online friend, Jacqueline. Even though she knows things others don't and he has some type of feelings for her; he realizes his only love is Maddy.

Friendship, love and hearts are tested many times. Difficult decisions  must be made. In the end; you cant deny the heart what it wants!

This is the first book I've  read by this author and it was an awesome decision!! You feel the characters feeling as if you are actually  them! Cant wait to read more!

This was the first book I ever wrote, over twelve years ago. I had a fascination with crafting the perfect boyfriend, and so Parker Grant came to be. As time went along though, I realized that being imperfect is endearing.

Madalynne was always subconsciously modeled after me; stubborn and bullheaded. I knew people were either going to love her or hate her, similar to me--no middle ground...but I accepted that as I continued to craft their love story.

Unfortunately cheating happens everyday in the world; that doesn't make it right; that doesn't make it okay. People fall victim to temptation all the time. I wanted to portray this correctly while staying true to their story. Right now, I'm satisfied.

I was given this for an honest review. This was a very sweet romantic book. Parker and Maddie have both endured hard aches in their lives, both losing their brothers. During each time, they pushed each other away but always got back together. Their love was unbreakable, they were soulmates. Throughout it all, they find out who they really are and how to accept their friends. Parker decides to join the army, while Maddie isn't exactly thrilled about the idea(her brother died in action)and runs away while he's at basic. Both of them are tested by others and have to decide whether they are destined or not. This was a very sweet book, with issues that i think most people have gone through and can relate too.

**Given by the author in exchange for a honest review **

I have to say I really enjoyed this story, I won't get into the whole description as there are plenty in the other reviews.

I always love POF stories, it makes it easier to understand both sides. I think it made it easier to feel what Maddie and Parker both went through, good and bad. Although I will say I was annoyed with Maddie during the Hawaii part, maybe because I felt for Parker more at that time.

Overall, very well written, great storyline, strong characters and very relatable. Looking forward to reading book 2.

My Forever By Kira Adams Book 2 in the Infinite love series.

This book is about Madalynne and Parker's relationship and their POV’s on the hurt, pain, and anguish they both go through. We first hear about Madalynne and Parker in Book 1 Learning to live. Maddy and Parker have known each other all their lives, Maddy was the girl next door and they didn’t start dating until their teens.

The story hits on bereavement, emotional destruction, infidelity as well as love and passion and how two people can overcome everything to be together.

Both Maddy and Parker are likable, I liked Maddy when her character was in ‘Learning to Live’. Though some of their actions will make you want to scream at them, though putting yourself in their situation, you can probably understand some of their reasons!

I enjoyed the story, the writing style and the hitting on home truths. Though through reading the book, it felt a little jumpy in places with timelines just in odd places. I know that the Italic writing would be a flashback, though so were comments and phrases in current times and the book felt a bit jumpy to me. Though it was a good read and this could be read as a stand-alone book if you have not read the others.

**JOSIE'S REVIEW**

This is my first time reading a novel by this author. I normally do not read YA novels, but I am glad that I got the opportunity to read this one. My Forever is a remarkably written novel. The story is about how two people in love, can easily be torn apart by distance, life choices and lack of communication. I loved that the author shows readers that people react differently to grief and loss and that it can change a person. Not only was this book emotional, heart wrenching and broke my heart at times, it also shows us that true love can also keep a person alive when they believe there is nothing left for them.

Parker and Madalynne’s relationship should be easy but that is not the case. Parker and Madalynne have both lost their older brothers tragically and both handled the situation in ways they should not have. Parker knew she was his future but he couldn’t help but push her away after his brother’ suicide. When Madalynne loses her brother in a road side explosion while serving in the ARMY her world was rocked to its core and it quickly starts to crumble.

I enjoyed seeing how Parker was more mature than Madalynne. Parker grew from his loss and learned from his mistakes and that is what gave him the insight and understanding he needed to deal with Madalynne. He was the most loving, understanding and caring boyfriend. I mean when you see what Madalynne puts him through you will understand. He refuses to give up on Madalynne and their love. He was determined to fight for her even when she was lost.

“I noticed the light that had always shone on her face suddenly fade, her happiness and joy destroyed in that explosion. She was the one and if I wanted her I would have to fight for her.”

I know some would hate Madalynne’s character but I couldn’t. She was young and suffered through 2 very difficult life changes. I related to her. Let’s be real we’ve been her age before; your mind is already filled with different emotions but when you add anger, grief and loss, you are bound to explode. She doesn’t want to lose the love of her life and has to fight to come out of her darkness. Parker and Madalynne have so much in common. There is no denying they are soul mates and made for each other. The author does an amazing job in giving readers Parker’s past and how he handled his brothers passing; thus showing how similar they are. Together they are able to forgive each other. They both understand the grief and pain of losing a loved one and work well together.

Parker sacrifices so much because of his love for Madalynne, but when he is giving a life changing opportunity he has to put himself first. Parker can only see his future with Madelynne, but his decision will put distance and add a lot of strain on their already fragile relationship. I was an emotional mess, reading this book (AND IT IS YA!!!). There were times that I was so frustrated with these characters that I wanted to give them a time out. The author made sure that things were not one-sided- both Parker and Madalynne have to find themselves and going about it is hard to watch. I wasn’t sure how things were going to play out until the very end. The author kept my interest from start to finish, and added just the right amount of drama.

My Forever is an amazing novel that tells the story of how two people in love can be tear apart by time and distance but hey, there’s a saying that love conquers all!

This is truly a wonderful novel that shows just how time and distance apart can be brutal to even the most in-love couple but also, how love can be the only thing that keeps them alive when reality becomes the one thing they cannot accept.

In many ways, it is understandable why Madalynne behaves the way she did when she lost her brother. Parker behaved exactly like her when he too, lost his. Both of them understands each other in ways that no one else can.

Honestly, I can’t believe how much Parker loves Madalynne. He’s willing to sacrifice the thing he want for her! Although in the end he went on to pursue it, he is hopeful in his future with her. I am surprised by the amount of self-control he has!

(Well, because if I’m the one dealing with Madalynne, I’m going to fly off the handle!)

That said, Madalynne Johnson isn’t a bad person. I think she’s just at a loss as to how to deal with all the sudden events. She doesn’t want to lose the love of her life the same way she did with her brother.
Soooo…she went on to do something that make Parker so mad but, let me tell you people, PARKER GRANT LOVES MADALYNNE JOHNSON SO MUCH!

Actually, too much until my heart want to cry when I read the book!

Yes, it’s that emotional.

Both of them are lost, with Madalynne being the one really lost, and they do things at the heat of the moment. A slight and dangerous distraction from the reality they didn’t want to face. So when reality comes crashing down, what will they choose?

READ MY FOREVER TO FIND OUT! (Yes, I highly recommend this book to all readers!)

(Prepare some chocolates and tissues beforehand. It’s going to be an emotional roller-coaster ride!)

* I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. *

Author Kira Adams is a new to me author that I am now thoroughly hooked on - this book was amazing! It was written so well that I felt like it was real, almost like a true story that she was telling others about. This book was full of emotion, love, patience and confusion and every bit of it felt real. I found myself laughing, crying and feeling heartbroken right along with Parker and Madalynne. And then there was Lee....who I could also feel sorry for, but he knew all along what was going on...The characters were so well written, so well versed and the reader could feel the emotions that they were going through. The conversations seemed real and there was never a moment when the story didn't flow.

I was reading this from a perspective of someone who lost a brother very recently and every emotion, thought and action that Madalynne experienced was something that I too have experienced. It is almost as if the author truly felt the loss herself. I think that a reader who has not experienced this type of loss may not understand the depths of the emotions, but they were true and accurate. It was an amazing journey to know that love can and will survive anything, no matter how much it must go through.

The author has done an amazing job with this book and I will be adding her others to my TBR list sooner rather than later! I loved everything about this story, from start to finish and didn't want to put it down. I needed to know what was going to happen, how the relationships developed and with who - this book reels you in and doesn't want to let you go! Set aside a good amount of time because once you start, you won't want to stop! Enjoy ~

My forever - 3 stars

*I was gifted a copy of this book from the author, as well as the next book in the series, in exchange for an honest review*

The story follows the on-off relationship of Madalynne and Parker. Best friends for a long time, they have been in a relationship for the past three years - both virgins, both stubborn, both have suffered loss.

This is YA, and it's blatantly obvious. The two main characters are still in school, their actions and emotions are still immature and their relationship is volatile for most of the book.

During times when they should be each other's comfort and pillar of strength, they push each other away.

I know, based on the reviews, that I'm in the minority here, but their behaviour just frustrated me. To be honest I don't know how on earth Parker put up with Madalynne's outbursts, drunken hookups and indecisions. I get that Parker too struggled with his feelings, but I feel Madalynne crossed so many lines... Any self-respecting person would have walked away. Did I agree with some of the things he did? Not necessarily...

For the life of me I struggled to understand Maddy's instant attraction and subsequent 'head-over-heels bond with Lee. Parker I understood more as he'd been talking to his internet friend Jacqueline for a long time...

I don't know... I didn't hate the book, and it was enjoyable enough, I guess I just didn't understand where the characters were coming from half the time. I don't consider myself old, 30, but perhaps I'm past the point of young, juvenile love and the drama that comes with it.

I also thought there were too many parallels between the MC's. Both of their brothers died... Both had feelings for someone else...It felt a little repetitive.

I didn't like, but was was intrigued by both Lee and Jacqueline in this book so I am actually looking forward to reading their book.

My Forever is a YA romance. This genre is one of my favorites so I really enjoyed this book. Kira Adams did a very nice job in describing and relaying the typical feelings and actions of her teenage characters.

Like any real teenagers, the main characters - Madalynne and Parker - were both lovable and frustrating. Parker is a soft spoken, big-hearted, high school hunk and Madalynne is a beautiful, moody, selfish drama queen.

It was love at first sight for both of them, at an early age, but they didn't start dating until middle school. Their relationship is on-again/off-again, constantly being tried and pushed to the limit. Their relationship takes a toll when Parker loses his brother to suicide, Madalynne loses her brother to an army accident and then Madalynne's parents experience marital problems. To further complicate their relationship, Parker keeps in touch with an internet 'girlfriend', Jacqueline, who he met after his brother committed suicide, unbeknownst to Madalynne. Then Parker's parents convince Parker that he should enlist in the army, which he does, against Madalynne's wishes. Madalynne, frustrated by Parker's decision to enlist and leave for Basic Training, decides that she is going to go to Hawaii for a few months to clear her head. She meets and starts a relationship with a young man on the airplane, Lee. Not completely innocent, Parker meets up with Jacqueline, but quickly discovers that his feelings for Jacqueline are not what he thought and that Madalynne is his true soul mate. Parker immediately heads to Hawaii to tell Madalynne how he feels, but finds her in Lee's arms. Madalynne's and Parker's relationship gets to the point where Madalynne needs to make a decision - Lee or Parker.

This book leaves you wanting more. Nicely done!

I look forward to reading the second installment of the Infinite Love series, Beautifully Broken.

ARC was given in return for an honest review.

Review on Author:
The writing itself was a little too jumpy for me and kind of lost me here and there. I found myself re-reading a paragraph or two cause I thought I missed something. The story starts off in the middle and jumps back to the past to only then return to the present and then it jumped within days to what happens next. Kind of made me dizzy. I wished for a better flow of the story.

Review of Story:
Honestly for a YA book, it wasn't a bad read. The story line was good Parker is a dream but I wanted to kill Madelynne. Didn't really care for the Jaqueline and Lee but they needed to be thrown in for the drama and it was understood. A young love that is growing and so are the characters. Life happens and tests their love.

Synopsis:(Trying for No Spoilers)
Parker is a sweet good looking guy. Tragedy strikes his family and brings his world crashing down around him. He pushes everyone away from him including his best friend since childhood, Madalynne. Losing someone will do that to you. Madalynne has been in love with Parker since she can remember but he's never noticed her, until one day when he thought he would lose her. Madalynne was making me pull my hair out throughout the whole book. Drove me crazy. Very stubborn girl, a little too dramatic for me. Something tragic happens to her family and has her close herself of to everyone especially her best friend and love Parker. As she struggles to find meaning to her life again she's losing him. It's a constant fight against fate. A battle to between Parker and Madalynne's love against the world and above all against Madalynne. Will they ever be able to be together? Obstacles will be thrown their way. Lots of love, pain and loss. Can they find light at the end of the tunnel?

Madalynne Johnson has loved Parker since the moment they met at 4 years old, now a senior in high school, they have been together for 3 years, testing their relationship with the loss of both of their brothers, Madalynne's to a roadside bomb whilst fighting for their country. Finally stronger than ever, their love for each other is truly put to the test when Parker announces his decision to join the army.
Leaving to start training, Parker is determined to hold on to Madalynne, knowing that they are strong enough to stand anything.
With an unexpected announcement from Madalynne, Parker starts to doubt their strength, their relationship pushed to the limit. Is forever about to end?
This book has left me with mixed feelings... The story line was intriguing to me, and it was refreshing to read about an already solid relationship, and the testing of it, as opposed to the usual story of the difficult start to a relationship. I knew to expect something different with this book as it was about AFTER the happily ever after.
On the other side, I was not a fan of Madalynne's. Despite her devastating loss, she was a very fortunate person, who only ever looked at all the bad things that happened to her, not appreciating the things she had. In short, she occasionally came across as a brat.
The other thing that really stood out to me was the writing. While it was well written grammatically, the timeline was all over the place. As each of them talked about an event in the past, it changed from being a month ago, to years ago, without their current setting or age changing.
While the story has potential, and someone more understanding than me would probably like the angst of the main character and the drama she created of her life, I think the book needed to be smoothed out with more fixed timelines and definitive changes in perspective for me to enjoy it to its potential.

I received a copy of this book from the author for review and I am so glad I did. I haven’t come across Kira before and I must say it was a very enjoyable read.
After losing her brother, Madalynne’s life spirals out of her control. Parker, her boyfriend, understands the place she’s in as not long before he was there himself. Having lost his own brother to suicide years earlier, Parker understands that she is still grieving.
Parker, he has had the support of his online friend, Jacqueline (which Maddy doesn’t find out for ages). He tells Jacqueline everything he is thinking and feeling as she understands him as much as she understands why his brother was able to take his own life having been there herself.
Parker tries to help Maddy out of her dark place but she pushes him away. Finally after learning that Parker wants to join the army, which is what took her beloved brother, she ends their relationship. She knows this will be more than she can deal with if she loses Parker too.
She leaves to go spend time with some relatives but along the way she meets Lee. Lee and Maddy become friends which eventually turns into more. When Parker returns though, Maddy doesn’t know which way to turn. She must choose between Parker who she has known and loved for years, but is her safe option. Or Lee who has a bit more of a wild side to him.
They both agree to give her the time to think about it. Who knows which way she will go, as for the most part even Maddy doesn’t know.
There a two love triangles in this book which certainly made it interesting.
This was a great read, with a few twists and turns along the way. I can’t wait to read the next one, don’t worry it’s not a cliff-hanger moment.
There were a few spelling and grammar mistakes but overall the book was well worth the read.

This book was provided by the author for an honest review

So first things first, this is a YA book which means that these characters are essentially kids!
I'm not gonna detail everything that happens because you can read the blurb for that, but I will say that I enjoyed this book and I really enjoyed seeing the world through the eyes of the teenagers.
Maddy and Parker faced loss, and parental issues, and while they took their time to deal and find one another again, ultimately they did.
The introduction of Lee and Jacqueline I felt were necessary characters and while I don't condone cheating, I can remember being this age, and learning my own mistakes which essentially these two are doing.

Parker is an absolute sweetheart, and he believes in soul mates and strongly believes that Maddy is his, he reminds me of someone I knew when I was younger which drew me in from the start :) he is always there for her and shows her his love.
Maddy is a strong willed character who occasionally annoyed me, but I can understand her decisions to some degree. (Tho asking Parker to stay while she sees both Parker and Lee is very unfair!!)
I would've liked the flashbacks to have been labeled as such as at times I was a little confused but the writing was clear and it wasn't jumbled, meaning that sometimes there's lots of characters to remember that are in the story but don't really play a part. Don't really wanna give to much away, cause you'll have to read it for yourself :)
I enjoyed this book and big thanks to Kira Adams for the chance to read and review.. Am looking forward to the next book :)

IM NOT a Jacqueline fan but I love Parker and Maddy. Lee is the lime in my Corona yummy

Grief and the service of our armed forces are at the center of this story. The author tells a tale that is heartbreaking good. I felt this family was in desperate need of help. Poor Madalynne. When her brother is killed she changed a great deal with her future goals now not so clear, Mady needs to grieve. This loss coupled with the teen angst had me really emotional. Maddy and Parker are now facing a huge battle. Parker is still healing from his brothers suicide, which is bad enough and then the reveal. Why did he take his own life? SO gripping.

The author takes you on a grief journey with these two lovers and their parents. The author gives the direct point of views of both Maddy and Parker. Their world is too familiar nowadays. We as Americans see this type of event happen way too much. How can these two accomplish anything and be able to move on? Well the author takes you and guides you to the path towards healing.

There are a few characters that play a pivotal role here like Jacqueline and Lee. The two of them come into the story and bring even more angst. I really loved this book and I hope for a lot more from the author

I was given this book by the Author for a honest review. This is a YA book, I read all type books so I'm not particular about it, with that being said this book was one of the best written YA books I've read. The fact that everything in the story had meaning and wasn't just put there to make the word count go up speaks volumes.
Now as far as the characters, Maddy was young and in ways trying to find herself. She had been in love with the same guy Parker for her whole life, tragedy and life got I the way many times through their journey. Parker, despite his also trying to find hisself and tragedy and life in general never seemed to waver his feelings for Maddy. No matter who was in his life at the time.
I tell you when I started it I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't want to stop reading till I found out which way their lives would play out.
There were a few issues with format in places but I would defiantly recommend this book to anyone that enjoy a great read and to anyone that likes to read from a clearly talented Author.
Can't wait to read what happens in Jacqueline and Lees future. Thank you for opening my eyes to a new series and a new Author Kira Adams.

Kira I finally found the time to read your novel and I really enjoyed it.

Parker was such a sweetie though the whole thing with Jackie was a little upsetting. I know I wouldn't want my boyfriend talking with a girl he obviously had more than friendship type feelings for. But he never acted on them well until things were definitly over, so that's what counts.

As for Maddy I conected well with her and yes she was getting drunk and kissing guys but she was just trying to find a way to block out the pain from her loss. I don't think she handled it well but how many teenagers would? I understand why she got so upset about Parker leaving, she was scared to lose him and felt if she pushed him away it would hurt less. Parker really should have talked to her about the decision more. He knew what that choice would do to her.

Now Lee he is more my kind of guy. The bad boy with a heart and though I was routing for Maddy and Parker. Lee pulled on my heart strings and I felt for him at the end. I can't wait to read Beautifully Broken and get Lee and Jackies story.

PS I love your covers lol. Okay so I made them but I still love them.
You are an amazing writer and I can't wait to read all of your books :)

I received a ARC for my honesty....

I always love POF stories, it makes it easier to understand both sides. I think it made it easier to feel what Maddie and Parker both went through, good and bad.

Parker and Maddie have both endured hard aches in their lives, both losing their brothers. During each time, they pushed each other away but always got back together. Their love was unbreakable. Throughout it all, they find out who they really are and how to accept their friends.

Parker lost his brother and pushed Maddy away, has an online friend he tells everything to and Maddy felt weird about it, what she didn't know was Parker is catching feelings for this online person. Maddy looses her brother in combat and her family is falling apart so she pushes Parker away. As they are working things out she finds out he is joining the army, which starts problems in their relationship again. Maddy goes off to Hawaii to clear her mind and think things through, while she is there she meets a guy that she starts falling for, while still having parker on the brain.. Parker comes and visit and Maddy is confused. Parker had to decide and now its Maddy turn...

Very good book, it seems to be a YA but good book

***I received a free copy of this novella in return of an honest review***
**WARNING; CONTAINS SPOILERS**

The second book in the Infinite Love series is all about Parker and Maddy, the power couple of their local high school. The friends who became each others sweethearts. Both have suffered great loss and worked hard to find their way back to living life.

When Parker announces that he is going to join the army, something that got Maddy's brother killed, she is devastated and decides to spend her summer at her relatives in Hawaii. Who would have thought that the good looking guy sitting next to her on the plane, would turn her life upside down.

Since Parker and Maddy weren't a big part of the first book in the series, I was surprised to find that the second book was all about them. However, I can see why Adams wanted to tell this story.
Anyone who has ever had a summer fling, a holiday romance or spent a longer time apart from their significant other can relate. It is a truly captivating love story. One were you find yourself saying "No, no, no!" to the pages when there is an unexpected turn of events and "Yes!" when it all end well in the end.
After she is off to Hawaii, you won't be able to put down the book.

This book literally had me on the verge of tears more than once and my heart racing more than half the time. I was forced to put it down for I was told I had to eat but it was amazing. Some love stories are predictable and boring but this. This book was real. Full of emotion and confusion. I also really enjoyed the fact that it was told in four? different perspectives. It made the main characters and the secondary characters come to life. It made them round and real.

Maddy and Parker just belong together. They've been dating since they were about thirteen years old and everyone around them knew that they were just meant to be. Remember though, love isnt always like it is in the movies. Life happens. Maddy and Parker both lose family in death and that is one if the most painful things a person could go through. But things keep happening in their lives that continue to threaten their relationship and their happily ever after. Although theres so much more to this story I will say no more because you need to figure out on your own what love is willing to overcome and when we should draw the line. Its time to find out just how powerful love can truly be.

I was gifted this book by the author for an honest review.

This is a 4.5 star review.
The writing was amazing and the story had my eyes glued to my kindle until I was done. This story also had me conflicted in some parts and this probably has to be the first book I read where I didn't want a HEA. Maddy drove me nuts at times with her indecisiveness and with Parker having to deal with that amongst other things, she should have been worshipping the ground he walked on. I understand grief, I even understand relationship confusions, but if I were him, I would've moved on a long time ago. I wanted her with Lee and to leave Parker alone. Then they had their HEA, and now I'm being a little bi polar and am actually glad because now Jacqueline will get hers, and with Lee. I will definitely check out Beautifully Broken, which is book 2 in the Infinite Love series.

I recommend this book to YA lovers and thank you Kira for the chance to review it. ((HUGS))

This is a great story about young love and the joy, angst, and sadness that can go with it.

I love the relationship between Maddy and Parker. Parker is the boyfriend that every girl in high school wants. Maddy has him and pushes him way but he does not give up on her. Ever.

My Forever showed how Maddy and Parker’s love grew as they did and as their lives changed and how they fought to save one another. There were many times in the book that I found myself yelling for the characters not to do something. We got both characters perspectives so we knew what each was thinking when they did not. This let the reader see when Maddy or Parker were making mistakes and would leave the reader anxious about the choices the characters were making.

I really enjoyed this story!

Okay this book was hella cute. There is absolutely no denying but it didn't quite live up to the quality of Learning to Live. It had a really adorable plot and the characters were super easy to get attached too. Near the end the storyline did get a little far fetched and I felt as if Maddy and Lee fell in love just a little too quickly but nonetheless a very enjoyable read. Can't wait to start reading Beautifully Broken.

This book was not for me, I couldn't connect with the characters and the main characters were a little annoying, and never being able to make up their minds. I also am not much of a fan of love triangles, or love square in this case, though I do say that the writing of the book was great, I just didn't enjoy the story.
