Marked: A Short Thriller (City of Lies Book 4), my fifteenth enjoyable short (55-page) conspiracy thriller from author Sam Chase that I finished in about 45-minutes. “I received a Kindle copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I look forward to reading more from this author with Exposed: A Short Thriller (City of Lies Book 5) next on my TBR list. Sam Chase does it again in the City of Lies series, it had that element that I enjoyed from the previous three books. The characters were everything that I was looking for and was glad it was so well done.
