Audible title. Found this really resonated with me and offered a new perspective to start considering things differently. The different “types” was super interesting and something I’ve looked into more as a way to learn more about keeping healthy. Really enjoyed it.

Very long and intense course about the healing methods of Ayurveda medicine.

I really enjoyed it although a lot of it passed over my head or was forgot soon after.

I feel I learned more about my body and mind and I hope to be more conscious of my overall health.

I would recommend

This audio book is a live course delivered jointly by Deepak Chopra and David Simon. Both are physicians and Ayurvedic experts. There are many explanations of how the mind and body need to work together for holistic health and wellbeing. There is one section on the major life-threatening diseases such as heart, diabetes and cancer and even if that is the only set of chapters you listen to, it will be worthwhile. The last chapter is delivered by Deepak and that is also not to be missed. There is quite a bit of technicality about Ayurveda but the speakers deliver this part lightly and with encouragement that the listeners don't need to remember all of it. They summarize frequently and use touches of humor throughout. I highly recommend this as a "walking audio."
