Straightforward

As the overly excited owner of a new pellet grill, I found the book both instructional and wonderfully simple. It has realistic pictures and even sauce recipes. I expect to put it to good use.

Let's Grill: Texas's Best BBQ Recipes review

This cookbook by David Martin has some really good recipes. I especially like the Honey Spice Babybacks and the German Potato Salad. There's also some great sounding desserts.

Reading this cookbook made me hungry. The recipes sound simple enough. I don't grill but I want to try my hand at as well as make these sauces. I love a good sauce.

No secret recipes here

They were run of the mill, nothing Texan
Thankfully this was free . I will probably change my mind once I use one of them
