“This psychological thriller stands out with its raw, intriguing narrative and the authentic portrayal of its characters’ struggles, making it an immersive read.”--Editorial review
This concept was absolutely insane. It was confusing and I didn’t understand what was happening half the time. Little to no character development and the whole time he was just in self hypnosis anyways. Alex’s friend in the beginning was someone they could have developed more but they didn’t. Boring weird and confusing

Perhaps it is a cultural difference, but I did not like this book at all. However, do not take my word for it. Perhaps you will love it. I don't believe in therapy, either, so that probably turned me off as well.
