Felt Like I Just Paid to Read an Infomercial Script

The book is basically an advertisement for their SuperHabits online program which promotes and includes promotions for modalities, products, and services that must be paid for.

No one wants to pay for a promotional of the effects of a program through a cleverly curated examples that are alleged testimonies of clients.

This was as an easy fast read. I probably will reread it. I’m a meditator and have participated in a Super Habits event so I was familiar with a lot of the concepts presented in the book. I purchased it to get more understanding of the methods and techniques used in the Super Habits program.
