I am a Renaissance woman, if ever there was one. I have six novels and a memoir published and have more in the works. I have a music CD and two collections of my poetry available now. I also paint and draw in my spare time. I'm a professional editor, who leads writer workshops to help other writers get closer to getting published. I am also a photographer and have used several of my photographs on my book covers.
I was born in Indiana but raised in Florida. I moved to western NC in 1985 then to the Seattle area in 1993. Although I have lived all around the Seattle area, I'm happiest living on the Kitsap Peninsula across Puget Sound from Seattle.
I enjoy watching and photographing wildlife and natural settings. I live with my adorable cats, Anjolie, Bootsy, and Li'l Grey.
