The moment I saw that the English translation came out this week I immediately looked everywhere to get it. It's the end of the second year. Not a complete end, but an end for a long time. Approximately, I have to wait 2-3 years for the full release of the year 3 volumes to binge-read them. Now that my favourite character isn't relevant anymore for the series I won't get impatient too soon. I prefer quality over quantity, so if it takes 2-3 years to translate then so be it. After all, I read the official translations which take longer than unofficial ones.

I'm starting to think that there are plot holes in some of the previous volumes (but also in this one), but I'm not entirely sure. I just noticed recently that more and more stuff happens that sometimes didn't make sense for me. I wasn't expecting that my favourite character would become irrelevant and I'm not entirely sure if it even was a good choice. The ending of this volume makes me think that it was, but at the same time it was quite a hassle to get there. I would have wished for Ichinose to become less relevant instead. It would have been way easier to get there and it would have been more interesting to read.

I think Ichinose's class developed the least so far. While one might argue, saying that Sakayanagi's class developed the least, it isn't entirely true. Ichinose class was from start and until now wish thinkers, idealising everything and everyone. Sakayanagi's class however was mixed with many different people with different opinions and thoughts. They even had two different leaders (Katsugari). Yes, they weren't humbled like other classes were and they might haven't developed further 'cause they were already the 'best', but they weren't all the same at least.

Ichinose is actually such a frustrating character. One volume she seems to develop and the next one she goes back to where she started. She is on and off most of the time. As if she can't decide to put her new knowledge and skills to use or just waste it. Now I think once more that she will develop and finally rise, but that's probably ones more a miss calculation.

Ryueen in comparison is a character that had a low start and is actually developing and rising slowly. There might be some mishaps too, but they are more minor compared to Ichinose who has a mental breakdown if things don't go her way. Ryueen is actually developing and I can see either him or Kouenji be the one's Ayanokouji has his final battle with.

I never really liked Ichinose 'cause of her wish thinking and for having a weaker impact on the story than the other class leaders. Now after reading this volume my opinion about disliking her increased. Her actions in this volume were so disgusting and filthy that I now truly hate her. She's selfish in every way. I wish that she would just drop out of school for good.

The sudden change in Horikita's perspective towards Ayanokouji and their relationship is something I was anticipating since near the ending of year 1 volumes. I welcome her new perspective, even if it means to lose something on the way. Another thing I welcome is that Horikita becomes more independent now. It's important for her to not rely on Ayanokouji any longer, so that she can develop even further. To become a true leader, one has to become independent.

Ayanokouji's plans for the last school year makes me very excited to read the next volume. I'm definitely looking forward to the year 3 volumes!

Very interesting volume. I really enjoyed it. We saw arisus expulsion and other interesting things like ayanokoji atsuomi and their short talk with ryueen and horikita. About ichinose, i found that quite crazing. she basically trapped ayanokoji and then well.. they did it. She pushed him on the bed and he didnt even resist. thats just crazy. im not sure ayanokoji could have just left even though he said he couldnt, really maybe im not understanding but he didnt. And Ayanokoji broke up with Kei before that. She put and interesting tough front in front of ayanokoji but of course thst didnt last long. but im surprised hoe calmly she took it at first. Also is horikita developing feelings? im not sure but she definitely considers him someone close to her and her heartbeat quickened thinking about becoming ayanokojis girlfriend and.. at the end of the volume he truly did transfer classes to former sakyanagis class which had the position of leader vacant. so now its ayanokojis class. Its going to be absolutely davastating to her. I think the direction its heading is interesting. we will see big battles and people growing to overtake ayanokoji so its quite exciting. Thus volume had a lot of hype moments and illustrstions. the second year is ending so excited for year 3. here we go.

Joga muitos personagens fora, infelizmente Nagumo e outros do terceiro ano.

Melhor volume: V5
Ótimos volumes: V1, V4, V7, V12
Bons volumes: V2, V8, V10
Volumes ok: V3, V6, V9, V9.5, V11, V12.5
Volumes Ruins: V4.5

Ansioso pro year 3.

The best book?

In my opinion this might be my favorite book of Y2. Even though this is basically a set up for Y3 a lot happened. So, anyone who has been waiting for this book will not be disappointed. 😁👍👍
