A compact set of lessons. It is easy to read and adapt. In fact, I read it one lesson at a time, giving some gap to reflect upon the ideas and practice it.

Having said that, it is not something extra ordinary. You would have read it elsewhere or learnt it in a management school, but it is simple yet powerful. The book serves as a read reference for many of the ideas of empowering yourself - building your strengths etc.
