I enjoyed this simple guide to ADHD. I don’t suffer from it but my sister does and i just wanted a quick book to read to try and understand the condition more.

It’s easy to read on the kindle and played out well.
The cost won’t break the bank and you learn useful tips for day-to -day struggles for the person who has AdHD.

Even if you don’t there are some great tips!
