A starship destroyed. An unexpected betrayal. A universe entering an apocalypse.
Soren, Alex, and the rest of their allies have given everything they have. They’ve challenged both the nature of the cosmos and the cruelest despot within it. They’ve given their blood, sweat, and tears, and somehow come out the other side.
Was it all for nothing?
With the galaxy unraveling, the endgame has arrived…
M.R. Forbes is the author of a growing number of science-fiction series including Rebellion, War Eternal, Chaos of the Covenant, Stars End, and the Forgotten novels. Having spent his childhood trying to read every sci-fi novel he could find (and write his own too), play every sci-fi video game he could get his hands on, and see every sci-fi movie that made it into the theater, he has a true love of the genre across every medium. He works hard to bring that same energy to his own stories, with a continuing goal to entertain, delight, fascinate, and surprise.
He maintains a true appreciation for his readers and is always happy to hear from them.

It was scientifically weak, inconsistent in many parts. The weak science includes stuff like seeing heat ripples in the air in space. Or falling from orbit in a power suit and crashing through trees to the ground and surviving because the armor could protect you from that, but not a punch from another power armored enemy. In one book Alex fights with and kills his doppelganger. In later chapters if doppelgangers are anywhere near each other they pass out. The book is 4 plus sappy, multiple pages where adjectives are strung together like the author is writing a 300 page eulogy. That was tedious almost to the point of me quitting the series. I stayed with it but I'm done with this author I think.
Read the whole saga and enjoyed it, had a job to put it down and carry on with reality, so engrossed and the caricatures are cool, thanks for an amazing read.
This is one he** of an excellent series of books. One, if not the best, series from M R Forbes I've read. Don't hesitate to jump into it. You'll enjoy the ride. Great and extremely exciting. Especially the 5th book. Forbes, as usual, haz created an extremely new concept of military science fiction; an based on the story line, a completely unique new twist in the science fiction genre.
I read all 5 books in this series. I'd have to say this has been a most exciting adventure. The action was Continuous from start to finish. The story was exciting and I hate this is the last book in the series. The characters are real and you would love to meet them. Read book 1 and you will read them all. It's a great series
Wonderfully crafted and well-paced, Forbes builds worlds within worlds and characters within characters. Sorry to get to the end…or is this just another beginning?
Interesting series; held my attention well throughout. Good twist on the multiverse stories. Pretty good balance between action and emotional attachment to characters. No spoilers here, but I would suggest sci-fi readers give it a try.
Loved all five of these books...great reads, well placed and with ever increasing danger and threat....too notch sci-fi....I'm off to see if there are sequels....Epstein didn't kill himself
With each and every book in the Convergence War series, I was left wanting more - even this last one. Great concept, great action, great tech and wonderful characters.
Intense,Exciting and full of DRAMA! This book is a great read!
I love the cohesiveness of the characters and other worldly theme of the story! I enjoyed everything about the book! This is a must read for anyway who enjoys action series! Can't wait for the book!
This is edge of your seat reading! You can feel the action happening on the page!
Multiple realities are converging with catastrophic results and extinction level events are unfolding every where! Soren Strickland is about to be tested like never before!
This was a great series that was full of action on both planets and in space in different universes . The book was nonstop action and plenty of battles both big and small. I would recommend this series to anyone into syfy space and land battles.
These book we outstanding and kept me interest through all 5 books in the series. I highly recommend them, full of action which just drives you to continue read through the day and night. Great Jon can't wait for more.
Great end to the series! I’m going to miss the family. Really good idea of multiverse collapse really well written my first book finished in Jan 2025 what to choose now
A well.paced story series, soulful.moments surrounded by action and battle sequences to keep you interested and turning pages. A good take on the multiverse genre.
The series was good, a lot of side tracked unnecessary dialog and story lines. I found myself skipping pages and not missing any of the story line. Each book has at least 25 to 50 pages of filler.
