Mia Baron thrives on early mornings slinging coffee, quiet nights in her tiny San Francisco apartment, and absolutely no surprises. But when a misdelivered package—and its wildly unexpected contents—throws her into the orbit of her infuriatingly charming neighbor, Mia’s carefully controlled world is turned upside down.
Enter Griffon Scott, the vibrant and annoyingly attractive new neighbor who seems hell-bent on invading Mia’s peace. Between blasting music and late-night "activities," she’s impossible to ignore. What starts as an inconvenient clash soon gives way to a connection Mia never saw coming, one that’s equal parts frustrating and thrilling.
In this spicy and laugh-out-loud rom-com, opposites attract, sparks fly, and love turns up when you least expect it.
YESSSSSS GOOD LORDDDD. griffon is so sexy, i need her no lube, no protection, all night, all day, from the kitchen floor to the toilet seat, from the dining table to the church, from the front porch to the balcony, vertically, horizontally, diagonally, quadratic, exponential, logarithmic, doggystyle, sideways, frontwards, backwards, upside-down, 360 degrees, skin on skin, in the living room, in the bedroom, in the fridge, in the closet, on the ceiling, on the walls, in the bathroom, on the couch, in the car and on the street. i would let her use me to her disposal. if my future wife isn’t like her I DON’T WANT HERRRRR fastest read of the past 4 years, it was so good 🙏🏽
It was definitely cute but I don’t think i’m a novella girl. The story was too short and skipped over so much potential plot material. I need me a slow burn 😂 I also don’t understand why Mia was mad
I didn’t hate this book but I felt like it didn’t quite deserve a 3 star rating. First of all I had no idea how short it was, and there were hella grammatical errors considering the length of this book. Even though this book was marketed as a spicy romance, there really was only one scene that would classify as such. Additionally, the tense used was not consistent, as the author kept flipping between past and present tense seemingly every other sentence. The story itself was obviously fictional, but it still was not very realistic either. It was super easy to get through, but I’ve for sure read more intricate and thought out spicy romances.
cute story. I see what people are talking about a lot of grammatical errors, weird thick font, the pages weren't fully used, and there wasn't really a plot. It also went from 25% to 100% in a page regarding the romance. Very confusing, but it was alright. Wouldn't recommend but it wasnt hard to finish
just like the last one, this was a fun quick read! really liking the meet cute aspect of this series. i am partial to the first book in the series but this one was enjoyable too! good if you want a quick cute read!
The blurb described this book as a spicy and laugh-out-loud rom-com, where opposites attract, sparks fly, and love happens unexpectedly. I'd say that's spot on. I really enjoyed this book. The main characters are quirky and likeable, and the story is well written.
It's a good read, don't get me wrong but I just feel like the story was too short. I didn't even get to know Griffin better. Their relationship felt too rushed
I decided to start pride month with a sapphic, short and sweet story and this was everything I needed to get out of my reading slump. No complaints, even the length of the story felt good
